WCAG 2.1 AA is an updated version of WCAG that builds on 2.0.
My 2.1 guide is an extension of the 2.0 guide.
Whereas WCAG 2.0 AA has 38 success criteria, 2.1 includes 12 new success criteria.
As with my previous guide, this one is my interpretation of the very technical and difficult to read WCAG language.
My objective is to convey the general objective of each success criterion in as easy to understand language as possible.
If your website is in full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA, then you are in the best shape possible to avoid an ADA Website Compliance lawsuit.
While WCAG 2.0 AA is still what is most commonly cited and referenced in courts, it can only help you to make your website even more accessible and robust.
As someone who has had conversations with the author, Kris Rivenburgh, I can tell you that Kris' compassionate heart is equaled only by excellence in the area of web content accessibility law that he practices.
