Fergus does an incredible job writing a detailed explanation and encounter of what happiness is. From the lens of a “High Achiever” he uses spiritual faith, stoic philosophy and central understanding to help guide us in this storm called life. I throughly enjoyed the principles scattered in the book, and gave more life to his storytelling.
