Faith is tested in Maceo’s world, when the enemy creeps in, taking something sacred from him. As he fights to bring all together again, uncertainty steps in making his quest to pursue his love with Kourtney harder than it’s ever been. His love is relentless so he won’t give up the fight. Kourtney life changes in the blink of an eye and now she’s not sure who she can trust. But she soon gets her life back and everything is moving forward, only for another hurdle to stump her progress. Love may have to take a backseat when there are brighter days. She doesn’t want to lose Maceo, but she may have no other choice. Life and love is funny sometimes and it takes growing pains for you to find your equal but in this world of the real and fake, it’s all about that hood love you can feel.

Yassssss!!! This series was so good I don't know where to start. Maceo had me so angry with how handled Kourt after the breakup but I fell in love with him the way put himself on the line for Kourt and how hard he went for her and their crew. Zae and Maceo were hood af and played no games but they both had good hearts. I love the way Myia told this story, the suspense of who took Kourt wouldn't let me put it down. Also the way Maceo gathered everyone and let it unfold was excellent. Briki was definitely Zae's match and Kourt was made for Maceo. Both couples love story was beautiful even though it took Zae longer to admit it. Job well done🔥

Good Read
This book was a good read. Enjoyed the series and these characters. I really liked Maceo and Zae, and I loved their growth throughout the series. It made them better men for Kourtney and Briki, and it shpwed. These couple's endured so much and I'm glad the way everything turned out. Great job Myia White.

Really good
Ms. Myia, I really enjoyed my first read it your work. I thought the characters were good characters. Kelis could have been many girls that wanted to live out their good fantasy. Moesha, Celine, Gregory got their karma along with Rick.
Maceo and Zae were such hoes. Although, they never promised the women nothing they were just living the hood life, until Briki and Courtney realized the four of them had each other, Briki was able to let Zae be himself with her and in doing so she found out she actually enjoyed his ways. The love that formed was unbelievable. Court and Maceo learned to love one another once Maceo let some of his pain go.
I loved how Zae took in Brikis sister without any problems. I would love to read about Maceo going back to school and finally living his love of playing ball of him and Zae maybe going legit, him and Courtney getting married having a family. Good story

Dang, they all been through so much! Envy is a serious thing! I know Kourt and Zae mama was going through but dang man, that was her opportune time to show up for her kids like they always did for her. Briki mama.. OMG! I have no words! Jail is too good for her. I'm glad all involved got what they deserved for playing a role in kidnapping Kourt, shooting Zae and trying to hurt Briki! I was happy to see Briki do a full 360 especially with school. Hell I had butterflies for her when Zae asked for their relationship to be official. I'm just glad they were able to overcome their struggles and get back on the right track with their lives. Awesome read

Ohhhh wow omg this series was so lit. Marco don’t play about my girl he made sure he got her back. And Bri is a beast and I imagine how she was whooping her momma ass lol. And I’m glad my boys was good Rick got what he deserved and more. I’m glad my people came out on top. U did good yet with another book and I’m looking forward to reading more of them. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read

What a great ending to an awesome series. Maceo and Zae really believe in protecting their families and the ones they love. Kourtney and Briki went through somethings but they had the best support system in their little circle. I'm glad that they got rid of their enemies. Great job keep up the amazing work.

I tried
I've read quite a few books by this author but this was one I just couldn't get with. I was hoping that it would get better as I read and even decided to try book 2 just to see if it would be better but no such luck. Better luck with the next series Myia but this one just didn't do it for me.

Awesome read
This was an awesome conclusion to a well-developed story. It had twists and turns that maintained my interest. The outcome was not what I saw coming. However, I love the way the author draws you in and then drops an unexpected twist. Great job.

I liked how they handled business and took things to another level. I never would of thought that Maceo would go back to school and start playing basketball again. I love him and Kourtney together. That's relationship goals.
