The author puts forward a well though out argument on why toxic work places exist and how to “surf” the eaves of managerial relationships, including manipulative one and makes good recommends on when to fight, stay, or what are the reasons people like to move on. The remedy is a mindset of consistent growth and training over one’s careers.

I really enjoyed this book, it’s a quick read and highly recommended to anyone who might think they are in a toxic relationship at work.

The conclusion is enough to ready to get the main idea and implement changes in one’s owns life, as a surfer I highly enjoyed reading this book.
