If you find any gems, take whatever tickles your soul, and when you have outgrown them, throw them out. In the end, you are always held in boundless love regardless of whether you read this thing, ignore it, take anything meaningful from it, tear it apart, sleep with it, or throw it out... All I ask of you is to enjoy floating in that boundless love... Right here... Right now...
