Have you ever had the pleasure to read Ms. Lexi Wilson's work? If not, I strongly believe that you are missing out. This talented Author, takes us on not 1, but 3 couples journeys, as they find their happily ever afters.
I enjoy a great romance, and this is exactly what Ms. L. Wilson has given us (X3). Should you like beautifully crafted romance books, that come complete with HEA's, as well, then pick up this impressive collection and get your read, on ASAP.
Inside this collection are the 3 following releases; Billionaire’s Baby Surprise, Billionaire’s Best Friend and Billionaire’s Girl.
As an avid reader, I found myself consistently engrossed in each of Ms. Lexi Wilson's publications.
I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of My Gorgeous Billionaire Romance Series Box Set in exchange for my honest and voluntarily given opinion.
I highly recommend reading each and every one of these releases, as well as anything published by her.
A new author for me and I'll definitely be looking for more. The characters feel like actual people and they have real to life situations. Wether you like stories that are like April and Dylan, instant attraction that ends in a one night stand due to an obsessive employee, a secret baby and eventually finding each other again. Josie and Toby working together with Toby loving her secretly, planning sabotaged dates to saving her from an abusive ex husband. Luke and Gabby with Gabby's family falling from grace and societies standing, friends to fake dating that's really not fake, proving themselves while forging their own path and getting back what was lost. These stories will touch your heart and leave you wanting more. There are a few typos but not enough to deter you from the stories or their meaning. I will happily be looking for more from Lexi Wilson. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book from Savannah May and Bad Boy Updates and purchased a copy for my collection.
This is a new author for me. The characters are amazing. They pull you in from the very beginning. I couldn't put it down.
Book 1
April was fired from her job. Now what? It was suppose to cheer me up. Not make my life more complicated. I had gotten myself into this trouble.
Dylan owns a very successful business. But he's missing something in his life. A deal between best friends. I wanted more than a one-night stand, my best friend didn't. So what happened?
Book 2
Two spoiled rich kids. Their families think it's time for them to grow up. What happens when they are given an ultimatum?
Gabby is rebellious, or so her family thinks. What's wrong with wanting to choose your own husband?
Luke is a carefree playboy. Traveling around the world leaving broken hearts behind. He's not ready to give that up.
My copy only contained Billionaire Baby Surprise with Dylan and April. This was not my favorite as Dylan's character had very few redeeming qualities. He didn't care about April or his daughter Sunny until, it felt to me, like they could benefit him in some way. Billionaire Girl with Luke and Gabby got my attention quicker. Luke need to show he is settled enough to take over the company, so prospective females are introduced to him. He isn't looking for a wife just someone to fill a role until he gets the company. Gabby came from wealth but her famiky lost it when there was sabatoge in the company. Luke and Gabby make a great pair. Neither looking for anything. Both wanting to be independent. There is a mystery in here (the sabatoge), romance, heartache and an HEA. This is an honest voluntary review.
If it wasn't for the editing I may have given this set another star but the first story was so badly edited I don't know how it ever made it into print. The chapters were out of sequence, there were words in sentences that were misspelled, repeated or just shouldn't have been there - literally thrown in at random. Of course there is also the fact that the girl, April, confides in a reporter; nobody can be that stupid when she was supposed to be intelligent enough to have her own business. The other stories in the set? They were okay. Obviously the editing could still be greatly improved but I'm kind of used to the odd misspellings or unnecessary words thrown into a sentence. After all these box sets are just for a bit of escapism and light reading.
I liked April and Dylan's story okay, but I couldn't turn the pages fast enough reading Gabby and Luke's romance. Two rich kids with loving parents have very different outcomes, but from being stuck on an elevator together to the failure of Gabby's father's business and her having to move to a crime-ridden part of town they manage to come out together! A great plot with Luke involved (but not in love??) the whole way. Until he nearly lost her in a car wreck! All's well that ends well and this tale has a very happy ending!
Wilson packs a ton of sexy into a swoonworthy collection. From bad boys to good girls, heartache to heartwarming, best friends to lovers all end some sweetly surprising results. As unpredictable as love itself, the My Gorgeous Billionaire collection is an unforgettable find. Funny, flirty and fabulous.
I received this ARC from Bad boy Updates. This set rocks! It has 3 stories about billionaires and the women who slayed them. They all have very different story lines, but the characters are all great and the chemistry doesn't hurt either!!
These stories are great they are the ones that women and men dream about. The writer has a good mind on writing these stories. Exceptional stories and characters.
First time I've read author Lexi Wilson and it wont be my last. Really enjoyed these books. Felt like I was right in the middle of the books with the people participating in the story. She has a real knack getting you involved. Once I started reading I didnt want to put the books down
