Recipes for a specific body type

Before this book, I had no idea there were three types of bodies. This cookbook focuses on endomorphs who struggle with body fat because of their difficulty with weight loss due to a slow metabolism. Tons of recipes in this cookbook help these body types stay on track while dieting.

Great info

This books does a great job breaking down body types and then what diets and exercises are best. There is so much helpful info. There are daily workout plans (both cardio and strength), food plans, vitamin and supplement recommendations, etc. I took off one star only because the language is written a little oddly, like maybe it was translated into English.

Insightful but horribly edited

This book offers insight into eating for your body type and finding a diet and exercise plan that works for you. However, it was difficult to read due to the many grammar problems. I read the majority in about 30 minutes because I had to skim through it.

Interesting approach

I'm not sure about the science behind this, but it's still pretty interesting. It's nice to see a diet and exercise book that doesn't pretend everyone is the same.

Diet Information

Good information on the endomorph diet; complete with menu ideas. Much of this is common sense, but good information on a diet that is not a lose weight fast diet plan along with exercise ideas.
