Losing a spouse in 2008, he strives to help those hurting from the same pain. A life altering accident in 2018 left him with a traumatic brain injury, and his vision and life goal has been refocused to help others heal from devastating traumas. Now remarried to a woman of shared life goals, he has chosen to live with purpose despite his injuries, being an inspiration to others.

If you've ever been angry with God or questioned your faith because of a loss of any kind then this is a must read book. Chuck Carr describes his experiences that parallel what many going through grief experience; that of being angry and frustrated with the God you so desperately need. The author gently guides you back with sound, practical advice and scripture readings that will heal your heart and restore your relationship with God.

Good read after losing a friend of 37 years.

Very well put together guide to navigate the loss of a dear friend. Easy to read plus son action steps to take. I loved the scriptures used to substantiate each of the steps. I am sure I will read it again.

Not text book answers instead it comes from someone who knows
