Vicious lies and nasty rumours about Tianna soon spread across Cadie Mae like wild fire. The Culprits: "Her friends". Tianna expected a wild senior year but nothing prepared her for a betrayal this big.

GOOD BOOK, SHORT STORY

Double Crossed is a great read for teens and has a enjoyable storyline. The main character self growth throughout the book is realistic and believable. I also enjoyed reading about wealthy black teens🤷🏿♀️. Because the author informed me of the length of the book from the start, I will not judge the book based on that. However I must say I would have like to see this novellete as a novel.

⚠️DISCLAIMER I WAS SENT THIS BOOK FOR REVIEW AND WILL ALWAYS GIVE MY HONEST OPINION⚠️
This book just wasnt for me. It wasnt long enough to make any true connections with any of the characters not even the main character. Everything felt very rushed, not fully fleshed out,no details, and no substance to it what so ever. I kinda feel bad because I did see a tad bit of potential but nothing really came out of this book because of how short it is. My best advice to the author for this book in particular is to take more time with this story. I was sent an ARC so the book hasn't been released yet so there is still time for it to become better. The main character could have such great character development if the author just takes time and add more to the story. This isnt my full review just a mini synopsis of it. I do have more comments to add which I will do on my blog since I was sent this book for review even though I was not overly fond of it I will complete my obligations as a book reviewer in a professional manner.
