From Nobuyuki Anzai, creator of "Flame of Recca," comes the tale of Ginta, a jnior high loser who enters the vivid world of his dreams where, at last, he is a hero!
Hey, it's that corny storytelling I was talking about. At surface value this is technically Ginta's imagination. I suppose it's a stroke of genius to include a world created by your main protagonist, doubly so since he's still a kid. What a fallback plan. Sugar is sweet and so is honey, yeah!
The sequence as I stated in volume 8 holds true, battle - story progression - battle.
4.5 Although some parts get a little repetitive by retelling events of the past war games, this is one of my fav volumes. This is when things start to get even darker. Plus, it features one of my favourite chess pieces (Ash) and one of my favourite ARMs (crazy quilt).
