Erin needs a place to hide out for a few days after her apartment gets broken into. But when she shows up at her grandmother's and the spare room is under construction, she's sent across the hall to the mysterious billionaire neighbor's apartment. One night in luxury and she doesn't want to leave.
Devin works like crazy and that takes him away from home for more than he likes. But after one business trip too many, he discovers someone has been in his house…in his bed. His sheets have never smelled so good and suddenly the empty space feels like home. Is there such a thing as love at first sight…without sight?

This was a good quick read with a sweet heroine and a rich alpha hero. Erin was a lovely heroine, she's been through a bit lately with a creepy neighbor that won't leave her alone and then her apartment being ransacked. Devin was a fantastic hero that was sweet and all about Erin. A bit of drama and suspense but a safe read.
Great side characters (especially Grams), great epilogues 6 months and 3 years later. Now I'm off to lovely baker!
A sweet heroine, a caring hero, a creepy stalker, a kickass sister, a horny grandma, a protective puppy and loads of goodness make this a nice one time read. It has a tiny element of drama, but over it's all saccharine lovemaking.
My blood sugar level is 70 now. Time for some Harlequin insulin shots because too much positivity in my bloodstream atm..
Oh yeah another AR book and I am loving it!! Pretty fast pace and little steam and a cute fluffy pup.
Erin is dealing with alot a creepy neighbor who doesnt take no for an answer, and a mysterious break into her apartment has her running towards her grandmother place. First night has her sleeping over her grandma neighbors house Devin since he's a workaholic and never home. Thats where the "who are you " "why does my pillow smell so good" question come in. And when they finally meet its so cute. They don't rush nope but thr sexual tension is so yummy. Beside all those yummy cute moments Erin still trying to figure out who broke into her apartment avoid the creepy jerk who now near her grandma place? :0
Also i really can't wait for Jenna and Reed. Their story sounds very intresting.
No ow drama slight om drama, no cheating, slight secondary character, sexy times, virgin gal and no manwhore
Recommend- yes Cover-⭐⭐⭐
Slowinsta No condom Safeish (if you don't count the stalker) Hea Epilogue
I loved that this book was longer than usual, but the steaminess wasn’t as hot because of it. The book kind of dragged in some parts. I have seen people complaining that this book is too similar to former releases, a valid point, but I actually like it. After a AR drought for so long, it is nice to go back to the signature style!:)
Erin was a really cute character with a lot of charm! She was pretty adorable, but a little ditzy.
Devin was actually my favorite of the two though, which is somewhat unusual for me. He was a big-shot attorney with a big heart!
I love that Alexa Riley always has amazing side characters, although they often steal the show! Grams was adorable, Renee was awesome, and Moose (he was a dog) was so funny!
I felt the break-in plot was a little unnecessary, but it was still a really great book! Additionally, “baby syrup” lol! And love the Chrissy Tiegan reference!
All in all, I really like that AR is getting back to their roots!
I was just told by my friend that if I listen to a book in audio and I don’t read it as a side by side it still counts as a read book. I find it hard to keep up because I read books on so many platforms and I read so many things that aren’t listed on this site.
By no means am I saying that people that enjoy audiobooks are bad at all. I love audiobooks but I read a book side by side so I can pay attention. As this year has progressed I can now focus much better than I used to so now I can listen to audio and consume it properly.
I love Alexa Riley and their specific brand of HEA usually with lot of unprotected sex and even messier sessions. I hope if this title hasn’t graced your pages you find time to read this quick and dirty giddy up.
There are break-ins and bad boy billionaires and so much more.
3 rather generous stars, I didn’t connect with our characters much and I really didn’t think the story flowed organically or was even all that fun or sexy. The best part was Grams! I need a positive, sexual, vital and healthy grandmother in my life.
i was excited since this one has a higher page count than alexa riley's typical releases but sadly it reminds me a bit too much of her other books plot- and character-wise.
additionally, the main characters didn't hook me. i like my heroes more protective and possessive than devin came across as, and erin couldn't connect two VERY obvious dots regarding her apartment being broken into. the latter is at best erin just being kind of ditzy/oblivious, and at worst an unrealistic plothole for the sake of suspense.
and im sorry, but i miss the days of alexa riley sex scenes leaning more towards kinky than vanilla :0
I swear when you pick up an Alexa Riley book you never know if it’s going to be dirty and raunchy or light and sweet. This definitely fell into the later category. It was a nice read but probably won’t make my re-read shelf.
It was okay. The writing seemed different from Alexa Riley's usual. It's not the usual insta-love and it wasn't as good. I didn't hate it, didn't love it, and Erin was kind of an idiot about the whole stalker thing. The romance was just okay too. Overall 2.75 unimpressed stars. I really miss old AR :( And it saddens be that lately the books since their hiatus haven't been that great because I did really like this author.
I love AR. So this is not some hateful review by a one time reader... but this was so boring. Devin was not a very possesive or alpha enough. Erin was dull as dishwasher and the whole relationship just missed chemistry. I mean where is the "I must have you now" sex we usually see from AR?
I usually enjoy AR book they are short with sweet stories but this one really frustrated me so much I just wanted to put it down all the drama was able to solve long long ago but nope she wouldn’t mention or talk about the creepy neighbour to anyone not even to her grandmother, her neighbour was actually watching her door every time she opened the door he would be like hey!!!! To the point she wasn’t feeling like to open the door even when she needed to leave she was scared but nope why tell anyone about it probably it’s nothing I am scared but doesn’t matter who care. I don’t understand people who wouldn’t like to speak about the most important things that can create so much trouble we should always at least let the close ones know yah I have this problem so if anything happens there would be some one who knew something. Here everything was very obvious but nope her brain was on cloud ⛅️. What a Waste of money
we have a matchmaking grandma, a stalker, instant attraction between the main characters. this is pretty short so the romance starts right when the couple first met each other. i read this within one setting.
I absolutely loved this one! I love the characters. Not only Erin and Devin but also Erin’s grandma and Devin’s sister. Great story. Wonderful ending. Now onto Lovely Baker!
yay a sweet and loving couple 🙌🙌 this is a really great and fast read♥ i loved how possessive and caring Devin is and i liked this plot a lot , i wished was longer 👏
°Virgin heroine °Non manwhore hero °Switching POVs °Insta love/lust °The hero wasn't alpha enough for my liking, I prefer the OTT caveman heroes that AR usually writes °Dumb heroine °No OW drama °OM drama (stalker) °No cheating °No push/pull °No separation °No intimate scenes with OP °Epilogue: 6 months and 3 years later
While the story was cute, I was somehow really hoping for something more. A little more excitement couldn't have hurt. I really thought Peter would approach Erin more often in the story, but oh well. I guess pickers can't be choosers. I also couldn't understand why it was that Erin didn't tell anyone about her creepy neighbor, not even her grandmother whom she was supposed to be really close with.

Fun, sexy romp! Much like AR stories from a year or two ago. Love the confident, determined hero and the sweet, self-sufficient heroine. Couple of small problems. First, the hero is sometimes called Mr. Meade and sometimes he's Mr. Woods. Also, is Lucas Jenna's brother or son? I think I read it both ways.
I loved this one! Other reviewers seem to have a problem with the fact that Erin(the Female Main Character) wasn't outrightly rude to her creepy neighbor, but that's pretty understandable. She was scared of rocking the boat and that was her way of ensuring her safety. Granted, her stalker eventually becomes dangerous and attempts to kill her, but I can totally understand her. It isn't a memorable read(if I am being honest) and doesn't really fit in with Alexa Riley's style but it's okay.

Fun, sexy!. Love the confident, determined hero and the sweet, self-sufficient heroine. I love how posesive and caring Devin is. I was hooked from page 1 and couldn’t put it down.
3 stars. Cute but a bit boring. I need AR to get back to the OTT smut. I miss it dearly but this was fine for what it was. I did really like Erin's grandmother though. She was a riot.
