A lot of it didn't pertain to me. There were lots of chapters on particular tech that you can use, which for me wasn't helpful as I don't use that tech at work, but I am sure would be helpful to others. I did like the emphasis on health and wellness though, providing some stretches and such.
Also was glad to read that I was working remotely very productively since I started too! A reassuring read.
Still, it is all wishful reading, as I will soon be going back to the office. But it was a good commute-free, better-mental-health, lower-comissions, productive time!
