An excellent life coaching guide, even if you are not in midlife yet.
Amazing of how many emotions I had while reading this and how related I was to almost everything in this book. Long story short, I now feel more in control and more willing to take care of myself. Most importantly, this book helped me figure out how to do that. Even though this book might seem more appropriate for women in midlife (I am still not there), I believe it’s a great tool for everyone to visualising our better version of ourselves and how to get there.
