You’d think growing up in a Christian home would be a perfect place, but with parents dealing with dysfunction and its effects, I developed unhealthy coping skills to survive. After two failed relationships and an unplanned child, my adult life was spinning out of control. I knew I had to face the pain I was using as a shield. And I did. As I slowly healed, I noticed other women making the same mistakes I had made. When I shared what I learned along my journey, they were amazed, and they began to heal. That’s when I knew I needed to write this book. Restaurant Behavior opens the door to find true happiness, regardless of circumstance. The lessons are simple and the tools are easy to use. There is no place of perfection. But with hard work, honesty, and a willingness to change, God can transform the lives of anyone. Even me.
