An easy read. A good hint to slow down and take stock of what in your life you may want to change or improve upon. Some things you may already be doing or perhaps did before and let slide for whatever reason. Gentle reminders how to get started again. I like that you could read chapters in order, or view the Contents and choose where to start. One chapter may be more beneficial for you to start with rather than the order listed in the contents.

Loved this book reminded me of Fiona Ferris’s books and I’ve read almost all of hers and loved them all!!! I bought 9 of Jennifer’s books this is the 1st one down and 8 to go! I’m excited about this very motivational and inspiring. Love her content so far.

She gave suggestions and there’s actionable exercises at the end of each chapter.

I loved that she talked about exercising, staying active throughout life, keeping your undergarments matching and nice, staying up to date with your wardrobe, keeping a toolkit for your clothes maintenance and to make small actionable goals to achieve.

Actions & Ideas

What a wonderful book! I found all the ideas, personal reflections, and advice so useful. It is such a practical book. I will be using the advise and re-reading it over and over again. At the end of of each chapter is a list of ways to accomplish the task written about. This is fabulous. So many great solutions are written to use in day to day life. Thank you so much Jennifer.

Some Excellent Advice

Really good ideas, but I think Melville seems to have things pretty good already. My advice would be to read the last chapter first and then keep that in mind reading through the rest. What I would like to see is a finance book aimed at people struggling to make ends meet. With her financial expertise and her ability to write it should be excellent!

I like the idea of putting just a little bit of joy in the everyday. That said you do not have to get in a rut.

Just try out new things in your life. There is one example, you need to make special plans in your life.

A sweet self-published book about ways to bring a higher level of living into your day to day. Although the information was not new, I marvel at "regular" people who have a goal to write a book and then get it done, published, and read by people they don't know.....good job!

I don't think that there is anything "ground-breaking" or a revelation, but this brief book reminds us to make ourselves a priority in life and gives brief tips on how to do just that. Perhaps just the message that many folks need during 2020!
