But how can I when my future is hanging in the balance with my injury?
I’ve been lucky so far, an elite football player at the top level of my sport playing at my age. This is my future or so I thought. Until her. My life has been football since the beginning. I never thought I would find the one. Marriage and babies were not in my future until her. I’m a man of few words but only one comes to mind when I think of her ‘mine’ and she will be. I’m going to do what it takes to have her because when you find hands this magical, in combination with a body like that, there’s no way you just let it slip away without a fight. She will be mine.
*Falling For The Player is an insta-everything standalone instalove romance with a HEA, no cheating, and no cliffhanger.
I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.
Jenny is in the last stages of training to be a Physiotherapist when Eric a high profile client comes in for a reoccurring knee injury she’s asked to take on the session. Things are going ok until the therapist overseeing her tries to take over and he demands only her hands are allowed on him. So when he asks her out she resists at first but with his persistence she eventually agrees. But when she’s at the game not everyone is nice or supportive of them, could the romance be over before it’s started?
Eric is in the latter part of his career so when his injury plays up he knows he needs to go for treatment, he’s not expecting the angel sent to save him and one look and he’s found his plus one for life, but she’s fighting the feelings they share can he convince her that they belong together or had he lost his chance when she leaves unexpectedly?
Such a cute story of a shy girl and a man who knows what he wants. Simply love this author and she always writes a book I know I’ll love. 4* read.
Cute, quick and sexy read about a footballer who meets his match in his therapist. While the two do fall in love quickly it’s more of an insta attraction meeting that leads to more, especially once she lays her hands on his injured knee and works her magic. The heroine is fun and smart but has a few insecurities that the hero will have to help her overcome. As usual the epilogue wrapped everything up nicely with not one but two glimpses into their future. Glad the hero still gets to work in the sport he loves so much even if he’s no longer playing the game.
Ms. Ferrari gives us another safe and steamy sports story. This one has an older man in his last years of being able to play football and his young physiotherapist who helps him. No cheating, virgin h, no talk about H's past, epilogues at 9 months and 10 years.

Answer to all his dreams This is a book about Eric and Jenny. He is an elite football player, and she is doing the last part of her medical training at the physical therapists clinic. He has a busted right knee, and is at the tail end of his football playing career. And with her gentle and seemingly magic hands, she takes over the role of his physiotherapist. They’re both physically attracted to each other. He really likes what he sees, as she’s all curves and swerves from head to toe. She also admires and appreciates how he looks. With this comes a chemistry neither of them can ignore for too long. Whilst she’s innocent in many ways, he’s very persistent, and convinces her to go out with him. They go out on some dates, and connect in a really strong way. He’s a real gentleman, and is very caring and giving. They suit each other perfectly. But comments from jealous and air-headed others breaks into her lack of self-confidence, to create some unwelcome waves and doubt. Can Eric convince Jenny that she’s as special as he believes, and that they could really make a go of things? I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

In this book we meet Jenny Heath & Eric Fairlight. In this book we find that Eric has been injured and is looking for some good news from his doctor. See Eric has only wanted one thing and that was to play football. All that changes though with one look at the new woman who might be joining the staff he knows what he wants. He just worries if he pushes to hard to fast he will loose his chance for good. Jenny can't believe this man has asked to have her as his physician. After learning she is new and just learning the practice she knows this is her sink or swim moment. The other problem she is having is her attraction to Eric. Will these two find their way to a HEA or will who they are to each other be a problem they just can't overcome?
This is another amazing story by this author. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
This was a little different for this author, no family connection or bestfriend connection. Eric has a bum knee which sidelined him, so he needed physical therapy Enter Jenny the physio in training. She has magic hand, his regular doctor just hurts him but Jenny sooths him and after a first session he is not limping. So he is interested in more than a professional relationship with her curves she thinks its a joke. Expensive gifts, unexpected dinners out, it is all starting to feel real. But Eric is a man of few words and doesn't want the press hounding them so he suggests they keep it quiet. Ugh. He gets back on the field and plays better then ever, Jenny is in the stands, until some groupies tell lies which send her running Leaving Eric is going to hurt but they have a life long connection from their time together. Can Eric smooth her ruffled feathers or will his need for privacy be their downfall

Jenny is in training to be a physiotherapist, working at the clinic where Eric’s usual doctor is. Eric is a football player having trouble with his knee injury. When he sees Jenny who shows him into the doctor’s exam room, Eric wants her to be the one working on his knee. Not happy about it, the doctor does allow this and Eric is very pleased with the results.
Eric is immediately ready to date Jenny, and she falls for him as well, despite her self-esteem issues. Can he make her see that she is more than worthy of the attention of a man like him? Can he convince her they are meant for each other?
This author is amazing and will always present a good story line for the reader. You will meet her very likable characters, some broken, some with issues, but every one of them is special and worthwhile and a joy to read about. Grab your copy and see how Eric and Jenny’s relationship progresses and whether they can find their HEA with each other.
Eric is being seen for a re occurring knee injury he got from playing football. When he gets to therapy he sees a gorgeous woman walking to his room and asks if she's his doctor she says no that she's shadowing his doctor. He immediately wants her once the doctor says that she will be working there once she finishes her qualifications. Jenny is worried when her supervisor leaves but she goes back to examining Eric. Sparks fly between them and Jenny tries to stay professional but Eric knows she is his so he isn't letting her get away from him. Will Jenny lose her job from being with Eric? Can they be together without her worrying if he is being with other women?
This is a great story that once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

What a story! I thought Eric & Jenny made a wonderful & sweet couple & I couldn't get enough!
Eric is a football player. He is at the top of his game, but age is not on his side. He knows he us on borrowed time, so to speak & will do anything to carry on playing. He has an old knee injury that keeps tearing its ugly head & goes for more physiotherapy hoping it will help.
Here he meets Jenny. She has nearly finished her degree in physiotherapy & is working alongside a renowned doctor in his practice when Eric limps in.
As soon as he sees her, he knows it's game over. She is the woman he has been waiting for & she has magical hands to boot!
What ensues is a beautifully written love story to melt your heart.
Falling For The Player is all about the gridiron. This book is a great addition to the A Man Who Knows What He Wants series with the story about Eric and Jenny. They meet as he is the star player on the football team but has a problem with one of his knees and she is training to be a physiotherapist and ends up working with him. Let;s just say that Eric falls for her at first sight but she does not believe that he actually likes her, after all he is a player. Or is he? Nope he has all the feels for Jenny that a woman would want as he knows exactly what he wants for now and forever. Eric is about to score the touchdown of his life with Jenny.
I received a copy of this book for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.
A man of few words, but he knows what he wants. He does not want the world to know about the new love of his life. She thinks that he is ashamed to be seen with her and this will cause a bit of drama. Yes he is older and has money and she is shy and thinks that no one that is a good looking as him will want to have anything to do with her, boy is she wrong.
This is a fast pace sweet book that will make you hotter then it is outside. and it is 90 degrees out today...
Great book!

Flora Ferrari is in my top 10 must read authors list. Her stories are always thoroughly entertaining and her characters believable and you can't help cheering for their happily ever after. Eric and Jenny's story is one of finding your someone special and holding on with all you might, even though you have to work hard to convince them that they are special! This story has everything you could want in it; drama, comedy, difficulty and of course hot romance (it is a Flora Ferrari book after all). You will be sorry if you miss this one!

Eric is a professional football player healing from an injury when he meets Jenny, his new physiotherapist. It’s insta-lust and more for him, he knows that she’s “the one”. What will it take to convince her that he’s serious? I love the strong silent type and Eric is That Man - his character is consistent, a gentleman, protective, relatable & likable. Same for Jenny who is also professional and sensitive. “Falling for the Player” is told in dual POV with grand sweet gestures & passionate encounters. Good plot, short, with satisfying epilogues - a perfect romance! 5 stars

This book is about Jenny and Eric. Jenny is a physiotherapist who is in her last training placement. Eric is a football player who has been injured and is treated by Jenny instead of his normal doctor. This book is a page turner that I couldn’t put down, I was hooked from the start and was hanging on every word. It had some hot and steamy scenes and was a thoroughly enjoyable read. I absolutely loved this book.

If you can't handle insta-love and need something more drawn out and angsty, go on and skip this one or don't get your panties in a bunch when that's what this ends up being.
If short, sweet/sexy is your jam, this book is right up your alley!
I felt that the author had the ability to convey some depth to the personalities of the characters bringing a greater sense of reality to her story, which is tough to do in a shorter read.

This is a quickie insta-love story. Nobody writes like Flora does. It is quick and steamy and will fulfill all the wants. I have yet to read a story by her that has her characters without a HEA and NO cheating. Even though it is short you get to know the characters and feel for what they are going through. If you have not checked her out you kinda need to. She will entertain you while leaving you breathless.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this quick story about Jenny and Eric. He's an older football player who managed to screw up his knee. When he meets Jenny at his physio appointment his world turns upside down. Jenny is just starting in the world of physio work when she meets Eric, she knows him from watching football with her dad. But when he shows interest in her, she can't believe it. Eric is blown away with Jenny, he's never experienced this before. Great HEA in the end.

This well-written, OTT, instant everything, Book 178 in the A Man Who Knows What He Wants Series is a great short story with well-developed characters that fall for each other and have to figure out how to overcome an obstacle. These characters have an age difference that may be an obstacle but if you really love someone does it matter even if it is dangerous. It is a great quick read like all Ferrari stories. A realistic story in actions/reactions and one of my favorites of her short stories.

He falls instantly for her and knows that she is his! Jenny can’t believe that the gorgeous famous player Eric would be interested in a curvy girl like her! Eric is a professional football player who is trying to heal from a serious knee injury which could possibly end his career. When he arrives at the physiotherapist’s office he is enchanted by Jenny so even though she hasn’t completed her internship he chooses her both personally and professionally.
Jenny is nervous about working on Eric because of who he is and the importance of ensuring that his knee heals. She is uncertain why a man like Eric would be interested in her, but will he be able to convince her that he wants her just the way she is, curves and all?
Poor Jen is just trying to complete her train to be a physiotherapist. Eric is the star of his football team but has a bummed knee. Eric is enamored with Jenny at first sight. He goes above and beyond to get her attention. It seems that she has the special touch to help him with his injury. Together they have an up and down roll coaster due to Jenny’s insecurities. Can Eric prove to her that love surpass all? Definitely worth reading to find out.

Flora has done it again. Written another wonderful story for all to read over the age of 18+ Love how it is written by this author and the way the book flows from start to finish. I did find any spelling mistakes or any holes in the plot of this book. The character really worked well together to make this book work. I also had a great connection with the characters. I do recommend this book for people over the age of 18+
