In our smart phone world, it is so easy to give Gmail the first word of the day and Facebook the last word. Or maybe it’s Instagram and Netflix. It’s interesting how a day of this becomes a week and a week becomes a month and then it’s a full-blown habit. Our lives consist not in the big decisions and banner events dotting our calendars but in the little things we consistently do day after day after day. We are what we do . . . every single day. Days become weeks. Weeks become months. Months become years. And days, weeks, and months become us. Each one of us has within our stewardship the ability to decide who will get those words in our lives.

It is a good book for individual Bible study or as a group to discuss what each person has learned. It causes one to think about the meaning of Scripture and how to apply it to one’s life. By understanding God’s Word, we can go out and live God’s Word.
