I’m torn between great book or confusing book The recipes I’ve tried are DELICIOUS!! And, I feel l have learned a lot about Mediterranean cooking and how it works. But it has no pictures. (I know that sounds weak, but I’m a visual learner. Also, I found it hard to find recipes with specific ingredients. But I certainly will keep it close by because the recipes are very good and very easy.
The Mediterranean Diet Cookbook for Beginners provides a variety of interesting recipes designed to keep you trim AND healthy. They are also quick and easy to make, some of them with few ingredients, which I like. The book could have been 5 stars with the benefit of professional editing and design.
Loved the book it was great, the book was written well and the recipe you write are just morish. I loved they way it teaches you to understand foods and give you yummy recipes. The help with two week meal plan as well.
