A complicated journey
Always responsible Raina knew her twin sister, Helena, was flighty, but abandoning her baby tops it all. Raina considers raising the child herself, except her sister insists Raina take the baby to his father. The stressful situation is complicated by a stranger demanding she repay money her sister stole. Getting out of town seems like the right thing to do.

Raina doesn’t know what to expect when she arrives on the north slope of Alaska, but the tall, hunky man with piercing blue eyes captivates her from the moment they meet. She’s so captivated in fact, Raina fails to correct Braxton when he calls her “Helena.” Now, she’s impersonating her twin, hiding from a thug and falling for her sister’s ex. It’s complicated.

A mysterious mate
Polar bear shifter Braxton is shocked when his one-night stand from a year ago appears on his doorstep with a baby! Even more surprising are the changes in Helena. Now, she’s curvy, clever and brave when it comes to protecting their child. When they met last year, she smelled vaguely like his mate. Now, he can’t keep his hands off her and the polar bear inside him wants nothing more than to permanently mate with the pretty human. He needs to solve the mystery of his mate before he falls any deeper in love.

But a dangerous criminal has followed her to his sleepy little town, and Braxton's not about to let anything happen to his mate or child.

Tielle (pronounced "teal") St. Clare has had life-long love of romance novels. She began reading romances in the 7th grade when she discovered Victoria Holt novels and began writing romances at the age of 16 (during Trigonometry, if the truth be told). During her senior year in high school, the class dressed up as what they would be in twenty years-Tielle dressed as a romance writer.

When not writing romances, Tielle has worked in public relations and video production for the past 20 years. Tielle moved to Alaska when she was seven years old in 1972 when her father was transferred with the military.

Tielle believes romances should be hot and sexy with a great story and fun characters.

This is a great story about a polar bear who became a daddy but didn't know it for a year. Raina is a twin and is bringing her nephew to his father. Raina is actually more of a mother to the baby than her twin sister Helena. Raina's attraction to Braxton is strong and Braxton feels the same but he can't figure out why a one night stand with Helena was so-so and now his attraction to Helena (really Raina) is off the charts. Well developed characters and insight into their thoughts and add humor and this is a hit.

loved everything but the ending

Would have loved to find out what she turned into. And if Jasper ever turned. But loved the book.
Can’t wait to read the next ones

I’ve liked the other two books in this series, but I really didn’t like Raina’s character. She was sneaky, she lied outright and tried to pass herself off as a good person.
