Clay needed a wife. Muse was trying to get away from an unhappy home. Two different family dynamics, but they both lacked something they could never seem to find. Love. Clay lived in a home where he was seen as an asset—someone to hand the family business down to, so long as he got married and had a child. Muse was a reminder to her father of the wife who lost her life when giving birth to her. Neglected and ignored, she yearns to break away and find her place in the world.
She just didn’t realize that it would be so difficult.
R.K. Knightly is a pen name for a civil servant based in the San Francisco-Bay area. Born in New Jersey, she moved to California in 2007 with her husband, a San Francisco native. First interested in poetry from a young age, she wrote her first short story in second grade. It was a little mystery/thriller she drew the pictures for. Her teacher, Mrs. Michaels, told her mother that she should think about writing as a career, though she should probably look into hiring an illustrator for the art work. Ms. Knightly took journalism classes throughout high school and creative writing courses in college. A lover of all genres of books from autobiographies to sci-fi, Ms. Knightly started writing erotic romance in early 2018. After a few months and two books, she came up with an idea for an erotic supernatural romance which has become popular on the Dreame app. Now she splits her time between the two genres, though her most popular works on Dreame are her supernatural novels. In her spare time outside of writing, Ms. Knightly spends times with her fabulous extended family.
Another wonderful book by an amazing writer! This is the type of book that reaches into the deepest part of your soul, but also can get the fire burning in your loins! I love how it gives you everything you could want in a book, and never feels cliché or redundant. If you are interested in a book that'll take you on a journey both sweet and fiery... this is the one!
Knightly books are my all-time favorite! The characters are relatable and have such great personalities! The stories are actually so fun to read and you’ll find that you simply don’t want to put it down! Highly recommend!
