Lips: A Gay Jock x Musician Short Story
Byron had been in love with Jenna for years. He'd followed her to college. He'd been sure this was the year he'd finally talk to her and make her fall in love with him... and then he'd met his roommate, Nash. Suddenly he's less interested in his high school crush and much more interested in Nash, and absolutely obsessed with his lips. (Please note that this is a 22k short story about a nervous jock who is coming to terms with the fact that he's in love with his more cunning roommate.)

"I believe you, man."I can't believe more people haven't read this short story! The slow burn pining and flirting and sexual tension was so fun!
"Do you?" That was asked more directly into his ear, the brush of those lips against him much more pronounced this time.
He closed his eyes for a second and bit down on his bottom lip to silence the sound that threatened to escape.
Maybe the summary throws people off, this is purely a MM story. The females in the book, such as Jenna and Nash's sister Candy, are phenomenal supportive funny smart girls!
The steam level is on the low side. Like a step-up from YA maybe? But I remember thinking even if they never even got past a 1st kiss I would still love the book because these two have such amazing chemistry.
100% worth a read if you have a bit of time for a short story! Also I totally picture Vinnie Hacker as Nash😂
