An incredible but true tale of intrigue and espionage - J Edgar Hoover's G-Man is entrusted with 68,000 critical, mystery files. Are these the Nazi PaperClip scientists that the CIA so badly want to bring into key positions in the US Defense industry? Hoover then make Thomas O'Loughlin his eyes and ears at the Joint Chiefs Of Staff to try to reign in rogue CIA operations like the Bay of Pigs.
This has to be one of the worst books I've read in a long time. It resembles a poorly written essay by a pre-high schooler. The editing was poor and obviously was not proof read. The content is all speculation based on a few news articles and documents. Did so and so do this or that? Did this happen or that happen? We can all ask speculative questions such as these in the book but there are no definitive answers given, just more speculation and innuendo. It looks like it was ghost written by a fifth grader. Very disappointing.
