Did you see the cover? Beautiful! So was the story of Chase and Megan. Beautifully written despite its predictability, romantic and sweet.
They had an explosive chemistry and a strongly emotional connection.
Their journey could have been further developed and with more depth, instead of consuming the first part of the book with their sexual interactions - which by the way were wonderful.
I am sad to repeat myself, but having free sex while the woman is on the pill, does not protect either of the couple from STDs.
Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable summer romance read.

This is my first book by this author. Single parents is my favorite trope, so I couldn't wait to read this one. The writing was great, and I enjoyed the story. I only gave it 3 stars because I felt like most of the book was about their chemistry. I would have loved to read more about Megan's struggles being pregnant & a single parent. Even after she sees Jasper after almost four years, it seemed to be about their chemistry. I would have liked to see more interactions with Jasper & Chase. Jasper forgave her too fast, and it just didn't seem realistic to me. However, I did enjoy this book, and will definitely check out another one of her books.

This is a second chance romance story.

Jasper Chase plays professional football and is California for a weekend playoff game. Megan Lewis is in California for a week of business meetings. They are both staying at the same hotel and literally run into each other one afternoon. Jasper see's Megan that same night in the hotel's bar area and goes over to talk with her. They have a lot to talk about, and they both have eyes for each other.

Even though Megan and Jasper seem to really hit things off in California, things couldn't be more different for them when they return to their homes on the east coast. Jasper tries to make things work between them, but, with the paparazzi always following him Megan never stood a chance.
They meet again 4 yrs down the road again, completely by accident. However, Jasper wants to find out where Megan has been and why she disappeared from his life. Will Megan let Jasper back into her life? Will she be able to open her heart again to him?

I did receive a free ARC copy of this book. I am freely leaving an honest review.

I was craving for some pregnant by accident kind of story so this one fitted the bill nicely.
The fact that this was not a long story was perfect.
It’s a sweet, feel-good- all-around type of romance.
I gulped it down in one go.
It was very pleasant, with a subtle anti climax that one could enjoy over a cup of coffee.

Megan

Not only was she beautiful but one with brains, too.
So sexy on a woman.
Initially, I felt she was a bit detached, unfeeling. However, that feeling was diminished soon after.
After getting hurt by the man she thought she was starting to fall in love with, she flew back to her home town. Weeks later, she found out she was pregnant.
Hurt and angry, she decided to keep the baby all to herself.

Jasper

Chase was literally like a hotness on a silver platter; a Greek God.
A famous football player who got swooned by a beautiful blond girl.
After a 3 – day whirlwind romance, he decided that he had fallen in love with her.
But things got out of hand when his ex came back into the picture telling him she was pregnant.

Fast forward four years later, the couple met accidentally at a hotel. Unbeknownst to Jasper, he had a little son. Could he forgive Megan for taking away the first years of the chance to know his son?

Reading 2nd chance, surprise baby stories always are intriguing. How will the author handle the situations, the reunion? You will not be getting those details from me, read the book 😊!

The story was hard to put down and kept me interested from the first chapter. The main characters of Jasper and Megan are so opposite and yet they work, she knows nothing about him or football! This story had a lot of little things that kept my interest; her spitfire personality, Megan not letting Jasper get away with anything, the chemistry, Leah the best friend.

Thank you to Book Sprout and the Author for my advanced copy for an honest review.

I absolutely loved Meg and Jasper. They were so perfect from the beginning that it made you believe and wish for love at first sight. Their Love came in hot and fast, but ended in a disaster of a moment.

Meg ran, because she felt like a fool. But second chances are worth it with these two. When they meet again, it's less than perfect circumstances and Jasper needs to think before reacting or he could lose everything.

When love comes full circle the path we take is worth it in the end. Such a beautiful love with these two.

Meghan and Jasper met by chance when he ran into her in the foyer of the hotel they are both staying. She told him off and when he saw her at the bar later that evening he approached her to apologise. Their was an instant attraction and the landed up in bed together. One night was not enough and their one night stand turned into a weekend together with promises of a future. But then she saw him with his ex girlfriend and took up and left, ignoring all his efforts to contact her and explain. Then, almost four years later, he ran into her and a little boy calling her Mommy. A little boy the spitting image of himself. Behind his shock and anger the attraction is still there. Will they take a chance on their future or will the past be too mucb to put behind them? But one thing is for certain - he will be part of his son's life. This is an insta kind of love story which is not normally my favourite trope but this one caught me. I love the author's writing style and sassy female character, an independant woman who can stand on her own feet.

Megan and Jasper meet when they literally bump into each other twice at the hotel they were staying at in los Angeles and they have words. Megan goes into the bar on the evening as she is there for work and bumps into Jasper and they have a drink together and things get a bit complicated from there. Jasper is a football player for The Patriots and he is in Los Angeles for a football game, when he sees Megan he can't help but see how beautiful she is and the best part is she doesn't know who he is. There connection and chemistry is so strong right from the beginning but will it work out for them as they live in different cities. Wow love this book so much with all it's twists and turns and it is so well written and has you turning the page's to see what will happen next and it was so addictive. This is the first book that I have read by Michelle Windsor but definitely not the last and I definitely recommend you read it and you will not be disappointed.

This book is such a winner.
A sheer JOY to read ,Michelle's writing is Excellent and completely drew me in right from the beginning and I did not stop loving it until the end.
The Romance between Jasper and Megan is such a whirlwind they instantly fall in love after a chance meeting in the lobby of the hotel in which they are both staying. Their chemistry is scorching hot and Jasper loves the fact that Megan has no clue that he is a famous NFL star. But as with all great love stories nothing ever goes smoothly and misunderstandings and miscommunication tears them apart,Leaving more than just a few surprises to be discovered...can a love still survive after years apart? ...
Everything about this story gripped me,it was utter PERFECTION..It made me shed a few tears and smile so hard, and I want my own Jasper Chase in my life,I was in Romance heaven.
An INCREDIBLE story that I LOVED to pieces.

absolutely love it when a book captures me to the point where I just cannot put it down. I picked up this book and read it just a few hours. I was instantly hooked by the chemistry between Megan and Jasper. They formed an Insta connection that you can feel deep down in your soul. They were times where I wanted to reach into the pages and slap them for just being naïve and stupid. There were other times that I just wanted to jump up and down so happy that they’re going for what their hearts wanted opinions be damned. I shed happy tears when he met his little boy. This book gave me every feel I could possibly imagine. Once again Michelle Windsor blows me away with how amazing her writing is. The depth of her characters and the great word building in her books makes me want to keep going back for more. So happy I read this. I cannot wait for her next book to be released.

This is the first book I've ever read by Michelle Windsor, and I was so impressed by this beautifully written story. I loved Jasper and Megan together. Their chemistry was off the charts! They had such a special connection. The only semi-negative thing I can say is that the chapters weren't titled with either Jasper or Megan's name, depending on whose POV it was, so I had to actually read a couple sentences of each chapter, although it seemed to go back and forth between them, so it wasn't too hard to figure out. Michelle just gained a new reader. I will definitely be reading more of her books. Needless to say, this book is definitely recommended!

I have to admit I was disappointed. Michelle Windsor is a wonderful writer and I just adored Love Notes and the emotions it brought out in me. But in Catching Chase, I just couldn't get invested in the two main characters of Jasper, a pro football player and Megan, a business woman. The first third of this book is just plain lust and very descriptive sex. It felt more erotic than sexy to me, and a little bit overdone. Will these two ever work through their bad choices? IMO, Ms. Windsor missed an opportunity to give the reader more of the story of Megan's journey as a single mother and also a relationship between Jasper and his new found son. Not to take anything away from this author's writing talent, but I truly missed the romance!

Thumbs Up for this Book!
This is a very likable book. I was instantly engaged with the storyline and all the characters, especially Megan and Jasper. Toddler Chase is adorable too. The story is a fast read it doesn’t get bogged down at any time. That kept everything fresh and lively. How the two characters, Megan and Jasper met is funny and intrigues him to want to know more about her. Their immediate attraction to each other is intense. So when there are roadblocks they are too. So, do they really know each other well enough to work together to solve problems?
I was left satisfied having read this book so I’m recommending it for your reading enjoyment too. Peace.

I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Jasper and Megan run into each other in a hotel they are staying in. Jasper is in town for a game and she is there on business. The attraction between them was instant and all consuming. They spent several nights together burning thru their lust. When they separate it is not on the best terms. A few years go by before they come across each other again. She had gotten pregnant when they had their fling. Imagine his surprise to not only see again the woman who made him feel so much, but her child also. This story was well written, very steamy with sweet spots and drama. I really enjoyed this second chance book

I loved this book with professional football player Jasper Chase and professional software trainer Meghan Lewis. They meet went they are both staying in the same hotel for the weekend and end up having a instant hot attraction and end up in bed as much as they could but at the end of the weekend there is a misunderstanding that sends her away. Four years later they run into each other again and he is trying to get her to meet with him so he can find out why she ran away four years ago but when he sees the little boy he knows she was hiding something from him. His ex Poppy caused all the problems so Meghan just stepped away with a broken heart and decided to raise her son Chase on her own. Can Jasper explain to Meghan all that happened and ask forgiveness?

A fated second chance romance
Jasper and Megan literally meet accidentally in a hotel and Megan lambasts him in front of his team. Yet Jasper keeps his eyes on her even as she walks away. When they meet in the bar later, Jasper gets Megan to start over right this time and things go from hello to steamy in the blink of an eye. They squeeze in as many steamy moments between her work and his practice and obligations, until Jasper’s game when it all goes to hell. Fast forward three plus year and Megan hears her name being called in the hotel foyer where she just presented by Jasper who is in for the surprise of his life. Jasper won’t take no for an answer to put himself back in to Megan’s life, but can Megan let their past go? You’ll love this steamy second chance romance!

Jasper and Megan crash into each other but from their they have an intense relationship for the short period they are together. Jasper is relive to meet a women who wants him for himself and not his fortune. Megan never expected to find love during a work trip. After a misunderstanding they spend several years apart but Megan is hiding a life changing secret from Jasper. When Jasper learns of this secret after bumming into her again at a work conference 4 years later his world is changed forever. I really enjoyed the story and the backstory. This is a cute fun read about a Pro Football Player Jasper Chase and a person who doesn't follow social media and knows nothing about sports Megan. They are staying in the same hotel and he literally runs into her in the lobby and knocks her over making all the file folders she was holding, fly across the floor. Later that day they meet again in the bar and he apologizes again and buys her dinner. It's so refreshing for him to find someone who doesn't know who he is or how famous he is, so they can talk as just two people.
I enjoyed reading this book, it was kind of predictable in storyline but I wanted to continue on to see if I was right or not.
I liked the main characters a lot so that helps. It's a standalone. Easy read, HEA.

Our author has outdone herself again. This is a beautifully captivating story of a famous football star (Jasper Chase) from a very famous team in LA for a game, who accidentally bumps into Megan Lewis who is there for her company's annual conference a hotel. There is an immediate attraction, they start seeing each other and things really start to heat up, but then there is a heartbreaking misunderstanding and 4 years goes by before they bump into each other again. Will they be able to work through the bad choices they made in the past as this time there is a reason to get them together. You will love these characters and the sub-characters add so much fun to this fantastic story.

Another MUST READ book written by Michelle!

I love how Michelle started off the story with a sneak peek into the future - then went back and started the story from the beginning.
I had a very hard time putting Catching Chase down. As I read this book, it felt like I was watching a movie. The way Michelle describes everything with so much detail. Her similes and metaphors are amazing.
There are a lot of hot & steamy scenes in this book, as well as moments that pulled on my heartstrings.
I love that this story was written from two different POVs.
If it’s not clear yet - I HIGHLY recommend Catching Chase.

When a business trip turns into a whirlwind romance, Jasper Chase, football superstar, thinks he has found the perfect woman who treats him like a man and not just a sports star. But when a misunderstanding finds Megan running back home, the relationship ends with a bang. But three years later when the two reconnect, secrets are revealed and misunderstandings are explained can Jasper and Megan start off where the left the romance? Or has too much happened to overcome? With characters you cannot help but fall in love with and a storyline that kept me on the edge of my seat this was a fabulous read.

Well Michelle Windsor has done it again and delivered this wonderfully written, emotional read. Jasper and Megan draw you in with their instant connection and spark from the time they meet and their whirlwind romance to their meeting again years later. This author will write a story that have you laughing one minute and then have your tears flowing the very next page. And this story is no different with the roller coaster ride you will have but in such a good way that will leave you smiling throughout the entire read.

Perfectly beautiful story!

Michelle Windsor’s “Catching Chase” was an absolute pleasure to read! It began with a sweet attraction between two people and ultimately blossomed into something neither one could really fight against. Both characters had never really felt this way before and were surprised by its intensity. Watching as they worked through their issues and ultimately allowed their love to lead them was a real enjoyment! Thanks Miss Michelle for making my day better!

Jasper and Megan meet by chance while Megan is at a work conference. Quickly, they start making real plans for the future.
However, those plans don’t pan out because Megan is clueless about Jasper’s past, as well as the media sensationalism that follows the football player around.
When Jasper sees Megan 4 years later, he wants to catch up and explain everything that went wrong in person, until he sees a toddler with his eyes call her mom. Then he has to decide exactly what he wants.

I’m in love....
This is by far one of Michelle Windsor’s best stories! Before I started this journey of falling in love with Jasper and Megan I knew nothing about American football but now thanks to Michelle’s superb writing I know the basic rules of the game...may have also asked for a New England Patriots jersey for xmas too ;) I’ve literally become a women obsessed! Such a beautiful 2nd chance romance... ❤️

Catching Chase by Michelle Windsor is a wonderful read. When Meagan Lewis and Jasper Chase actually bump into each other at a hotel entrance the sparks fly and the attraction is instant. After a whirlwind few days they part. After 4 years of bad choices and miscommunication they once again run into each other and the sparks are still there along with other surprises. This is such a good story! It made me sigh, laugh and cry, what a rollercoaster of emotions.

Fate 4 ½ stars - I like the story but the conflict was caused by a misunderstanding. I expected better behaviors or reactions from Jasper and Megan. From Jasper, I was expecting more resourcefulness to find Megan. From Megan, I expected more confidence with what she witnessed after the game. Nevertheless, the book didn’t disappoint with the romance, chemistry and steam. [I received an advanced copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.]

I liked that Jasper and Megan met when they were both travelling to California which made this a great second chance romance. After their first together they are separated for several years and Megan is pregnant. When Jasper finds out several years later it brings them back together and they have to figure out how to make it work.
