A Sprinkle of Christmas by Mary Manners
Will their holiday mishap lead to forever love?
When Holly Henderson’s best friend talks her into attending a popular TV reality show audition, the last thing she expects to discover at the studio is the love of her life.
Brock Warren resents his family for pressuring him into holding auditions to snag a date for the holiday episode of Poolside Oasis. But when a studio mishap accidentally matches him with lovely, high-spirited Holly Henderson, he finds that sometimes family really does know best.
This holiday season is filled with the perfect portion of heartwarming surprises coupled with a hearty side dish of sweet romance.
This is Holly Henderson and Brock Warren's story.
HOLLY HENDERSON FLIPPED THROUGH A notebook on the cluttered desk of her office at the Mountain View Children’s Home as beads of perspiration collected along the nape of her neck.
A box fan set to high speed in the window chased a sticky note from the scribble-splattered blotter, and Holly fell to her knees to retrieve it as it flitted across scuffed tile toward the foot of a scratched and dented army-green file cabinet.
Snatching the slip of paper, Holly sucked in a deep, ragged breath. This task she’d recently bulldozed into seemed beyond impossible to accomplish.
BROCK WARREN PACED THE SMALL office at the rear of the conference center as his pulse lurched into a speed that would rival the pole car at Bristol.
How in the world had he ever allowed himself to be roped into this outlandish attempt to solicit an increase in ratings for his family’s Poolside Oasis show on the Home Living Channel?
Harry Linkus, the producer of Poolside Oasis, strode into the room looking flustered. He pushed back disheveled hair from his forehead, exposing a receding hairline.
I recommend reading.
With Bells On by Mary Manners is a wonderful well written 5 star book.
I am looking forward to reading more books by Mary Manners.
I received a complimentary copy of the book and was under no obligation to post a review.

Brock and Holly
Brock seems to have it all, family, A good paying job, good reputation. Holly is an orphan, she's on probation at her job, because of Brock, and doesn't have a lot because of the first two. They meet for the second time, in a kind of God orchestrated moment. Brock is auditioning for his family's show and Holly is there to support her friend. Brock takes one look at her and is majorly attracted, he walks up to her and gives Holly a very sexy(G rated) kiss. Holly remembers clearly how Brock let her and the Children's Home down the last time they had an arrangement, so she's not as smitten as he is. In order not to give anything else away, you need to read the rest of the story. I really enjoyed the way Brock and Holly were able to work together and his families input just added enough to make it humorous at just the right moments.

What a fun, sweet story this is! Brock and Holly are matched up to film an episode of a show, much to Holly's dismay. Sometimes God works in mysterious ways though, and the match brings forgiveness and the ability to move forward.

Mary Manners always writes such uplifting stories, and this was no different. I only have one complaint - that it ended. I wanted to hear a lot more about Brock and Holly!

I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are my own.

Loved Holly and Brocks story. It was like enjoying Christmas in the middle of summer. It took just one kiss and Brock knew Holly was what he was looking for. Holly didn't even want to lay eyes on Brock, then they shared that kiss. I want to read more about Holly and Brock. The characters were so good. I want a friend like Avery. If you like clean inspirational stories, I highly recommend 'A Sprinkle of Christmas '. I received this book from the publisher. The thoughts and comments are my own.

When I read the premise of this book, I knew I had to read it. I loved the idea of Holly and Brock being matched up for a reality show episode, and neither one was happy about it. As they got to know each other, they decided that maybe that wasn’t such a bad idea after all. This was such a fun story. I would recommend it.

An super charming Christmas story of hope, faith and giving back. Holly is the financial director of the Children’s Home where she spent most of her growing up years at. Giving back brought Holly so much joy and she adored the hearts and minds of all the children there. Then she meets Brock, the one person she never wanted to cross paths with. A Christmas story that God has written to bring two hearts as one!

Holly is a amazing young woman. The way she goes out of her way to make sure the children are happy is truly inspirational. Brock is a wonderful person who is always doing something for others. The author will have you on the edge of your seat waiting to see what happens next. You will feel God working throughout this wonderful book. I had the honor to review this book for the author for a honest review.

A cute short story of a woman in charge of financials at an orphanage, struggling to find donations to make a happy Christmas for the orphans. At a TV audition to support her best friend, Holly ends up being chosen for the show playing opposite of the man who failed to keep his speaking engagement months earlier for a fund raiser at the orphanage causing Holly's position to be in jeopardy.
I was provided with a copy of the book and this is my honest review.

A quick read and one that is so much fun. For you naysayers that feel instant attraction can’t last, I was married 32 years to a man I knew less than a month when we married so it does happen. Brock really never knew what hit him when Holly walked in to the audition that she had no intention of attending. She was just there to support her friend. I really enjoyed this book

A sweet Christmassy novella with bits of Cinderella-esque moments. I really enjoyed these characters and thought the Warrens would make for a great series. A great read in the heat of summer.

I received an ARC of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

What fun this Christmas story is. Brock and Holly get matched up, much to her chagrin, and the sparks start to fly. As they get to know each other, they realize that their first impressions are all wrong. Now they must work to correct those impressions in time for a merry Christmas ending. More small town fun and romance from this fan-favorite author.

A short read for the romantics. Brock and Holly, with a misunderstanding in their past, are thrust together through a series of mishaps, or is it really Gods plan all along. Read to determine if they can move past a misunderstanding to anything meaningful.
