I found myself at the wrong place at the wrong time. And because of that, I was now considered collateral damage to the Preacher Brothers.

So I was taken, thrown in the back of a dark SUV, with bleeding, dying man draped over my lap, and my future uncertain. I didn’t expect to live at the end of this ordeal, not with everything I’d seen, not when I could identify them.

But despite my fear of what my future held, I couldn’t help but feel this connection to the man whose life hung by a thread.

Wilder Preacher.

He’s mysterious as much as he’s dangerous. He’s gorgeous in a severe, almost brutal manner. And although his brothers terrify me, I could see how much they loved him, as their worry for his life was thick.

I could see the lengths they’d go to not lose him, even if that included taking me as a hostage.

I’d never known that never had that familial tie where I mattered that much to someone.

And when Wilder woke up, I felt that connection increase until it threatened to consume me. He looked at me like I was the air he breathed, the blood that rushed through his veins. He told me he’d seen me as he was on the verge of dying, that it was my voice, my touch that made him want to stay.

He said I’m tethered to him now, his lifeline… that he won’t let me go.

I should run, should put all this behind me. And maybe I would….

Or maybe I’d been drawn into Wilder’s dark eyes and deep voice until I had no control over my emotions and had no chance of leaving.

It’s all so crazy, but then again, it’s not as insane as the fact that I don’t want to leave him now.

We back with the Preacher boys!!! This one is pretty fast pace some steam and sorta 3 povs. Even if the story is about Wilder and Zoey we do get Frankie's POV since he is Wilders twin. No worries he gets his own story with his long lost love.

Let's get started!! Frankie and Wilder are cooking up more ideas for their drug run and let's say it was a bad business deal that has Wilder shot and a witness Zoey seeing everything, not wanting her to go to the cops or anything stupid Frankie takes her with them. She's sorta being held hostage by Frankie and them until Wilder wakes up. And when he does BOOM!! Wilder can see a life something worth fighting for with Zoey. THE TENSION is high between them also thr mix feelings of Zoey.. on wanting to run. But that doesnt stop Wilder from going after his girl.

I cant wait for Frankie's story. And his long lost love.

No ow/om drama, no cheating, Slight secondary charas, Drama, sexy times, no virgins and no manwhore

Finally, the third one, only one left! I have to admit I wasn’t so sure Wilder was going to be strong enough for me. He totally is! Wilder’s love and protectiveness for Zoey is instant. Zoey and Wilder meet under not the best of circumstances. Mild angst. A bit of action and suspense. HEA.

Book 3 in the Preacher Brothers series and I loved it. This is Wilder’s story and as a bonus you get some of Frankie’s POV. Loved Wilder and Zoey together. They meet after she witnessed him getting attacked and this led to her getting kidnapped by Frankie. The chemistry between them was so intense. Loved it. It was nice to see glimpses of the other brothers and I can’t wait until Frankie gets his story. Great addition to the series.

I read an early review copy of this book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Okay I dont want to offend but...
Oh man this was crap. Feel bad saying it because I've read quite a few of her books that were pretty entertaining. Granted It was a while back so maybe my tastes have changed too much for the alpha stake your claim, stockholm love stories. I dunno. Btw I'm not knocking all of those romances as a whole! They're my palate cleansers and plenty of times just what I need. But they have to have some meat to it, something to grab on to. Give me some embers. And the constant "Do you want this? Say you want this, you sure you want this?" had me almost screaming back YES COÑO! SHE'S KNODDED, SAID IT WITH WORDS, SHE WANTS IT! 🙄
Left me frustrated with a mild headache 🙃
It was just too repetitive and bland.

Zoey is definitely having a bad day when she witnesses a crime. Because she is a witness, she was kidnapped by Frankie as Wilder was bleeding and close to death. Zoey is tasked with helping bring Wilder back from the brink of death. As she nurses Wilder, she begins to feel their connection.

Wilder wants Zoey. He charms her during his recovery and their connection continues to strengthen. There is a lot of sexy build up in this story. Zoey and Wilder are really hot together and the steam is really turned up in this one. The Preacher men certainly aren’t heroes, but they are hot!

It’s nice to get a little bit inside of Frankie’s head, too. Looking forward to his book.

This had a really interesting story, but the pacing of the sex scene was extremely irritating. I have attempted to read a lot of Jenika Snow's books, but I cannot stand the pacing of the sex scenes that she writes and I end up putting the majority of them on my DNF shelf. I understand wanting to share what the characters are feeling in the moment, but there is such a thing as giving too much insight. For every step forward the sex scene took, the internal reflections in the current character's POV took us about five steps back. Interrupting the flow of a sex scene for constant inner reflection is a huge disservice to the otherwise wonderful writing. Jenika Snow has a lot of books out there with intriguing plotlines, good dialogue, and promising character development, so I am really annoyed that the vast majority of her sex scenes are written with this weird pacing.

And let's be real...sex scenes are integral to NA books, so I don't think I'm being unreasonable when I say that if a sex scene is disappointing or irritating in any way, it puts a damper on the book, especially if there's just the one scene. Now, if this pacing happens in one or two of an author's books, I might think that they're trying out something different or they want to get a little deeper into the minds of their characters in the moment. But I have tried and failed to get through so many of this author's books, that coming across this issue is disappointing but expected. Like I said before, having a character be reflective during a sex scene is important and can give the reader a closer look at what's going through their heads, but it has to be within limits. I don't want to be reading a smoothly-paced book and have it suddenly slow way down to sputter along at one of the most critical points in the story--- which is exactly what happened in this book.

Despite all that, I know that Jenika Snow is a good writer with great ideas. There have been a few books where the pacing was relatively normal or at least more tolerable, so that's why I've been giving this author the benefit of the doubt every time I start a new book by her. I know what she has to offer and I'd love to read her work, but maybe this was one time too many for me. I'm sorry, Jenika Snow, but I might be staying away from your stuff for a while.

Zoey has never stayed in one place to long so when she sees something she shouldn't have, she is kidnapped. Wilder and Frankie, twins, have a deal that has gone bad and when Wilder is shot and Zoey witnesses it happen, Frankie makes her come with them. Drifting in and out, Wilder knows he has heard the woman he wants as his and as he slowly recovers, they take time getting to know each other. Loved the connection and I even felt bad for Frankie because he knows his brother is falling for Zoey. This was a fast paced story and full of steam. When Wilder and Zoey finally "get together", it's smoking hot! Zoey is still scared though because she's always been on her own. Will she stay? This was a wonderful book and I can't wait to see Frankie finally get his HEA!!

This is another exciting entry in the Preacher Brothers series. Zoey and Wilder's gets off to an intense and unconventional start. Wilder, like all of the Preacher Boys is a bad boy with a wild heart just waiting to be tamed by the right woman. Zoey was an old soul that lived a nomad life. I thought that her world-weariness was almost tangible. Her life had been hard and she never expected it to get any easier. Together, I thought these two made a great pair. I really liked this couple and how they each brought out a softness in the other. A wonderful read! Can't wait for Frankie's story. I am of my own accord posting a truthful review.

I absolutely loved Wilder and Zoey!! Talk about being at the wrong place at the wrong time, that’s just where Zoey was on her last night of work. After she gets kidnapped by Frankie, threatened and held against her will things change between her and Wilder even when he’s not awake for the first third of the story. Once he finally wakes they have this intense connection that’s palpable. That will Zoey’s nomad tendencies get in the way of her HEA? Will Wilder’s feelings for her cause her to run? I can’t wait for Frankie’s story, I have a feeling it’s going to be epic!!

Having read the first two books in this series I was interested in this couples story. I had a few questions and ideas about these characters and this story confirmed my interest. The story was well written and the character fleshed out. I really enjoyed the world building as well as the romance and action. Think this is a very enjoyable story, but do recommend reading books one and two first (not that it is necessary), just because I don't want you to miss out on anything. Great story.

The Drift

Great Read. Preacher brothers are winning me over in each book. Here we find the twins in trouble in the beginning and as usual there is a woman involved. Read to find out what happens and who falls in love.

Love all the Preacher Brothers! These boys are so easy to love and Wilder and Zoey were on fire together. Wilder, like his brothers, is trouble from the start but once he sets his eyes on Zoey he can't let her go. The Drift is a fast paced love story with an intense alpha bad boy and a troubled running heroine that will give you plenty of feels!

I would recommend reading this series in order so you enjoy the full background of the story and characters. I can't wait to get Frankie's story next.

Too Much ~ This story had a lot of emotions in it. It was over the top in everything, especially the sex scene. Too much teasing, too much forcing her to beg, too many times on repeat, for their first time together. Just too much. At that point it was a question whether or not he wanted to. Yeah, they wind up together, but... no wonder she tried to bail.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Zoey and Wilder's story. Wilder believes he has found the brothers next big score. The problem is to get the info he has to meet with a junkie who spooks easily. When things go bad for Wilder they go bad fast. When his twin sees a woman who has watched the whole thing the only thing Frankie thinks is to save his brother and he can't leave this loose end while he is focused on that. He puts her in the car and Wilder is laid with her in the bench seat her job to hold the bullet wound and not let him die. Zoey is a free spirit and had just quit her job and was looking to move on to her next place. Where she wasn't quite sure but she knew it was time to move on. That is until she watches a guy get shot and is stuck in a car with him. There is something about Wilder though that just draws her to him. Will these two make it to get a HEA or will her wandering spirit and his gunshot wound make that impossible?

This is an amazing story. It is part of a series but can be read as a stand alone. I do advise reading them in order so you don't give away any secrets. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other reader. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Wilder and Frankie were definitely at the wrong place. Never deal with tweekers. The deal went to crap fast and now Wilder’s life is hanging by a thread. This was Zoey’s last day at this dive. She was a nomad. She wasn’t planning to stick around. When she witness’ a shooting, she is frozen. Frankie needs to clean up loose ends, and Zoey is one of them. But he needs her help first. You would have thought this story was going to be able Frankie and Zoey but nope. Wilder is the one here. With the shooting bringing him in and out of consciousness, it is the warm hand, a pleasing scent and a beautiful voice that stirs him. I had that “while you were sleeping” feel. Not the same in story but thought. Wilder isn’t going to give Zoey up. It is a matter of convincing her that her place is with him. No more wondering. This one shows that Zoey really has a hard time with trust and opening her heart. I love Wilder. He is sweet and so open to showing her all the love he has for her. I give a kudos to Frankie though. He stood up for his brother and knew Wilder was in love with Zoey. This one will touch your heart.

Wilder belongs to a family of 4 brothers that live above the law. When he is shot in a deal gone wrong, his brother Frankie abducts the only witness - Zoey. She forms a bond with Wilder, her voice calls to him as he heals and he is determined to keep her around. Will the nomadic Zoey feel the same? (After the shooting I’m wondering why Zoey wasn’t covered in blood and would want to wash it off the first chance she got? Also, would a family leave their injured brother alone with a kidnapped stranger?) The author does a good job of relaying the intensity between the main couple, even when Wilder’s not talking. Told in multiple POV, this possessive insta-love romance has building tension, interesting characters and extended love scenes. Some of the actions/dialogue are repetitive but still a solid erotic story. This is the third book in the series and I do want to find out if Frankie finds the woman he loves in the next book.

These Preacher boys are intense, riding the edge of darkness. They are lost, even though they would they would deny that with every breath. Twins Wilder and his brother Frankie are the lighter of the brothers but that doesn't make them invincible. When a deal goes bad in an alleyway, Wilder pays the price with a bullet. Frankie is scared and when he spies Zoey watching it all go down, he panics. He grabs her and hustles home to save his brother's life. Zoey is scared, terrified of what she stumbled across. Her plan was set when she left work, she was leaving town. Now she is in the back seat of a vehicle with a bleeding man's head in her lap. She knows she should run when she gets the chance but how can she when Wilder is all she can think about. These two were really sweet together. You really see another side to these guys when they find their woman and it is everything! Love these brothers and I feel like Ms Snow has saved the best for last. Bring on Frankie!

I was so glad to get back in to the next story for one of the Preacher brothers. Wilder Preacher is hurt very badly, his twin was with him and notices a stranger witnessed it all go down, he makes the decision to take her with them.

Zoey has been kidnapped just as she was leaving her job before drifting off to another place. She’s scared and afraid. But the unconscious man calls to her, she holds his hand and hums to him. When he wakes up, that’s what he remembers and decides she’s the one for him and Zoey is starting to believe that there is someone out there meant for her.

One of the things that I love about the Preacher brothers, is how important family is and how they will do anything for each other. This story had it all, drama, tension, falling in love and best of all family.

Fate brings Wilder and Zoey together, but can their different worlds mesh
Zoey is a drifter with plans of leaving her current job behind to head on the road. Wilder and Frankie are waiting for a hookup with access to help on a job when it goes horribly wrong. Zoey witnessed what went down in the alley, so Frankie pushes Zoey into the car to apply pressure to Wilder’s wound. At the Preachers home, his brother’s woman works quickly on Wilder, while Zoey and all look on. For reasons beyond Zoey's comprehension, she is allowed to remain in Wilder’s room and keeps a watchful eye over him. Wilder dreams of an angel by his side, so when he wakes to see Zoey, it’s like karma! Yet the two are from different lifestyles, so how can any future be possible? You have to read to find out and will not put this book down until you turn the last page!

Zoey & Wilder...
Zoey is a loner or a drifter. She likes her life this way and can deal with the way she lives.
Wilder he and his brother take what they want and he wants Zoey.
If only Zoey hadn't left a few minutes earlier her life may still be the same day in and day out. Then she meets Wilder and man who is tough and strong. Zoey has become Wilder's everything since he was shot she is the light that brings him back to life. Although you can clearly see the connection between the two Zoey is a little resistant because she has always been alone and only depended on herself. When these two finally get together they are explosive. Another great addition to the story. I love those Preacher boys and how they handle themselves and how the woman handle them.

Zoey is a nomad. She prefers to stay part time in a place to avoid full time heartache. The problem with that plan is she hadn't met the Preacher boys who are thieves but it's the way they steal their womens' hearts that we really remember.

Wilder, while waiting for a deal gets more than he bargained for when he gets shot. Which leads to a kidnapping and yes, I mean her heart.

He's not perfect but he's pretty close. He's a "bad guy" with a fierce heart and soul. He actually should thank his twin for that (not spoiling!!!).

I received an ARC for an honest and voluntarily review.

Wrong place, wrong time.

Zoey has always been a free spirit, a nomad, never staying in one place for too long. On the night she planned on blowing town she sees something she shouldn't and gets kidnapped for it. Frankie can't let his twin brother, Wilder die and the girl that was what happened is collateral damage as far as he's concerned. He doesn't plan on hurting her but he can't let her walk away. So while his brother fights for his life, Zoey remains their prisoner. Zoey is catching feelings for Wilder as he recovers and it scares the crap out of her. This is a wonderful story and I highly recommend it!

This started out promising with an interesting premise. The brothers are meeting with a sketchy person with a twitchy trigger finger in an alley outside a bar. The heroine is in her final days of employment of the same bar and is just leaving to go home when everything goes wrong. Hero is shot, heroine witnesses this and hero's brother kidnaps her because of this. It was fun and I enjoyed the start of this book immensely.
However, from there not much happens. Hero recovers decides he wants heroine. Heroine is a wanderer, she wants hero but doesn't feel like she should considering the circumstances. She is allowed to leave but stays however she is very torn. This is pretty much the rest of the book and although I finished it, I sadly lost interest in the rest of the story.
I do have a copy of the next book so I will read that at some point. I hope it has more of a storyline.

I thought that this was a great book. Zoey and Wilder were great together. I really like the connection that these two had with each other; they were drawn to each other. I was glad we got to see a little of Cullen and Dom in this book. I think my favorite part was towards the end when Frankie was sticking up for his brother and trying to get some scene into Zoe. I can't wait for Frankie's book! I would highly recommend this book and this series thus far.

When I’m in the mood for short, dirty, InstaLove reads one of my go to authors is Jenika Snow. You just can’t go wrong with one of her books. She’s got just the book you need whatever your taste may be at that moment. The Drift has got all the bells and whistles. It’s high on steam with an element of suspense - and the male MC is a bad, bad boy who falls hard and fast for the soft spoken, solitary heroine who can’t walk away from her captor. A delicious addition to the Preacher Brothers Series and a fantastic novella length read to enjoy over a glass of wine. TBR and Enjoy.

A intense steamy read!

A fast, instant romance that doesn’t disappoint. If you have been with the preacher siblings from the start than you don’t want to miss Wilder’s story. Wilder was intense, suspenseful and his sizzling chemistry with Zoey was out of this world hot. What started out as being in the wrong place at the wrong time becomes more as Zoey discovers there is someone who was made for her. I loved the fast paced romance that brings a steamy HEA that this newest release offered. I can’t wait for Frankie’s story.

I found myself unable to put this down. This is a little longer than I am used to with this series and Jenika Snow but I couldn't even feel the the length of it because you are sucked into the story with Wilder and Zoey. There is some suspense in that Zoey doesn't know what is going to happen with her but when she is with WIlder, you can't deny their connection. This is steamy and may burn you and the Kindle up but it's also sweet. I loved seeing the rest of the Peacher brothers and we even get some teasers into Frankie's story.

Oh wow! I couldn’t not have guessed where this story would take me when I started it and I’m soo glad I read it. Zoey and Wilder’s story was intense. No other rowed for it. The way they come into each other’s lives, their feelings, the chemistry, all of it... just crazy intense in the best way. I absolutely lived this addition to the Preacher Brothers series and now I am so ready for Frankie’s story!
