Two young people want to move into another duplex. Kristy is in danger but she doesn't know it. Then it turns out that Kristy isn't that harmless as she seems to be. Well, to me the story was a bit too confusing. Too many sidetracks, too much neighborhood. What about the ritual? It remains in the dark. Too much unsolved mystery for me. My favorite of this author was Elevator!

Another great short story. I love the description of the street they drive through. The ending is pretty funny too. Also, the author is my wife.
