The couples are back, and although their relationships are stronger and more legal than before, trouble somehow found a way to seep through the cracks. Being famous has it perks but it also has it's drawbacks, and the couples learn this the hard way. Will they be able to prove they can withstand anything? Or will outside forces of fame, temptation, old enemies, and psycho fans break them apart?

Yasssss Loved it!!!
I really enjoyed reading this from beginning to end. I swear Kordell had me dying laughing because he was such a fool until it was ridiculous. Everything that came out his mouth I was like did he really just say that lol. Chaz was just the sweet and sour one but I loved it. Glad they were able to save Chanel because she didn't deserve to get hurt like that by her mother. Good to see Ishmael got his acted together because he would have been sick if Kady moved on. Last but not least Mischief the one who was so straight forward and didn't care what came out his mouth is going to be missed. Him and Laine were prefect together because they were both crazy. It just amazes me how far they came and to see where they went. Great read Shvonne Latrice!!!

It was subpar!!!
I don't know what I expected but this was subpar. I think it needed to stay at 3 books instead of this 4th book. I mean it was ok, but too much drama for no reason. It felt it was just to fill up those pages.
Mischief and Laine was probably the only one with the best need for this 4th book because, Mischief was this sought after producer and every female were trying his faithfulness not counting this thing when he was a child and his mother's condition. Meanwhile Laine is going thru motherhood, men hitting on her and her own family issue.
Cassy, Erynne, and Kaddy, truly didn't have that much that made sense so they were there for page fillers. I mean Cassy had a stalker, Kaddy wanted to get married and Erynne well I didn't even get it.
Kordell, Chaz and Ishmael were the same as the girls. Kordell was just funny and should have been a comedian. He was dealing with this thing of his mother. Chaz was just too good of a guy to be true yet, he couldn't help his little brother from his mother issues, and Ishmael had trust or really marriage issues...
So truly the whole focus in this book should have been on Mischief and his brothers where we would experience on some of his issues, such as: how he was coping now that his brothers know? How's the mother's therapy going? Did he had to join the therapy at one point? How does this affect his parenting and all? How does Chaz feel being the oldest and he didn't get to protect his little brother? And how come no one ask about their dad? Etc, etc, etc...
So yeah, this 4th book was truly not needed because there wasn't really anything new or worth mentioning.
Jade was so selfish, and so bad that I was hoping Karma would have taken her up already. It was so funny with the home school teacher. And finally Tarik got his. Jude is back but more on the low than out there and I truly thought it was Rita the snitch...finally no Aspen and Ishmael, man you escape with Tee😀😅...
Needless to say, MS. Latrice, this was still a perfect series and my only wished was that you brush on more in depth regarding anise from parents/adults to child more.

Great Read
Ain't nothing changed about Jade. She was still a hoe and playing with people feeling's. Adrian hurt her own feelings. She knew Jade didn't have a faithful bone in her body. I don't condone domestic violence but Hudson was Jade karma. She married that man, cheated and played with his feelings the same way she did Chaz when the two of them were married. Chaz had a sick fan that wanted to meet him. His heart went out to Chanel. When Erynne had a chance to meet Chanel. She noticed something wasn't right about the situation or Chanel mother but Chaz had to learn the hard way. He soon noticed himself something was off. I don't know why Erynne didn't tell Chaz about Rodney trying to blackmail her. She should've known Chaz was going to find out. Cassie should've taken heed when Kordell told her something didn't seem right with their daughter home school teacher Orchid. Orchid was very weird and had a hidden agenda. I laughed hard as hell when Kordell called Orchid Casey Anthony and Aileen Wuornos. He is a damn fool but he was right about her. Kordell was also trying his best to have a relationship with his mother but it was hard for him to after learning what she did to his brother Mischief. Cassie also thought she would try to get to know her sister Ellison but come to find out. It was some bs. Kady had every right to give Ishmel an ultimatum. She wasted enough time when she was with Nuzi. However you can't force a man into something he isn't ready for. Jude got out of prison with a vendetta. He was trying to find out who told on him but he knew damn well trying to come at Cassie and Laine would've been detrimental. If it wasn't Mischief putting hands on somebody behind Laine. Laine was putting hands on somebody behind Mischief. The both of them deserve each other because they are crazy.

West Coast Bae
I can truly say that Mischief and Laine wasn't playing any games about each other and they were happily committed and in love with each other. Chaz and Erynne was so good together that it didn't even faze him when he found out that Jade had six abortions and he made sure to protecther and her business. Kordell was a straight fool and it was so funny when him and Cassie got arrested in Las Vegas. Melody went in just like Kordell told her to with the little wanna be bully. Ishmael should've known that Kady wasn't going to be satisfied just being his baby momma and was going to want more of a commitment with him. I'm glad that Kordell and his dad gave him sound advice that he listened to and proposed to her. Jude wasn't playing any games but it was his own fault for what he had going on behind the scenes. I hate to see them go a i really enjoyed this series.

I read all 4 books before reviewing. I really enjoyed this series. A lot of character development. Shai and Laine were my favorite couple. They remained consistent and confident through all 4 series.
As for Kady, Cassie, and Erynne. Wow. 3 very annoying, insecure, and green women. Cassie wanted a sister so bad that she got scammed. Kady was clearly jealous she wasn’t married like her friends. And Erynne was grossly insecure. But honestly she slept with this man when he was married so that’s expected.
You honestly don’t need to read this book. I don’t think it wraps anything up nicely. You can stop at 3.

Absolutely The Best!!!
This was absolutely the best series to read! I loved the way Shai and Laine loved each other. These two psychos were made for each other, I tell you. Then there was the psycho Kordell and his low key psycho Cassie 🤣. She whooped that girl with a belt all the way out the house for trying to get with her man! Loved this book. Loved the series. All four books were great!

I'm a Mischief and Laine fan and I feel that there is room for at least one more round with this couple and their family and friends! Mischief's mother deserves a nice home going, at least, in the next book. Jade needs a nice dose of karma. Prison obviously did not reform Jude the Little Pimp. I see great potential in the "next" installment of "My Baby Is A West Coast King!"

Book 4 felt like overkill. Everything essential to the story was already provided in the prior three books, making this installment feel unnecessary. Instead of advancing the plot meaningfully, this one leaned heavily into erotica, which overshadowed the depth and drama that made the earlier books so engaging. Amazing Series
This was such an amazing series. I loved how the couples handled married life. Now there was a few moments when I was like "nicca really?" Especially when he was mad at his wife when she was right. I'm glad they were able to get Chanel the help she needed and away from her crazy mama. I love Kordell, he just say anything. I'm happy Ishmael got his act together. Mischief and Laine are still perfect for each other.💜💜

Love the series
Very good read, This series was amazing Mischief was the best love his character him and his wife was amazing together perfect couple. All the characters was amazing. Great ending!! Chaz, Ishmael, Shai and Kordell...where can I find one in real life??? Mischief and Laine's relationship was perfect! She tamed the beast! So did Cassie, Erynn, and Kady! Jade is selfish and confused! Definitely was not a likable character. I can't believe Hudson signed over his rights! Love the series!!

This was a very exciting series to read. There was never a dull moment messing around with the Benjamin family then add up and coming model Laine and her group of model friends ihhh how they came and shut the block down each one gravitating to their fateful boo and boy was it fun and exciting to read. This series was so good. Mischief is definitely bae with his rough ax but Kordell is a damn fool. He was hilarious. Chaz is definitely what a good woman looking for. Jade didn’t deserve him. Ish was getting in my nerve but I’m glad he got it together. Good read

This is a wonderful series. This is my second series by this author. I must say I enjoy her style of writing immensely. Her male characters have an edge to them. I can see why the women are attracted to them. The same can be said for the female characters loving ,caring, and fearless. It is an absolute pleasure reading your books 🥰

This was a great read but I would definitely say for the young adults. Too much drama and lots of bedroom time. However it did touch on family issues and things that actually happens in real life but sometimes not spoken about. Ish, Cordell and Cruz definitely set the tone for this series. Loved it

I liked the series at first but what rubs me the wrong way is how the wives are so quick to fight and have to constantly remind their husbands not to cheat. Ish had sex with someone twice while him and kady were broken and now all of sudden they’re back together like what ? Laine continues to look stupid and fight while pregnant like it’s just ghetto

It was good to take another ride with the Benjamin brother. They are all still some fool. Jade is crazy and should have just told Adrian she didn't want a relationship. I was happy to see all four couple get a happy ending.

I absolutely loved this series. I love how the last book tied up all of the loose ends and still gave me the drama that I have come to expect from this family. A fitting end to a crazy family and their friends.

Okay first off, Jade needs counseling. She's so confused that poor baby ain't going to stand a chance. Mischief is too funny and don't care what he's says and who he says it to. At least all my mens yes mens got their boos.
