ARC for honest review with no compensation
Resolute is book 9 in the Eternal Brethren Romantic Suspense series by Shirleen Davies and while its a standalone reading the prior books gives you insight into the Eternal Brethren and all it stands for.
Next up is Lucas “Gunner” Henson and Katrina Snowden. Gunner has watched as each of his friends has found the woman of their dreams and he wants that too...the woman he wants doesn’t want him.
Gunner knows that the road to happiness with Kat is paved with suspense, intrigue, foes, missions, surprises, action, friendship, sparks and maybe a HEA they both have been waiting for....only time will tell...

Resolute (Eternal Brethren Military Romantic Suspense Book 9) by Shirleen Davies is a thrilling, suspenseful, sexy read. This Navy SEAL Team pose as the bad guys to catch the real bad guys. It has been working for them. Now for Gunner it comes back to bite him since the one woman he is interested in wants nothing to do with anyone in a motorcycle club. Then the race is on for the team to protect her, her family and apprehend the villain.
I don’t usually read MC romance stories but this one is the exception. That is because these are undercover SEALs and not a real MC bunch of hoodlums. The are good guys from the bottom of their feet to the hair on their heads. In fact, they are some of America’s finest, Gunner included.
Katrina Snowden and her family have been on the run for years. Now hoping to make Liberty Lake home. A fragile friendship forms with Gunner in spite of his reputation with the Brethren. This is a gripping, suspenseful and entertaining story. Gunner has been a part of The Brethren since the beginning. Kat, along with her mother and brother, moved to Liberty Lake several months ago, after fleeing the last town they lived in, thinking Kat's father had found them. Gunner asks Kat out after watching her for a while. Kat is wary, but Gunner had never done anything to make himself look bad. The Brethren are told that another MC will be moving to town and trying to gain control of the area. Soon after Gunner and Kat start dating, unexplained things start happening to Kat, her family, Gunner and The Brethren. Finding out who is behind it comes as a shock to everyone. The Kat's past catches up, not all is unwelcome. The story intensifies as you read it, and keeps you guessing at the secrets that are revealed. I love this series, every story is interesting and all of the characters are likeable. You can read this alone, but knowing how the club members and their wives come together adds a bit to the story.

This is another exciting book in Shirleen Davies’ Eternal Brethren series. This is about a motorcycle club whose members are all undercover Navy SEALS. Their mission is to keep this area “clean” .
Luke “Gunner” Henson, one of the original members, has met Katrina “Kat” Snowden around town and at the Nursery where she works. He is attracted to her, but, so far, he has not done anything about it.
Kat, her mother and her brother have been running away from her father for years. They finally feel safe at Liberty Lake. She, too, is attracted to Luke, but she has had a bad experience with another MC, so she is not showing her feelings to Luke either.
When Kat and Luke finally get together, her past comes back to haunt her. Now Gunner and the Eternal Brethren must help keep Kat and her family safe.
The rest of this absorbing book is filled with excitement, suspense, lots of action, and hot love-making. I do not want to spoil the book, but there are secrets that are slowly revealed . And, Kat and her family are all in the middle of most of it.

I absolutely love this entire series and it is one where the books actually get better as the series progresses which isn't always the case. The Eternal Brethren are a MC with a big difference they aren't actually a MC at all they are all active SEALS who are using the MC as cover to bring down traffickers in the area be that guns,drugs or humans. This latest offering is Gunners story

Resolute is another action packed, romantic, and suspense filled, book in Shirleen Davies Eternal Brethren series. This story revolves around Gage, aka Gunner and Katrina, aka Kat as they find them selves growing from becoming friends to lovers. I am fascinated how the author can pull the reader into the story and holds their attention through out the book. I was mesmerized by the good mc's (unbeknownst to those outside the the club) vs the bad mc's dealings with each other and then a really evil mc and a bad mob associations connection. There were several times that I felt as if I was holding my breath while waiting to find out what happened to the characters after the mission was completed. The book was easy to read even though Gunner thought to himself there really is "no easy day". I highly recommend Resolute if you enjoy fast paced action, a thrilling roller coaster ride of suspense, good guys vs. bad guys, and romance blossoming between the lead characters amid danger, lies and duty. I was given an ARC by the author in return for my honest review and now you have it!

A Spectacular Suspense Romance .
I volunteered to read and review an advanced readers copy of Resolute . This story was fantastic from start to finish . This is book nine in the Eternal Brethren series . The Brethren are a military team undercover as a motorcycle gang . Lucas (Gunner) Henson is really a Navy seal . Katrina Snowden , her mother and brother have been on the run from her father and his men for six years . They've finally settle in Liberty Lake . Katrina works at Maas Nursery . Gunner hires her to design his landscape around his house . She finds herself attracted to him but he reminds her of her past and that scares her . As Katrina and Gunner spend time together their relationship grows but danger is coming at them from several enemies . It will take the Brethren and Gunner
to protect and save Katrina and her family .
This story is action packed, suspenseful and all out fabulous . I highly recommend reading .

The Eternal Brethren Series is so great. I have enjoyed reading each of the books in this series. This group of Eternal Brethren Motorcycle Club members are undercover Navy SEAL and would give their life to protect their own. Lucas “Gunner” Henson once thought he was in love but when she moved across country looking for her future that didn’t include him, he moved on. When he met Katrina Snowden at Maas Nursery where she worked, he was instantly attracted to her and it didn’t take him long to know what she meant to him. Kat with her brother and mother moved to Liberty Lake and thought it was their safe haven. As they were running from their past, it seems to be catching up with them and the danger is apparent when she thinks she is being followed. Will the Eternal Brethren be able to keep them safe?

This is another unmissable book in the Eternal Brethren series, an MC with such a difference, as it acts as the cover for an elite team of active Navy SEALs. This story is about Lucas, known as Gunner, and Kat. Kat and her mother and brother moved into Liberty Lake several months previously, after spending the previous six years hiding from Kat’s father. Gunner and Kat are attracted to each other, but Kat has concerns about him because he belongs to an MC, but gives him a chance. As her family’s past comes back to cause them problems Gunner and his team of brothers become involved in something much bigger than a family dispute. The chemistry between Gunner and Kat is hot and steamy, and the story is full of twists and turns, you won’t be able to put the book down. Great book, can’t wait for the next.

Loved this book, found it really hard to put down and read it in one sitting. Not sure my housework needed doing until I got to the end. This book features Gunner and Kat, we had met Gunner in previous books and at that time he had been seeing a helicopter pilot and that is were I thought this book would go, however, Shirleen Davies made her hero work for his HEA. In this book he becomes Kat boss at the garden centre we’re she works and through twist and turns in the story plot they end up together and a great couple. The blurb makes it sound like the book has a predictable start and this is another area that the author is so good at, give us what we want but not until the end. Brilliant book , very very enjoyable and while worth the time away from other jobs to read. I was given this book for an honest review.

With this intriguing adventure, we leave Las Vegas using deception; live in Denver as a new family; and, as chilling anxiety fills that family, they move to Liberty Lake, Arizona. Now feeling safe, having jobs and being happy in their lives after six years, danger comes calling once again. There’s all kinds of danger as motorcycle gangs fend off the Chicago mob world; and, in the process save 24 children from the ravages of human traffickers. I read non-stop action throughout the story-line; I smiled as Gunner ate mystery meat in the hospital while announcing he was great; and, there is love in the story when Katrina finds her man. This is a great book with so much entertainment, you won’t stop reading until The End.

I love, love, love this series where elite, undercover Navy SEALS are disguised as bad boys in the Eternal Brethren MC and "Resolute" is a perfect addition to this must-read military romantic suspense series with unforgettable characters you want to know and a well-crafted story that kept me glued to the book from start to finish with intrigue, danger, twists and turns. I loved the attraction and sizzling chemistry between Lucas "Gunner" Henson and Katrina Snowden, a woman with a guarded past. If you enjoy romantic thrillers that keep you on the razor's edge and hanging onto every word, don't miss this book. I received an advance reader copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving my review. I enjoyed it so much I purchased a copy so I can read it again at a later date.

Another great addition to the Eternal Brethren series of books, once again there is a mix of earning trust and building a relationship against a background of danger where all is not what it seems. The Eternal Brethren appear to be a tough motorcycle gang but are working undercover to stop crimes committed by other gangs. Gunner/Luke meets Kat at the local nursery, and they are drawn together despite her dislike of motor cycle gangs, but Kat and her family are hiding a secret about their life before settling in Liberty Lake, one that puts them in danger and she needs to put her trust in Luke and the rest of the Eternal Brethren to help. Another great book in this series combining romance, danger, plot twists and lots of action, one of those books you find difficult to put down.

I absolutely love this series. Gunner and Kat is amazing. Kat and her family are hiding a secret. Their secret may however cost them their life. Gunner will do anything to protect Kat. With lots of twists you will find it hard to put this book down. This book has romance and suspense. A really really enjoyable read. Although this book is part of a series it can be read as a stand-alone. I love how characters from the previous books featured in this book as well. This book is a definite must read for all action romance lovers. I can’t wait for the next book in the series!

Awesome Eternal Brethren MC story that’s full of suspense, intrigue, romance and keeps you reading well past bedtime. Lucas (Gunner) doesn’t mind his undercover job with the MC but he’s looking for more. Katrina and her family has been running for six years and just want a normal life. Life can’t be normal when an outlaw MC is watching as well as the Mon. Gunner wants Katrina to design his gardens around his house. What a better way to get to know her and keep an eye out for trouble. I received a complementary copy of this book and it’s a pleasure to do a review. As always Ms. Davies outdoes herself.

A great book and series I highly recommend both. The Eternal Brethren are not what they seem which makes these books exciting.

Another suspense filled romance with Gunner and Kat. He is a member of the Brethren MC club working to make the streets safe along with his military brothers. He meets Kat and hires her to do some work for him and they began to date but soon some strange things begin to happen. When he learns that Kat her mother and brother have been on the run from her father for six years he and his friends decide to help protect her and her family. There is romance but it is the suspense that will keep you guessing and turning the pages to see what will happen next.

I have read each of the books in the Eternal Brethren series by Shirleen Davies. It amazes me how each book seems to be better than the last. I loved this story about Gunner and Katrina and how they were able to discover love. Not only did I enjoy their romance, but I enjoyed the characters of Terri, Katrina’s mother, and her brother Brady.
There were so many unexpected twists and turns that I found the book hard to put down. It was truly an enjoyable read that left me wanting more. Hope there will be a 10th book in this series soon!

Gunner and Kat's story
This is my favorite Shirleen Davies story. I think I probably say that every time I read a new one. But I truly believe it every time I say it. I love the way she weaves her stories together making you a part of the community. Each book will stand on its own with its own romance and excitement.
I tried to give you a summary of the book. But there was so much I didn't want to leave out. I finally decided to leave it for the professionals.

This series takes a different way for the Seals to be protecting the Home front; at home. This group has a bad boy image and it serves them well in getting rid of the gangs and drug dealers on our soil. Lucas Gunner is ready to settle down, but the one woman he wants has set his kind (MC Outlaw) off the table. This story is full of intrigue and is action-packed. There is an underlying story to Katrina Snowden as her history comes to light. I love the interaction between these two and how Lucas breaks through her defenses.

Another excellent book. This book has everything you expect in this series. Plenty of action, surprises, heat, keeps you on the edge of your seat. I read this book in one sitting. Kat and her mother and brother escaped from a life they had for freedom. They felt comfortable for a while. Then the unexpected happens. Gunner has had his eyes on her for a while. When his brethren become involved, things take a unexpected turn. Loved this book. HEA

This is Gunner's story who becomes Kat's boss at a garden nursery while continuing to carry out operations with the Eternal Brethren MC. As the attraction and relationship between him and Kat develops, her past comes back to haunt her as well as her mother and brother. Kat's family soon needs protection. As ever with this series there are some fascinating twist and turns . Thoroughly recommend. Read an ARC for an honest review.

Gunner and Kat’s story is a great addition to an amazing series! I loved the introduction of the new rival MC. They raised the intensity of this series tenfold and I cannot wait to see how they will play out. This story is packed with romance, suspense and “I didn’t see that coming” action, which makes it a great book to fill up an afternoon with. I absolutely love this series and cannot wait for the next installment.

Another great read in the Eternal Brethren series, twists and turns that you don't see coming. Shirleen keeps delivering books that you want to read, love her characters and the stories, suspense and romance in a book what more can you want. Kat and Gunner's story is worth the read and you get to catch up with the characters from the other books in the series too.

Suspense, secrets, and love great combination. Gunner and Kat have an immediate attraction except Kat is skeptical of Gunner because of his association with the External Brethren MC. Kat her Mother and brother have taken on new identities trying to run from the past. An accident starts the searches that bring out the secrets causing a protection mission. Great read as always from author.

As with the other books in the Eternal Brethren MC series I have read, Resolute has been right up there concerning the suspense, MC groups whilst combining steamy romance. Gunner and Kat had a lot to deal with and came out on top.

Another great book in a great series by one of my favorite authors. Shirleen Davies does not disappoint with Resolute. I loved Gunner and Katrina's story and all the characters. I look forward to more books in the series.

I love these stories they pull you in from the beginning. Once I started reading this book I didn't stop, I couldn't it is so good. Well written full of action, and great characters. You won't be disappointed.

Resolute is the ninth book in the Eternal Brethren series. It was another fast-paced suspenseful read that pulled me in from the beginning and kept me riveted until the end. It had wonderful characters and a suspenseful storyline. I can't wait to read the next book in this amazing series.
