Brilliant. Simply brilliant. From the wooded hills of the Asgorothian countryside to the open water of the high seas, B.H. Knudson delivers the small details in every scene of The Ghost Prince: Shadows of the Second Order which pulls the reader from reality into the fantasy world of Reinvale and Asgoroth. Always keeping the one reading invested in the story, the author allows the reader to tag along with him every step of the way and see firsthand what the characters see, hear what the characters hear as they travel the paths of this fantastic journey. By continually dropping thought provoking content as it relates to the story, he insures the subject matter will stay with you long after you put the book down. Young adult readers will discover much about themselves from the trials and life skills just as our Ghost Prince discovers as he experiences during his colorful voyage back to reclaim his identity. An epic stand-alone fantasy novel by a talented author. One not to be missed and with the last sentence, you happily realize there will be more to come. A great read. Don’t miss out on the adventure.
