It is a book full of obvious elements, without necessary depth. I only rescue 3 issues: Mention intellectual property and the tip of hiring a lawyer specialized in the subject, mention the apps (which are the most used, but not everyone knows it) and the 1-1 with the boss or leader. Rest is a waste of time. More information can be obtained by interviewing 3 people who work remotely.
This book gives you a lot of insights of what a remote worker should expect and what a company should expect from him when working remotely. It also gives a lot of insights of tools needed for ensure the success of a remote team.
Very recommended not only for COVID-19 times, but also for opening your mind of how to grow a company with a global workforce.
Needs some editing in order for it to survive the test of time and be relevant in 10-20 years. But as of today it's the best book on the topic. Great insights and references.
