I has mixed results with the recipes here. I accidentally made 3 cups of raw quinoa vs 3 cups of raw which turned out to be 9 cups. Rookie mistake, yes! But also it would have been nice if the recipe was clearer. Also, I found that my small fridge was over-stuffed even when I did things right. I just don't have room for this much food. Even so, the recipes also assume you are cooking for 1. Five servings is for 1 person, not 2. So I'd have to double the recipes if cooking for 2. All in all, it just has not turned out to be practical for me. That said, I did lose 5 pounds in 1 week and felt good after eating the food!
