I loved this book. I will keep it to refer to in the future. I love the ‘food is medicine’ approach, the reference to gratitude, the real life stories and the back to basics approach of this author. Plus it’s so much more real because she’s lived it. I got the book unexpectedly as a bonus for a vitamin order I did from ANC and was pleasantly surprised when it was such an easy read. Plus someone must have known it was time for me to take better care of myself.

Brilliant book, over half way through and have learnt so much.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants an understanding of how to find balance not only on an emotional and mental level but as an individual.
What I have learnt so far, is to listen to my body. There are so many things trying to get our attention, telling us what to eat, what is healthy etc...This book offers not only facts but links so many aspects of the self together particularly the body, mind emotion connection
