Just because an omega is grumpy and sarcastic doesn’t mean he wants to be single forever.
Bradley knows he’s not the image of what most alphas picture in a submissive, but wanting to fall in love doesn’t mean he’s willing to change his personality. He just needs an alpha to love him for who he really is: loyal, hardworking, honest, dirty, and a little frustrating.
Simon’s been watching the new alphas and omegas he’s met through his brother, but he can’t quite figure out who they think they’re kidding. They’re definitely not as vanilla as they’re pretending to be, and he should know, he’s been a Dom in the local scene for years. But nothing in his past explorations has prepared him for the curiously puzzling Bradley, and he can’t help wondering what the gruff omega is hiding under his tough exterior.
When two men realize they have more in common than meets the eye, it doesn’t take long to realize that there is no one right way to fall in love.

Shaw Montgomery loves reading, traveling, and family. While not necessarily in that order, they all rank pretty close. Shaw has lived all over the United States and even Germany. While the coast of North Carolina is a favorite place Shaw currently lives in the Western United States. Current wish list places to travel to are Australia, Italy, and Scotland.
When Shaw wants to write about things that are a little more taboo (or sometimes a lot more taboo), Shaw writes under the name M.A.Innes.
Yes I’m a major fan of this author. I don’t hide that at all. But when she tackles something new I about go crazy because I know she’s going to own it and give all of the things I love about her work to it. Let me start with the characters. I love them all!!! This may have been Simon and Bradley’s story but we still got to see the rest of the gang. We got the drunk omegas and Austin at his finest though I’d stay away from his cocktails. I’m amazed they could walk lol. Cliff was mentioned and we see more of Eddie. I can’t wait for another party and to meet who Dakota catches. And that sweet little alpha cop... I need to know what’s up with him. See even conquering Omegaverse Shaw gets me hooked. To truly get the most out of these though you should start at the beginning. For this greedy reader, I’m stalking the author’s FB and have my fingers ready to preorder the next one. ( grabby hands) gimme gimme lol.
I had a harder time getting into this one than the past ones. I like Bradley, I like Simon, but I didn't feel the chemistry with them as a couple the way I did with the others so far. I kept waiting for the spark to show up until I was at 96% and figured it just wouldn't. Narratively it was fine though. A tad repetitive on the sex scenes but so far all of the omegas are kinky in a similar way so it's not surprising
Update: In the middle of re-reading Dakota to refresh my memory of a scene before reading Wade, I realized that I really needed to re-read the pool party scene. So I just went ahead and re-read all of this one! Giving Simon and Bradley 4.25 stars now!!!
I've been looking forward to a book with Simon since Tanner's story, and this certainly didn't disappoint! I hadn't been terribly fond of Bradley before now, but now that I know a little more of his story, I can see why he's so driven and grumpy most of the time. Simon is a lovely foil for him. And the pool party was so frakking hot!
I am so disappointed with this book. I was super excited that Simon was going to be with Bradley, but then I start reading… there is an incredible exhibitionism scene, a hilarious drunken scene, and a whole heap of unresolved… everything. There was no discernible building of their relationship, there was no resolution at all to the giant elephant in their dynamic, and overall the story had no substance.
This is the worst put together story I have read by this author. I’m truly unsure how her editors, beta readers, and anyone else in the pre-publication process didn’t raise the alarm with the utter travesty that this book is. Bradley and Simon absolutely did not get the story that they deserved.
This gets a 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ star rating because of Austin, the exhibition scene, and the drunken scene. The rest of the book I could have done without and still been able to happily go to Dakota’s book.
Bradley is a grumpy omega who doesn't want to be single forever, but trying to find an alpha that can put up with his schedule and his attitude isn't easy. Simon has watched from the side lines as his brothers new friends try to come off as innocent but Simon has been in the scene for to long, he can tell when people aren't as vanilla as they try to be.
I absolutely loved Bradley, while he came across as grumpy and sarcastic in the previous books, it was great to see a softer side of him. Simon was just the alpha for Bradley. Simon put up with and dished back to Bradley his sarcasm.
The plot was sorely lacking. The story basically started in the middle, and Bradley and Simon were in a relationship within one interaction. Both characters remained cardboard cutouts throughout. Also, if no one calls Austin “insane” again for the rest of the series, it would be a relief. That word was overused every time his was in a scene. I’ll continue the series because I want to see the club open, but I hope the next book has a plot.

I care about the characters as a whole so it wasn't like I had to force myself to keep reading or anything. There were some very sweet and tender moments between Bradley and Simon, but as a whole there was just some kind of disconnect between the two. I couldn't really feel their connection most of the time. I love it when the whole group gets together for one of their parties or drinking nights. It is always a hilariously good time. So there were things I loved and things I didn't.
This was a fantastic addition to the Romance & Revolutions series. I love the group of omega friends who are preparing to open a secret BDSM club, and it's so fun watching each of them fall in love. Bradley is the uptight, grumpy friend. I loved learning more about him here, as well as seeing how he soaked in the attention of his newly found alpha, Simon. Simon was an experienced dom, and he was not afraid to wield that power over submissives in need. He definitely inspired some very sexy moments. It made me happy that Simon, Shane's often annoying brother, turned out to be a hot and self assured dom. All the characters in this series are well written and lovable. I look forward to seeing the remaining omegas find happy endings of their own. I think this book and series are terrific, and I highly recommend them.
I love how grumpy and sarcastic Bradley is. I always loved him from the previous books but getting to know him better was a real treat. Simon was fantastic. The perfect counterbalance to the grumps. These two were absolutely amazing together.
One issue. What was the tattoo on Simon's penis? I can't remember is ever being described and it wasn't even described in his own book. Even though he tends to be jokey sometimes I doubt he'd have one of the funnier ones... I need to know what the tattoo is! I freaking fell into a image search hole looking at possible designs for him but it needs to be described. Grr.
Amazing compliment to the series. Want to stay in this universe for 20 more books, but I just am going to have to re-read the series I guess. Such a shame. (<- totally sarcastic, rereading this series is the FARTHEST thing from a hardship.)
Omega Bradley is grumpy and sarcastic and not the image of what an alpha would picture as a submissive. Dom Simon has met a lot of doms and alphas through his brother and nothing in life has prepared him for gruff Bradley. When two men realize they have more in common than meets the eye, it doesn’t take long to realize that there is no one right way to fall in love.
I enjoyed this story with Bradley who just wants to be loved and Simon who is fascinated with Bradley and what makes him tick. It was great to see Bradley take some time to destress and be able to be a bit more human. Simon was a joy and the way he took charge in the pool was just strong and masterful. Easy to read, feel and understand. This story contains MM mature content with a BSDM-like D/s relationship and non-shifter alpha/omega dynamics.
I just adore this series. The idea of omegas who have to hide that they are submissive because omega rights have come so far is a rather original one. The fact that it’s a really rich omega who gets the idea to open up a kink club so that they can find partners also flips the usual way things are written on its head. The ultimate goal is finding love and acceptance which really is all any of us want no matter who and what turns us on and that is what these books are saying. They are also ripping great reads.
While this book missed the mark for me regarding the overarching story of this series. The whole thing was great. I adored Bradley and Simon.
The found family theme of this series really stands out in this book. And while it could lean into to more intense hurt/comfort feels it really keeps to the lighter side of things. it was really nice.
Just when I thought this series couldn't get any better, Shaw Montgomery comes along with this fantastic, grab-you-by-the-feels, poignant, smoking hot, amazing, delightful, engaging, fascinating, emotionally charged, and totally awesome tale to prove me wrong! It had me hooked from beginning to end, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
I really enjoyed Bradley's story. Simon and Bradley have been side characters since book 1, so it is lovely to get to see them have a happy ending and I eagerly wait for Wade and Dakota's stories to be written.
This series has been a sweet, funny low angst escape and this book continues that trend. You just want to know this group of Omegas and all their hilarious tricks as well as the Alphas that keep them from going over the edge.
Bradley is sensible but sarcastic, and Simon likes both aspects of him. Some funny writing here. If for no other reason, read it for the drunken omega get together wherein Jonah is terrified by monsterous mouths and Austin is nearly defenestrated.
Reasonably light kinky with a bunch of exhibitionism and some minor humiliation and pain play. Not as fond of this set of characters as the last ones but overall still enjoyable and looking forward to the next one.
I actually found some stuff just not to my liking. But Bradley was quite the character as he always is I love him.I like Simon but some of his stuff was questionable. But I liked the ending quite a bit
