Wanted an introduction about CBT and was suggested this book and I skimmed through it. Interesting, but pretty basic. One pros is the easy applicability of some of the techniques and the introduction about behavioural and cognitive psychology. Recommended for an easy introduction to the subject and some basic/initial strategies.
