Alpha Cory McTarn will pay for being a flake and a thief. I'll see to it.

Omega Kylo Hansen is angry and determined to stand up for his sister’s honor. He follows the alpha his sister Mia says got her pregnant, to The Tumbleweed Ranch, intending to make him step up and be an honorable alpha. Kylo won’t just stand by and let Cory McTarn get away with abandoning his duties as an alpha.

Alpha Cory McTarn has no idea why Kylo seems to hate him. The alpha is used to everybody adoring him, so when Kylo arrives and instantly hates him, he’s mystified. He tries his best to get along with Kylo, but Kylo isn’t interested in being his friend.

When Mia admits she lied to Kylo about Cory, the embarrassed omega immediately goes to Cory, to ask for his forgiveness. The two men develop a friendship that quickly turns into something more. But misunderstandings seem to be a way of life between Cory and Kylo, and their path toward love won’t be easy.

This 75,000 word story is book five in Beau's Red Sky, Texas Mpreg Series. It's filled with angst, male pregnancy, smexy times and all of the warm fuzzy feelings you expect from an Mpreg romance by Beau Brown.

This was book 5 in the " Red Sky, Texas" series. Omega Kylo Hansen came to Red Sky for one reason to make Alpha Cory McTarn take responsibility for what he did getting his sister Mia pregnant and leaving her with a baby to raise on her own. Cory can't understand why Kylo doesn't like him everyone likes him. When Kylo tells him about his sister Cory denies having sex with her Kylo doesn't believe him until Mia shows up to tell him the truth. Cory is also dealing with a mother who has a drinking problem and mental health issues. I wanted to tell his mother off for him he felt that she didn't love him she was also in great ful that he looked out for her when his older brother Griffin could careless. While out of town on business they have sex and something happens that either of them expected. Kylo went from hating Cory to falling hard neither of them realized that they were fated mates. Cory has self esteem issues he feels unworthy because of how his mother was toward him and that his brother left. When Griffin shows up Cory knows that he is up to something. I liked both of these characters Kylo was embarrassed and ashamed for the way he treated Cory. Cory realized his feelings for Kylo with the help of Jesse and Sawyer when Kylo mentioned that he may have to move back home to help his sister. This was a good read it did have a few errors in it but nothing major. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Cory McTarn is the kind of alpha that everyone liked. After helping an omega named Jessie eventually snare the heart of his fated alpha, all he could do was imagine his life with one. All Cory ever did was fight his inner pain and desires. After uprooting from Colorado to follow and care for his mother, not to mention his brother Griffin doing a complete disappearing act, his life just could not get any more difficult. Except it did.

Kylo Hansen followed Cory to Big Sky will all intentions of knocking some sense into the alpha for leaving his sister Mia with a baby. Only that is not at all what happened. Too bad Kylo did not know that. A hard working ranch hand, his only gripe is with Cory and no one can figure out why. He does the unthinkable and begins sneaking into the alpha room to find any evidence of his relationship with Mia/Maria, but nothing surfaces. What is really going on?

As if things could not be more aggravating, Cory and Kylo are forced to work together as a team. One evening, Cory finds Kylo's wallet on the floor of his room and things only go downhill from there. He confronts Kylo and even agrees to a paternity test as proof he isn't the father of Mia's baby. After Mia learns what happened, she immediately shows up at Red Sky as a surprise. Despite her embarrassment, she sets the record straight.

Things seem to be going well on a business trip to Dallas. Unfortunately an agreement between the two only go horribly wrong as "friends with benefits" when Kylo and Cory start sleeping together. The mated pull between them begin to take hold and only becomes progressively worse.

In between their drama, there is a tornado, damaging outbursts from Cory's mother, surprise visits from Griffin, and a baby.

Angry Boy- A GD Delight!

I'm loving this series. The characters are so loveable. Kylo's attitude toward's Cory in the last book bled over to this one and I didn't think they would ever get pass his animosity. Once the misunderstanding was cleared it was somewhat smooth sailing. I must say the guys lack of communication concerning their feelings for one another was kind of annoying but I understood...nobody likes being rejected but since their chemistry was intense they should have had a little faith in their budding relationship. Once they came to terms that they might be fated mates I had a big sigh of relief. I really went through a lot of feels reading this book...some laughs, some awwww that's sweet moments, some fanning moments (the steam between the guys was HOT) and some sniffles...that Cory and his insecurities got me wanna hug him. This really was a lovely story and I PRAY that the author keeps going...we need to know what's up with Cory's shady brother Griffin.

I think Red Sky is full of omegas with no worries about risking their pregnancy just so they can have their pride. I hope Luis will be levelheaded, please? If he skydives when he's 8.5 months pregnant just so he doesn't feel useless, I swear to fucking god....

The story of the Tumbleweed Ranch continues. In the previous book, Jesse caught the eye of Cory, but it wasn’t meant to be for those two, but now Tex and Barber have hired Kylo, and Cory is surprised to find that this omega seems to hate him for no reason at all. Things get tense and strained between Kylo and Cory until Kylo’s sister Mia arrives at the ranch and things are set straight. Suddenly the two men can’t seem to fight their feelings for each other. They spend two days in Dallas together and they can’t fight it anymore and spend the night all over each other but they are fighting their feelings for each other and they spend more time fighting and then ignoring their feelings. It all comes to a crashing end and they eventually find their HEA.

Kylo hates Cory with a deep passion. Cory got his sister pregnant was left them without any support. Now Kylo is out to take care of his sister and his nephew Tad. Cory is a sweet, gentle, caring alpha and has never had someone hate him like Kylo. Truth must come out and hate turns to love. There is a lot of drama surrounding this love story and danger too spicing up the story to make it a very entertaining book. We are left with a bit of a cliff hanger in that Cory's brother Griffin is up to something, so I am eager to see what happens next. A sweet baby comes from all this shenanigans and a mom who finally gets her head out of a bottle. Good story. I definitely know that others will enjoy it too. Cory is the resident happy guy at the ranch. Nothing seemed to get to him until Kylo arrived. Seeing how he hid his pain and self-doubt gave a greater sense of his character. After enduring weeks of Kylo's animosity, he seemed to be more than frustrated, especially since the guy wouldn't tell him why. I understood why Kylo was so angry with him but he drug it out until I was ready to shake him. I liked that after learning he was wrong he owned up to his behavior and apologized sincerely. Cory's reaction to Kylo's acceptance as his alpha and his little announcement was terrific. I really loved the way Kylo purposely went about changing Cory's mind about his own worth after seeing the emotional scars he carried from his family. The surprise Cory gives Kylo at the end was just too lovely.

This is a bit of an enemies to lovers story.

Kylo believes Cory is the horrible alpha that left her sister high and dry when she was pregnant. Because Kylo’s sister told a lie not thinking her brother would chase down Cory to get him to step up.

But the truth comes out and Kylo can finally see City for the alpha he is. A sweet funny guy that everyone truly likes. But he also has demon that he keeps buried under all his smiles and laughs. And he needs the love of his true omega Kylo to finally get his happy ending.

I loved this book! The characters were easy to love and their love story was sweet and fun and has the right amount of angst.

If only we saw ourselves as others see us. Kylo can barely contain his anger at Cory. Cory, can't get Kylo to explain himself. He is uncomfortable and wary. He is surprise at himself because no one has ever been angry at him or shown him such open hostility. He has no idea how to handle it. Tex forces them to team on ranch chores. Does he hope they will work to fixing their animosity? How long will Cory take it before he Alpha outs? Does Kylo think Cory will bend to his will? Nice story. Good sub themes. Both are likeable guys. Nice story. Good to see how the rest of the family is doing. Nicely done! I received an ARC from Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

AWESOME😍😍😍

I love reading anything by Beau Brown! I’ve really enjoyed the Red Sky series! I mean what’s better than Mpreg and Cowboys??? Nothing in my book! I’ve seen Cory as this sweet even tempered Alpha but you finally get to see the deeper side and I loved the reason Kylo followed him. This is very interesting storyline. Cory and Kylo being Fated Mates is great! They have such chemistry and passion! I would have loved to found out what Griffin was up to but I’m hoping that may come out in the next book! This is a wonderful read and I can’t wait for the next one!

Book five in the Red Sky,Texas series brings Kylo and Cory's story. The author does a great job bringing these two together. They have a few misunderstandings to get through before they realize fate works in mysterious ways. I loved all of the characters who helped move the story and enjoyed reading Kylo and Cory's story. It's well written with detailed and descriptive scenes, moves fluidly and is an entertaining read. Another great book by Beau Brown!

Good series........

I've read all the Red Sky series, amd really enjoyed them all, including this one. However, I can't give this one the same rating (4 stars) as the others, because, at one point, an alcoholic character is told that she can continue to drink, as long as its in moderation. I'm no expert, nor am I an alcoholic - I average about one glass of wine per year -, but I do know from people who are recovering alcoholics, that you can NEVER drink again.

A definite must read

I really enjoyed the whole series but these two are fiery as hell!

Cory and Kylo are two really great guys who each have had their own personal difficulties and challenges but they work through them to find what they need in each other.

A really great story that I didn't want to end.

Will there be another in this series as Griffin is a loose end...

Good read

Don't get me wrong I did like the book but not my favourite out of the series. O found chapter a little to long and then the epligoue finished abruptly, which left me confused.

Perfect. Beau Brown can do no wrong in my eyes. This is not your typical porn-without-plot omegaverse. The romance is almost slow-burnish. They didn’t get together until, like, chapter eleven! Extremely well-written, fast-paced and sexy. Definitely recommend it.
