There is a surprising amount of useful information in this tiny booklet. Don't let its size or title fool you into thinking otherwise. This thing touches on Numerology, Kundalini, the Tarot, Crystals, Prayer, Meditation, (a little bit of) Neurology ... whatever yr path, whatever yr interest in The Qabalah, there's bound to be something of interest to you here. A great little quick-reference book I can't recommend enough.
