Hilariously Sexy!

If you read a book and can't stop laughing then it's definitely good. This one has so much humor its no joke! I'd read this few more times coz I love the nerdy series of both characters. Not over the top and very easy to relate to. That's why it's 5 star for me!

I LOVED it!!

Are you a hopeless romantic (like me)? If yes, then this book is just what you're looking for!

The story 'Marrying my Neighbour' is based on Grace; a relationship therapist and Sean, a "hot Irish tech genius". Their relationship at the beginning of the story is strictly a platonic one until one night Sean asks Grace to join him on a trip to Vegas, where they accidentally get married. Since Grace is a relationship therapist, a divorce will certainly damage her reputation, and with her new book coming out, she just can't let that happen. She begs Sean to remain married and continue with their fake relationship, but will, what started as a fake marriage turn into a real one?

What I liked most in the story is seeing the deep connection between these two characters as it truly shows how much they respect and love each other.

I 100% recommend this book, as it is a light and enjoyable read.

From Friend to Lover: The Case Study of a Relationship

Poets and composers and novelists have, throughout time, posed the question in their art, “How long does it take for friendship to morph into love?” Roxy Reid’s newest romance, in response to that question, allows the reader to joyously and humorously follow the progression of a relationship tracking from uneasy neighbors to friends to drunken and accidental newlyweds trying to cover up their unintended coupling and ultimately culminating in love.

Grace Blackwood is a successful and effective couples’ therapist, whose recent book addressing the challenges of relationships and offering steps that couples can take to save relationships and hearts, has soared with critical acclaim, promising to launch Grace to new levels of professional and public recognition. But more important to Grace than personal recognition are the opportunities that public acknowledgement will being to her ability to help couples. The only challenge to Grace’s reputation as the “relationship whisperer” is that she, herself, is not in a relationship--she is single. But when she agrees to help Sean Bronson, her hunky Irish, tech billionaire next door neighbor and now friend, by accompanying him to Vegas to be his “plus one” at the pre-wedding celebration after he has parted with his intended weekend date, troubles begin. And, after a night of drinking and gambling ends in a drunken Vegas wedding, Grace needs Sean’s help to save her “relationship fixer” reputation when the she is confronted with the conundrum of explaining her fake marriage breakdown and the divorce needed to “fix” their drunken nuptial mess. And, while not all relationships are romantic, and Grace has many healthy and happy relationships with family and friends, to have an “accidental marriage” and “intentional divorce” added to her list of relational accomplishments is a problem that she can’t fix alone.

Ms. Reid’s romantic storytelling not only entertains, but also offers the reader the opportunity to reflect on the value of friendship and the evolution of friendship to romantic love. The author compels the reader to explore the idea of turning friends into lovers, but with the complications professional reputations crashing into unexpressed and unrecognized emotional connections.

Sometimes you just need to stay married even if it is fake

Marrying My Neighbor is the story of Grace Blackwood and Sean Bronson. Grace is a successful couples therapist and relationship/couples advice author. Sean is a tech billionaire who lives next door to and is friends with Grace. When Sean has to attend a wedding in Las Vegas he asks Grade to be his "plus one" for the event. Well one drunken night later and they awake to discover they got married. Oops! No problem right as a quickie annulment and everything is back to normal. Only with Grace cannot really do that as how would it look if she cannot keep a relationship together yet counsels and writes about doing just that. So it looks like they are going to have to stay married at least for a while. Add in the fact that as they have both maintained a "friends only" relationship they have each been ignoring the chemistry that is between them. But even with a fake marriage things are going to get complicated fast and that will even extend to Grace's cat.

This is a fun, witty, sweet, laugh out loud, shed a few tears and fall in love story of friends to lovers. Both Grace and Sean are very likeable characters and as they try to make their way through a the fake relationship jungle they do it with a lot of verve and gumption. I found the story-line to be well plotted and the writing to be well done. Overall this was a very enjoyable book.

I received a copy of this book for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

Unique Story. Good Reading. - 4 Stars.

Some of the email notes that both the main male and the main female characters wrote prefaced each new chapter. I really liked this unique feature, as well, some of the email notes that were sent to each other. These emails added in a new dimension to the main male and the main female and added further insight into their characters. The main male character was a laid back sort of fellow who was also patient, thoughtful, and tolerant. The main female character was a little bit harder for me to take on occasion in the story. She seemed, at times, to have tunnel vision and was so focused on one thing to the exclusion of all else. This story was not a typical, mainstream type of novel. The main female was very strong in what she did and was a very accomplished person. The friendship between the two main characters was charming and was a firmly established part of each of the main character``s lives. From here life just seemed to pop up with a number of surprises and the relationship between the to main characters started to evolve into uncharted territory. At times there were some comical parts to this story. Overall, I thought this was a good read and I appreciated the uniqueness of the story.

Grace and Sean are best friends, and that works for them until Vegas. Because Grace doesn't want to ruin her credibility with a quickie divorce, they decide to fake a romantic relationship. The situation gets complicated -- and funny -- very quickly. Heck, even Sean's relationship with Grace's cat is complicated.
I love marriage of convenience/accidental marriage stories, but some are definitely better than others. This is an example of the best kind. The couple already care for each other but are ignoring their sexual chemistry. They have a compelling reason to stay to together for now, but they also have deep personal reasons for divorcing in the future. The push and pull between them makes sense, but we also get an excellent feel for the deeper emotional stuff between them.
I loved Grace and Sean as individuals and as a couple. Their banter is so funny, and their serious conversations reflect their previous years of friendship. Their internal monologues are helpful to the reader and not very repetitive. I found them very compelling, to the point that I read half the book when I meant to only read a couple of chapters. I don't want to spoil anything, but Chapter 21 made me cry because it was so sweet. The whole book was very satisfying, and I recommend it.

I really enjoyed reading “Marrying My Neighbor” by Roxy Reid. It was a fun new take on the “friends to lovers” theme, filled with laugh-out-loud moments as well as emotional turmoil....the perfect romance mix. I felt like the reader is able to get to know the characters and really learn how their relationship developed, right from the start, yet the flow of the book wasn’t interrupted by unimportant details from the past that can stop a story from moving the plot forward. I loved how the characters’ pasts were presented throughout the book, instead of all at once, making the reader feel like they are part of the journey. It kept me invested in the relationship, and wanting to keep reading until I knew what happened, but I also didn’t want it to end! I’m already looking forward to her next book!

What can I say about this book? It is in the friends to lovers genre mixed with the billionaire fake wife vibe. It is was a great read and I could not put it down. Sean is a self-made billionaire from Ireland who ends up as Grace's next door neighbour. During the course of a couple of years they have become good friends, which happens before we get let into the story, and it all starts just before they drunkenly marry in Vegas, cue readers! Grace has just landed a book deal about saving relationships and can't afford to be seen as unable to maintain her own. Sean wants to help which leads to them telling friends and family of their marriage and then working through their feelings via the medium of some rather steamy encounters! You can't help falling in love with the two of them.

Have just recently found Roxy Reid and have loved every book I have had so far.

I received a free ARC copy in exchange for a honest review.

Grace is a relationship therapist with book coming out about how all relationships can be saved.

Sean is an Irish tech millionaire genius, who has commitment issues.

They are neighbors and friends that wake up married in Vegas. Now the fallout: she can't get a divorce or annulment with her book coming out. It would prove her a failure and the book a lie. She would be ruined.

This story is how a fake marriage becomes real. It is truly a sweet and romantic story. Roxy Reid brings us along as the characters struggle to figure how they feel and what the other is thinking. She has us wanting them to have a happily ever after and she delivers. For a light heartwarming story, give Marrying My Neighbor: An Accidental Billionaire Marriage a read.

From best friends to lovers and more!

After three years as friends and neighbors, Sean and Grace shared one change-the-course-of-life kiss being drunk during an engagement party in Las Vegas. This was the beginning of a journey to realize their friendship was more than that, real hidden love, indeed.

This new amazing story by Roxy Reid has lovely banter, increasing growth as in love human beings with these two well-structured characters that were facing their pasts, real faults and strong fears, to find their friendship could turn into real long-lasting love. The quotes about these characters’ text messages, emails, and thoughts at the beginning of each chapter add a great mood to understand each of them. ¡Lovely and highly recommended reading that keeps you engaged until the end!

Oh, Roxy what a wonderful written, funny, emotional, loving, steamy, friends to lovers romance you have given us. Sean and Grace’s story is truly one of the best accidental Vegas weddings stories I have read. I loved how you had the texts/emails at the beginning of each chapter that was such an added plus and it gave us a look at how they became friends. I loved the banter between them and how they met. I loved Sean and his arrogant ways but yet his loving ways for Grace were so touching. The way you slowly brought opened their eyes to the love they had for one another was beautifully written. I guess there wasn’t a thing I didn’t like about the book. JOB WELL DONE. Thank you for allowing me an ARC copy of this book and all thoughts and opinions are all mine and I am voluntarily leaving my review.

I loved this book from the start; Roxy Reid is a great writer and her style of writing suits my style of reading (if that makes sense!)

Another take on the classic "fake marriage" story this one again had me wanting to shout at the characters to pull their heads out of their proverbials to do the right thing at the right time, which obviously they didn't! Both main character were endearing and infuriating at the same time which bound them together for the whole book in a journey through the country, fake marriage, book signings, house sales, dinner dates, bottles of wine, great sex and ultimately tv appearances.

I really enjoyed this book and totally recommend you add it to your summer reading list whether you make it to a beach or just read it in your back garden xx

What a fantastic story! Sean is a millionaire and Grace is a couples counselor and book writer. They go to Vegas and unfortunately get married.
The spice in this book is just amazing. They live each other but dont know it. So its a slow build friend to lovers relationship. The dynamic between the two is off the charts but something is holding Grace back. There is drama and tension all the way through this story but once they let go and enjoy themselves, the romance and steam is explosive. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. There are some funny moments in it as well which added some extra interested and not just around the cat, Bradley who did add its own features. A truly amazing book!

Sound Advice

Grace is a confident therapist who has written a book on couples relationships, communicating & staying together. Sean is the hot next door neighbor & longtime friend. During a drunken party, they are accidentally married. Going thru a rough time on practicing what she preaches from her new book & putting those words to her marriage. Will this fake marriage work or are they destined to return to friends like before Vegas? An enjoyable novel as the characters go thru a realistic relationship with ups & downs of what a marriage can & does go through. I would recommend this novel as your next one to read.

The premise of the book revolves around Grace Blackwood, a single couple's therapist, has released a book on how to save your marriage, and Sean Bronson, tech billionaire, who needs a plus one for a pre-wedding celebration in Vegas and asks her to accompany him. When too much pre-wedding drinking occurs, Grace and Sean end up married. They discuss getting a quickie divorce but decide a fake marriage could enhance Grace's reputation as a couple's therapist during her book tour. I recommend this well written friends to lovers/fake marriage novel with its amazing characters, humor, and an enjoyable steamy storyline.

Sean invites Grace to go to a bachelor/bachelorette party to Vegas for the weekend. Neither of them thinks that something big could happen by morning. When Grace wakes up and notices she isn't in her hotel room and a man is sleeping next to her she can't believe what she did. The man next to Grace turns out to be Sean, but she notices he has a wedding band on his left ring finger. From there everything turns upside for both Sean and Grace. They have to come up with a solution while remaining friends. What will happen to these two at the end of this amazing story? I received a free copy from the author and reviewed voluntarily.

Gotta love the charm of the Irish...
Neighbours & seriously good friends agree to a fake relationship but they end up getting married in Vegas & wake up with seriously lethal hangovers. Their sexual attraction is off the charts & they agree to bide their time in getting a divorce to assist her credibility on an upcoming book tour. I won't go into more detail but they fake it until it's no longer faking it for either of them & they find their path to happy ever after. Well written, loved the characters, lots of humour, lots of sexy scenes & a smart very smart cat who could push their buttons. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.

A beautiful friends to lovers, fake it till ya make it romance. Grace and Sean are neighbors and become friends. A spur of the moment Vegas trip to party and let your hair down turns into a life altering event for them both. I loved both these characters so much and I loved their humor, as well as the chapter intros. Great dual point of view that isn't repetitive but gives a great balance between these characters. I loved it!

Fantastic love story of best friends falling slowly in love without either of them ever realizing what has happened. This book has all the makings of a great read, a night of open drunkenness, a fake relationship, and ever undercurrent of sexual attraction. Loved the tender moments, but also the witty banter and genuine friendship they have for one another. It is nice how Ms Reid gives her characters the A-HA moment when they open up their eyes and know they are in love.

Really enjoyed reading how she finally got real life experience with relationships. It was funny to read how she panicked when it happened. She was bothered by her own feelings for him. Just as he was with her. Time to confess and admit that it was never a mistake to get married to each other. You can be in denial about something you already know until its gone. He was right to do what he did because she needed to understand that actions do speak louder than words.

This love story was do sweet you couldn't help but smile whilst reading it. The secual chemistry between Sean & Grace was off the charts & the both had feelings that they were afraid tell each other. I was rooting for them from the start but then got a bit peeved with Grace for being so stubborn by letting him walk out of her life however it took her telling the world & his wife that she loved him first. I loved this story.

Heartwarming read that’ll have you falling in love

Sean and Grace are neighbors. Oh, and they just so happen to love each other, too. They’re the only ones who don’t see it, though. A drunken trip to Vegas later, and they have no choice but to confront their feelings thanks to the new set of matching wedding bands they wear. What could go wrong?

You’ll spend the whole time reading this rooting for their fake relationship to work. Experience the thrill of falling in love with each chapter in this heartwarming read.

Sean and Grace had my butterflies gliding and dipping while trying to find, accept and live the lives only they thought they wanted, without realising they wanted the same thing. I loved the texts and notes that started off each chapter.
Thank you Roxy Reid for bringing us a story with no angst, suspense or drama, so that we can sit back and absorb the friendship and love in peace.
