Treaty of Waitangi Settlements

Rate this book
The settlement of iwi claims under the Treaty of Waitangi has drawn international attention, as other nations seek ways to build new relationships between indigenous peoples and the state.

And they ask ‘how successful has the settlement process been?'

Dnf. Read most of this for a literature review of criticism of the Treaty settlement process. It was not as critical as I wanted at points - much of it was descriptive. I suppose that is a good balance - to introduce those who are not familiar and to critique when the foundation is built. Not quite what I needed and wanted though.
