4 stars = I really enjoyed this book, and there were important themes and/or it made me think. Some parts could have been more developed or gone into more depth. Overall, I really enjoyed it!
I read this over the last couple weeks, one chapter at a time for a professional development class I’ll be taking later this summer. I look forward to hearing the author speak. I think the book is a nice gentle reminder that school shouldn’t be as fraught with drama and negativity as it has been these past years, and that there are ways of mindfulness to help us improve.
