There is no way to really start this story. My story really has no beginning and no ending. It's like I was plucked from non-existence and dropped smack dab into the worst possible nightmare. I am not sure if I ever felt a moment of comfort or love from my parents, my sister I have, but from the ones that created me I don't think I did. When you go your entire life not feeling the shelter of a parent’s love, I think even if for only a second if it was present it would be unforgettable, even to an infant.
I cannot move forward without going back. I do not want to go back. I fear very few things in this world, but my past is something to bring on the cold sweats and break me into a ball of rage and pain.

The trapdoors I call them, the ones containing all the fury and pain, they need to be broken open. I have fought against it for too long and now I face my own death or my own redemption. I face the fact she will never be back, and I accept the moment I broke.
That's one of the many doors I fear opening. Doors that are closed and locked and barricaded in for a reason. What I share with you, will make your skin crawl, and sadly I haven't even scratched the surface.

My name is Noah Beckett, and this is my story. There will be moments I disgust you, I will undoubtedly break your heart. I am a master of making ugly even worse, but I can bring out beauty in the worst of all things. I do not judge, I would have answered to a bullet a long time ago if I did. You may not like my choices or the things I say and the way I live, but you will respect it because I have earned it.

Noah is a POS cheater and he Fucks girls with Bright right there. He literally gets a bj then flips a girl over and fucks her while looking at Bright in the eyes and talks to her. OMG! No excuse at all. Your hurting so you do that shit and hurt someone else who cares for you like that!!!! Fuck him! Bright was an angel to take him on. She is a multimillionaire but blames herself for her sisters death and works for 1 dollar a week to sponsor Noah on the tour. He treated her like absolute shit. Bright deserves so much better.

Holy F$ck!

Great storytelling with this storyline! The emotion was so real I could feel it. Raw and full of angst, there was such a connection between Bright and Noah. I am so glad he got his he’s. And don’t get me started on Raleigh! He is an absolute joy!!

Great storytelling which, so irritating, still needs a good editor. It’s a good series that deserves better.

I've been looking forward to Noah's story since book one, before his biggest heartache. I was happy to be wrong about his love interest, and how their backgrounds gave each of them tools to heal the other. I wasn't disappointed in this story, but am still floored that the author continues to hit publish without an editor or proofreader. I would have given each of these books 5 star ratings had the heartbreakingly beautiful stories not been buried in a mass of words desperately needing basic grammar revisions. Content was great, execution had issues.

I read this book through Kindle Unlimited. This is book 5, Noah's story. This is told through alternating POV's and has been an awesome series except for the editing issues needed. They have gotten better with each book and does not take away from the story.

Noah has finally hit rock bottom with his drug dependency and after rehab has decided to rejoin the band for their tour. The record label has put huge stipulations on him, he must have a sponsor and not of his choosing. Tay and Carrie hire Bright, she has her own addiction and loss in her past she is dealing with which helps her relate to Noah on one level. Their first meeting is a bust due to their instant attraction to each other. They butt heads quite a lot during the 2 months on tour before they finally give in to their attraction to each other. Noah finally says goodbye to Candey so he can try to move forward and he also gets closure with his father.

It seems very out of character for Noah, to fall in love only a little over a year after loosing Candey and in less than 2 months. Also his trust issue seemed a little overboard for him to walk away from Bright when she couldn't say she trusted him. Trust is earned and like she said, he didn't have a great track record so things seemed a little sideways there to expect it in less than 2 months after being awful to her. Also there seemed to be timing issues with when he last saw his dad versus the mention of Noelle being almost 4 now when she seemed to be only 2 in the last book yet Candey only died 15 months prior to the end of this book.

This is a really great series, just need the author to go back and put in the work to edit all the books to be successful. I would actually buy them if this happened.

My favorite character is definitely Noah!

Once again Melanie writes an epic novel. The way she weaves her stories makes you feel like you are witnessing first hand right next to her characters. I originally read 1-3 of this series in 2014 and once I realized there were additional books I bought the other 4 and reread from start to finish. I cried back in 2014 and again in 2019. Although the series is about tough subjects it is written so well that you feel the characters pain and cheer them on as they fight to get through it. This series is also about perseverance and making your own family. I am addicted to Melanie Walker’s books and recommend you read every one she has written!

I’ve been waiting to read about Noah since the beginning! I wanted to know what he’d do of his life .. and .. I just loved him so much that I can say now he is my favorite TAT man! He made so many mistakes but , in the same time , he learnt how to overcome them ! Obviously, he needed his amazing friends help , but above all he needed Jen ! How much I adored her ! Can’t wait to read about Cal and her *_*
Least but not last ... Bright and Ral .... FUCKING FANTASTIC !
Love these guys !

So worth the long wait for Noah's book and damn it was freaking amazing. This is Noah's book/POV/story from beginning to now. Noah was always my favorite TAT member and damn just his description of how fucking sexy he is with his tats, his way of being and most definitely his piercings LOVE LOVE LOVE him till the end. Reading this book was the same as when I read all other TAT books and Melanie does an awesome job because seriously you can FEEL every freaking emotion while reading and that is what makes a book so fucking good. When Noah went to say his goodbye to Candey had to be one of my most emotional breakdown crying my eyes to where it got so blurry I had to take a break because I feel so much for Noah with everything that happened to him and then having to be the strong one for everyone else when he was the one needed the support the most. Bright was a good choice but I would have like to read more about her story I know she had them issues with her addiction and her sister's death but just wanted to know her more. All in all the sex was sexy hot and beautifully intense and again to the point that you felt yourself with Noah in bed because he was just that damn good and of course wish it was me with him. I love that he got his connection back with Carrie because they went through so much to be distant like that so again I say so worth the wait for this book. Oh and LOVE the cover of this book just as much!!!

Not what I was expecting.

I know that so far this book has all 5 star ratings but I just can't agree. I have loved this series and sat back waiting on Noah's story and this wasn't what I expected. You knew from the other books all about his childhood abuse and his drug addiction. I was happy that he was totally clean with his drug issues and. Was going on tour with his band brothers. So happy that the author went with him and Jenny only being friends. My issues was with his relationship with Bright. I just didn't really feel the connection between them. He wants her but he doesn't. All the fangirls he was throwing around with her right there. His family was smothering him but they were trying to help keep him safe, and just didn't know how. It just wasn't what i was expecting. Bright being from so much money and all her issues, joined in with all his. Glad to see that they all got a HEA maybe the author would consider a follow up story on this gang, a few years down the road.

This has been one of my favorite series and I couldn't wait to finally get Noah's story. I must say I was expecting so much more.
So glad he didn't end up with Jenny but not sure that I like Bright that much. I didn't get any chemistry from them.
I don't know if I missed something or what but Noah kept saying he was faithful to Candie and yet he was sleeping with all of the fan girls, how is that staying faithful?
I really expected an emotional roller coaster with this book and it just wasn't there for me. At least Noah got his HEA and that's what's important.
I would like to have heard the results to their father after Noah let it be known his profession and what he had done to get to prison.

Wow!! I am in awe right now!

Holy bat balls! Melanie did an amazing job telling Noah's story! This was not an easy story me to read as this is one of the only series I have read that makes me cry. Yes I cried, I laughed, I screamed and I had my heart break and get put back together again. I am so freaking happy I got to read this series and Noah's story is all that! It was the ending that fit best for this series and I loved it.
Please take the time to read this story and if you have never read a TAT book you need to get on it right away because this is one series you don't want to miss out on!

Where to even begin.. Ok so first off Noah has been and prolly will always be my favorite character from these series. He's like my dark angel, broken but so strong! His story(along with his sisters) is absolutly heartbreaking. The one time I thought he would get an HEA or close too it, the author had to rip out my heart and crush it to pieces! So when this story came out, I literally stalked Amazon until it went live and locked myself away in my room so I could just devour this story! I was not dissappointed and absolutly fell in love with Bright!

I swear, Melanie gets better in the writing with each new book. I loved the story and I must admit that it was the best book from TAT series. I was laughing and in the next second I was crying with Noah. I feel really sad that the series are finished, but hey I understood that Noah will appear in a new story. So, I really can't wait to hear from him again. He's perfect! My favorite character from TAT. Thank you Melanie for sharing with us this story.

Heartbreaking but beautiful

I'm so sad to see the TaT series come to an end, but so glad to have read it. Noahs book was one I was most looking forward to, and boy was it everything. Emotional rollercoaster but worth every second. Noah is and will always be my favourite.

You can’t help but feel invested in Noah and bright is a cutie. I think I liked it. I would have preferred bright to have trusted him and gotten a few chapters of happiness. This author is great but then her endings feel rushed. Can’t make up my kind.
