Michael ‘Moves’ Jagger is the enforcer for the Outlaw Souls who is about to embark on a journey that will determine whether they prosper or crumble...

When a patch member calls from the station after being arrested for a crime he didn’t commit, Moves is shaken by the fact that someone is setting them up. He knows he is going to stop at nothing until he finds the truth and makes sure that the Outlaw Souls get to walk free, but nothing could’ve prepared him from running into a beautiful woman that would change his life.

That woman is Lacey, a prosecuting attorney for the DA’s office who Moves hasn’t figured out why she’d been sniffing around their stomping ground, but he’s determined to find out. The two of them cannot deny that they have a spark, and it makes things rather complicated while they try to unravel this mystery from two different sides.

They realize that they belonged to two different worlds, but they’re going to come together because they have the common goal of wanting to put the real criminals behind bars. When they learn the truth about who had been framing the Outlaw Souls, both Moves and Lacey begin to question everything they’ve come to know, and they’re stuck trying to figure out what to do.

Though, they’re not going to stop until the real criminals pay for what they’ve done, and that will lead to a shocking discovery that might give the Outlaw Souls their freedom or be the end of them as they know it.

Will Lacey help Moves to uncover the truth? Or will she be the reason the Outlaw Souls never get the freedom they so desperately seek?

I am voluntarily reviewing an advanced reader copy of this book.

Lacey meets Moves at the main hangout for the Outlaw Souls MC The Blue Dog when she is on a night out with her friend Mona, Lacey works at the District Attorney’s office and has been tasked with investigating if the biker gang are operating a chop shop, what she wasn’t expecting was the instant attraction that simmers between them. The more that she investigates the more she is discovering that someone is out to destroy the outlaw souls but when the truth comes out will they finally be able to be together or will the discovery have far reaching consequences?

Moves is the enforcer for the Outlaw Souls MC, but when one of the brothers is arrested for something that he didn’t do he is on a mission to prove his innocence with the help of Lacey. He is immediately cautious around this woman and wants to know what her agenda is, could she be a part of who is trying to set up the Outlaw Souls and if so why but Moves soon comes to the conclusion that she is trustworthy and together they can find the culprits. Will these two find the truth and survive the fallout?

Yet another fantastic read from Ms Stone I was drawn in from the beginning and the ending was highly dramatic and extremely satisfying. This is a totally standalone book but I highly recommend that you read the previous six books, you won’t be sorry. 4.5* Read

I must be reading a different book to the reviewers on this page. This book is slow, it lacks any kind of suspense and what romance? At this stage I am 34% through and losing interest rapidly. There are more holes in the plot than Swiss cheese, at one stage Moves is contemplating asking Lacey if she knows any defence attorneys then in another chapter, shock horror, he finds out she's an attorney! I also have to say that an attorney going undercover would be a no no and also why would you tell the guy what you really did for a living if you were trying to stay on the DL?!!
I might come back to it later but am disappointed that this is not a more action packed plot given that Moves is a enforcer.
My other issue with this and previous books is the poor editing, typos and grammatical errors throughout.

A Nerve-wracking read with Lies, secrets, trust & love. We read in Diego's book that El Diablo died, we'll find just how, as Hawk & Moves are the one to kill them, in here! Devoured this in 6hrs❤ I was so excited for Moves' Book! Loved this!

ARC received for a honest review.

Lacey is a prosecutor attorney (Lily's neighbor!) WHILE Moves is the Outlaw's enforcer.

These two met in Lily & Bailey's birthday party (so happy to see Ryder & Paige's family!) At the time, Laney & Moves didn't know about eachother's work. It was soulful.

Moves was already investigating who wrongly framed Chalupa. Soon after, Lacey was given work by DA to find more about Ortega's Autos shop(Outlaws shop), suspected to be a Chop shop.
During this undercover work, she met Moves again in Blue dog bar. But when he found she was a lawyer, he became aloof. Was she onto them? On Chalupa's case? (Yeah..) *That Night Hawk(Outlaw) & Lacey's bestie-Mona hooked up, It was cute to see their love story grow with Moves & Lacey's!*

He soon found out she indeed was Investigating *Hawk snoops*
So of course it wasn't pretty when she came again in the shop for info *Chuckle* So Fun+Awkward!

Their feelings were growing alongside, it hurted to be pretending this uncaring. But what could they do?

From all her findings, it was clear to her, that Ortega's was clean..But no hard evidence yet.
Then Hawk & Mona's date came, Lacey & Moves met again. Like Fate. This time he knew he won't let her go. They finally had sex! On beach😍 But then he left her alone there.. Feeling too much.. Later thinking has he lost his chance?

He finally found the evidence that it was El Diablo's doing to frame them, With DA's help (omfg!) Luckily he made a video of them.
He needed Lacey on his side, just as Hawk advised, But..Will she?
Lacey was fuming, but she'll always fight for Justice. So she's in. (This was an amusing Talk *Chuckle* His promise to never do that again helped..)

They all knew that Mona was their best chance to get a confession out of El Diablo, Soon the whole gang was on Board. But then she went After him alone (atleast she messaged!), In a strip club *Shudders*
Moves, Lacey, especially Hawk were so worried.. Will she be okay? They soon got there. It was angry to see her there, doing this. But well worth. Gave me a scare, there! El's Death was deserved. That Mongrel.
They have evidence, The Criminal will be put in Jail. Not the Victim.

Lacey+Moves didn't had much talk about their relation much during it all, I'm so happy they finally did! I'm so happy they found love. Moves deserved it, after the abusive childhood he had..Cue HEA! Lovely Epilogue.

P.s. So happy to see Hawk & Mona finding love!

P.p.s. Excited for More in the series.

It has taken me a little longer than usual to post my review because I really have mixed feelings about this story. I may have just had really high hopes going in, but it was my least favorite book in the series. I loved Moves in the other books and really wanted to see how the man who believes in true love and is a romantic handles finding his partner in the unlikely circumstances that is life in the Outlaw Souls. But he really doesn't seem like much of a romantic. He and Lacey have instant attraction/Lust, but he doesn't act like a romantic at all. True there is a lot on his plate at the moment, but I think there could have been more romance, instead of just hot sex.

Read before Diego

It was a little slow at times. I expected more from Moves. Not action packed for an action packed character.

I enjoyed the story between Moves and Lacey. The problem is after the 1st 4 books, the series didn't make sense. What was portrayed in one book didn't follow to the next. Timelines didn't line up.

⚖️⚖️ONE NAIL-BITING TREAT⚖️⚖️
Blazing buzzards! Hope just floored me with this mind-blowing debacle, knocking me over with a feather and laying me out cold, raining down hell and kicking ass, catapulting this gem to life spectacularly. One non-stop, action packed, hard hitting, pulse racing, heart pounding, adrenaline pumping, nail-biting, page flipping, block buster, revving up the exuberance and fervor, keeping you riveted on a razors edge and frozen to your seat, wrapping this baby up sleek, shiny and tight. Revealing the perilous drama, intense intrigue, chilling danger, electrifying suspense and nerve racking situations, along with a boatload of mayhem, while dodging disaster, you have one jaw dropping masterpiece. The magnetism, attraction and sizzling chemistry collides with such intensity, drawing you deeper until you feel the electrifying hum running rampant through your veins. The characters, banter, interactions and charged atmosphere along with qualities and traits that add depth and diversity, blending into genuine charismatic personalities. The scenes are abundantly descriptive with colorful details that blend and flow, creating a majestic backdrop that's so rich and lively it feels like you can just reach out and touch it. Fantastic job Hope, thanks for sharing the little gem with us.

I just can't with this book. Dnf'd at 9%. I wanted to dnf at 7% when Lacey was asked to be a detective when she is an attorney. Apparently the author doesn't know what an attorney does or know anything about an mc. If she did the characters wouldn't be having church and discussing club business in a bar. Seriously no. The author i guess just forgets what she wrote often and contradicts herself. For example, Moves says they need to bring Chalupa home, um did you forget that you already bailed him out. There are a few times where the characters repeat themselves,, which is crazy since i only made it 9%. Like I know, you only just said that a paragraph ago.
The writing, on my gosh the writing is bad. My 12 year old self would have been proud to write this book but adult me would be embarrassed. Also why is some of the inner monolog italicized, its all inner monolog. So that makes no sense. I already feel like the author adds every single word possible to each sentence to make the book longer.
I do not understand all the 4 and 5 star reviews, maybe they are beginner readers and just don't know any better.
Definitely the biggest pile of crap i have read in awhile. Congratulations author I am not sure I have ever dnf'd this early before.

Great Original Story - 4 Stars

This was a great, original story to read. The romance was sweet and sensual. The main female character was a dedicated employee and did her job as thoroughly as she could. The main male character was extremely loyal and was a strong member of his `family`. These two had a connection from the first moment they met. The journey together initially was fraught with angst. Both the main male character and the main female character had excellent best friends who they were extremely close to. These best friends were totally supportive of the main male and main female character. I took away from this novel that when a person truly finds their passion everything seems to fall into place. As well, it was lovely to see such close and supportive friendships.

I voluntarily received an advance review copy of this novel from the author and I am leaving an honest and unbiased review. I have no affiliation to this author.

When one of his patched brothers is arrested, he calls Outlaw Souls enforcer Michael ‘Moves’ Jagger for help while steadily pleading his innocence. Lacey’s a prosecutor whose whole life is her job, after hearing she needs a break from several people, she decides to accept her neighbor’s invitation to attend their party where she meets Moves and is attracted.

Surprisingly, the next day, Lacey’s given the job to get evidence proving Outlaw Souls runs a chop shop while Moves is working to prove his club’s innocence. What the pair actually uncover is betrayals and good intentions making them work together at least for a time. (Note this outing doesn’t play well with earlier release Diego.)

2 opposite lives

Who knew that 2 people whose lives are so different from each other could find love and peace in each others arms.
Lacey and Moves were so polar opposites in every way imaginable.
It took a wrongful arrest to bring them together for the justice of the Outlaw Souls.
Both of them afraid to have feelings for anyone else. Afraid of hurt and destruction.
Lacey proved to herself and Moves that she wanted what was best for the people of La Playa.
During their struggles between not trusting each other, the La Playa PD, the DA and Las Balas I was beginning to wonder how this was going to play out.
Enjoy another great story about the Outlaw Souls.

I have no earthly idea how this book and series has the high ratings it does. I bought all three of her MC series because of all the great ratings and the good “sales” she had going on and absolutely regret it. The books just keep getting worse and worse. From what I found on Facebook she’s supposedly from the US, however the majority of the series uses distinct Australian phrases and words. The timelines are terrible, both in the series and in each book. The books are incredibly choppy. She constantly contradicts herself and doesn’t keep up with details whatsoever. She has zero clue how an MC actually functions. Even the “romance” is terrible. And oh lawd the grammar and typos. Literally sounds like an AI wrote it.

This is the 7th book in Hope Stone's newest MC series. While I like reading these installments of the Outlaw Souls, I did not like this story as well as the others in the series. Unfortunately, I skimmed a lot of this book because I just couldn't see the attraction with the two main characters. I thought the story dragged quite a bit and did not have much suspense, romance, or anything else that I normally look for in a book. Don't get me wrong, I love reading this author's books, it's just this one doesn't do it for me. I received this book from the author via bookfunnel and I am voluntarily reviewing.

This book is a great read. It brings us Michael (Moves) and Lacey. Michael is part of the Outlaw Souls, and Lacey is a prosecuting lawyer who is working for the DA. Moves' friend Chalupa is taken into custody for something he did not do, and Moves, along with Hawk make it their mission to find out who is setting up him and the Outlaw Souls. Moves is somewhat smitten with Lacey, but is also cautious around her as he doesn't quite know why she is so involved with them. When the real culprit is found out, how will Lacey feel and what will the consequences be. I highly recommend this book. I did receive an arc.

An intensely moving tale of the ups and downs of life - no matter what side of the law you’re on. Easy to see how one can get tired of working for little gain when there was a lot of things to be had illegally. And no matter if your job is wearing suits or leather, we shouldn’t judge people by the cut of their cloth. Mistakes happen when we do and this story is a great example of that.
If you like MC stories that are gripping and full of edge-of-your seat suspense, this book is tailor made for you.

A true test of trust

Another great episode in the Outlaw Souls Mc Series !
The Outlaw souls are being set up for something one of them didn't do and it's Moves's job to find out the who, why and how.
This gripping stpry has everything: action, drama, twists and turns, suspense and some steam.
Characters are well established and the storyline is solid.
I really liked it; can't wait for the next installment !!

I have been waiting for Moves' story for such a long time now, ever since Pin's story, book 2 of Outlaw Souls series, came out. I was not disappointed at all. The story was in the genre of good girl being attracted to the dangerous bad boy. It was exciting when the characters went through dangerous situations and left me anticipating when Moves and Lacey would finally get together and El Diablo would finally pay for his sins. I received a free ARC copy of this story and am leaving a voluntary honest review.

I was waiting for Moves book since Ryder. I’m so happy for him, even though it took time to get there. The way Moves finds woman isn’t typical for a MC member. Chalupa was arrested for a crime he didn’t commit and Moves is trying to figure out who set him up. While do so the DA working the case to find evidence comes face to face with Moves. Both trying to find the truth but from opposite sides. Will they find the truth out ? Will the Outlaws finally get the freedom they’ve been wanting ? Who is setting them up ?

I received this as an ARC and this is my honest and voluntary review.

Lacey meets moves at an MC hangout when she out with a friend. Lacey works for the DA and they are currently working on a biker gang that is working illegal activities in the area. As she investigates the MC Meets is in she discover that someone is out to frame them and take them out. What will Meets do when he learns what she's been doing? Can they still be together?

This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Moves is worried about the future of the Outlaw Souls and he will do anything to keep his family safe.

Lacey is an ADA just trying to find purpose in her job. She is working herself to death trying to feel as though she is living the dream. But things just aren't happening how she thought they would.

When their paths cross, Moves is hesitant to trust her and she doesn't know how she should feel towards him either. There is an attraction, but their lives and their differences could keep them from even exploring the possibilities.

Love it. Opposites attract in this installment of this Outlaw Souls series. Moves and Lacy race to get to the truth of what happened when one of the outlaw souls is falsely arrested. The question is can they get their HEA? I love this series and always look forward to the next release. Definitely recommend.
