Oh. My. Goodness. For being the 13th edition of a personal finance book, you heard that number correctly, they did NOT budget for an editor. Between sentences which end abruptly in the middle of paragraphs to incorrect mathematical equation explanations, navigating this book is next to impossible. Information which I actually needed to learn was summarized in two sentences while the needless rambling went on for pages. Towards the end of the book, the chapters became excessively repetitive and made me feel they were just trying to meet a page quota.

In addition, the priorities are a bit off. For example on page 232, for those of you who would like to fact check me, apparently searching for a car which has "Android Auto/Car Play" is a higher priority than having a vehicle with "seat belt tightening while braking." I don't know about anyone else, but I would rather not perish in an automobile accident for a lack of an auto-tightening seat belt rather than being able to connect my phone to my car.

If you are the unlucky soul who is forced to read this for college as I did, try to keep your sanity. For a close to $400 book, this is just ridiculous.
