This book honestly started out great, but in the middle of it it became really messy: conflicts have piled up that it gave readers so much frustration and most of these conflicts were not given proper resolution. I like how the epilogue went though, it was what I want, it was what the book needed. The characters were great, they were not written flatly. I loved them and hated them.

I loved how Isobel prioritized her studies and career, but I hated how impulsive she was with marrying Sean. She didn't even think about having a long engagement with him just so she can prepare herself for something more; hated how she had done things halfheartedly, and impulsively, again, kissed Sancho just for the hell of it, then blamed Sean for getting disbarred when it was all her fault.

I loved how sexy, thoughtful, and how Sean is a family guy, though I hated how he didn't bring up the idea of having kids to Isobel or whatever they needed to talk about just so that they can actually talk marriage thoroughly, how he manipulated her to having his child, how he was willing to leave Kelsey and Sammie when Sob came back.

Sancho was nice and all, but it was really frustrating to see him being torpe with Sob. I hated how he tolerated Sob for cheating on Sean with him, how he wasn't brave enough to face Sandro just because he was afraid he would get bullied, how he didn't take up his responsibility for Sandro in the early years then went drunk driving.

I actually loved the side characters more than the main characters because the former made more sense than the latter. This book didn't represent much about the law series since there were no court scenes, it was just somehow a Romance/Drama book and not a law book.

I love this 5th book in the game series. I just love the characters. What I love about the story is it's not all about "kilig" but it focuses more about the problem and how their character develop throughout their experiences in life. I just love how Isobel handle all the problems in her life and just accepted it with a humble heart. you're a strong woman girl, I know you made a mistake but you accepted it wholeheartedly and you did really Reclaim the Game, for Sancho I love how selfless you are, I am still rooting for you but that's is not the author's want haha and for Sean, you reminded me so much of Dr. Ryle Kincaid (same profession) you're kinda selfish in the story but I understand what you're coming through, I still love your development though.

I just love how it wrapped up in the end. hopefully the author will consider Sandro and Lily's story, perhaps? hahahaha

3.5 or 3.75 (WARNING: detailed review, spoilers in a way— but not actually?)

characters: Since the very start, its clear Sob takes law(her future career) seriously. She tells herself quotes and motto to keep herself on track. But shes not. Shes impulsive enough to make out with Sean on their first meet. Shes also extremely unaware(or manhid) of Sean's feelings towards her.

...Sean, he is so selfless that at first his incredibly almost perfect to be true. But he took things way too fast. He also had lines that pissed me off because it came out as manipulative.

...Sancho, it irritated me because he liked her so much and secretly loved her in silence. He was too good and so selfless when it comes to Sob. A lot of readers are on his team given that he was very loyal to Sob, and he understands her in a way Sean doesn't.

storyline: I was close to dnfing this because of how boring and fast it is. But when you get to the exciting part, you get hooked and start to think things like "Who would be Sob's endgame?". I personally dont give a fuck about who she ends up with, I was first Team Sean but then "plot twist" happened which led to me saying neither of the two. I wanted Sob to be happy on her own because she has been selfless in both relationships, that when she decided to be selfish, people hated on her. I also think that Sob deserved some of the consequences that came her way, she needed to suffer for how impulsive she was.

writing: Theres no doubt that Ate AD is one of my favorite wattpad authors. Her stories are unique from what Ive read, she deeply gives her characters the ability they deserve. And her writing style is impeccable as always.

in conclusion: I gave this a mid rating because of how the meaning of the story was portrayed. It showed how a simple mistake/choice/decision you make can affect your life, can haunt you back... as quoted "It follows you" "Like a ripple effect". I highly recommend but its a bit long and sort of takes a lot of effort to not dnfed it because there are definitely a lot of parts your going to just delete the app overall. The ending is good. The characters are meh. And the story is underrated:>

First things first, Lyana wasn't really a likable character, She wasn't smart nor kind. She was so impulsive and dumb by her decisions. Both heroes are also flawed, Sancho enabled the affair, I expected more from him in the story, while as to Sean it was toxic for him to pressure his wife to have a baby, both of them are at fault there. They made the hasty decision of marrying without discussing one of the important factors of marriage, but aside from that, he was decent. And let's get to the main character, I know her amnesia played a role in what she did but still Cheating is cheating, it was just so frustrating that as a Lawyer she had the audacity to be angry when she and Sancho got disbarred. Like? you are a married woman and you chose to have an affair. There is due process and was she so deprived that she couldn't wait? She was justifying her actions by the circumstances of others. I just expected more from her since just like I said she's a lawyer and she is supposed to understand the gravity of her actions. She should be in jail for what she did but it seems like she wasn't even sorry or feel regret during the affair. She only seems like she wanted to apologize since all things went to hell and especially her. I felt sorry for her parents though, the disappointment and they died tired and accepting the consequence of their daughter's mistake. But all in all, I liked the ending. Lyana learned her lesson and became a good mother. I salute single mothers who are strong like her. It's just that she's the kind of woman girls shouldn't want to be or reach the standard like BGY girls, her mistakes affected a lot of people and she can't do anything to mend the hurt she gave to others.

Reclaim The Game was an interesting story but very messy. Everything flew fast. At first it was very understandable, I can see it was designed that way but when conflict came and piled up, I don't like how it was threaded. The conflict was messy but also how it was narrated. Too many conflict that weren't discussed properly.

The characters were all impulsive. I understand at first where they coming from but the way the story flows, I don't like them all to be together. It was like always a ticking time bomb waiting to happen. Some scenes and plot twist were forced. It came out of nowhere. I have no problem how they ended but I don't like how the conflict and the resolution were narrated. It was like "conflict, conflict and ok we're done and let's all be ok." Well, tbh Ariesa's narration was dry and lack of details to make it more engaging.

a good 3/5 - two stars short bc i believe the story was fast paced and i couldnt rlly connect w the characters’ emotions - like knowing how they felt but rlly cannot feel anything 😓 the narration js narrates kasi ifywim

regardless, i also believe that all points of the characters are covered and convinced me they shared at least one main trait: highly academic and highly emotional that they get irrational 😆 and i say this w so much frustration bc sean, sob, and sancho are smart enough to make the right decisions, but also too human in the way those decisions are made.

sean and sob had a fair share of love and selfishness. sancho and sob, on the other hand, had a fair share of stupidity. i couldnt say they had a fair share of love bc sancho passively loved sob for decades and hadn’t sob lost her memories it will never be sancho. on a good note, they had sandro—through him sob could rightfully give all the love she has in her heart.

on d other side, na-review ko yung ibang topic ko sa pfr and legal ethics and others hahaha the presumption of death for the purposes of remarriage, declaration of nullity of marriage, annulment, concubinage, and adultery, as well as infidelity as a ground for disbarment due to its grossly immoral nature for attorneys. i am so happy nakakasunod na ko bc of the field i am currently taking so i might reread BGY kasi shs pa huling basa ko dun HAHA

going back, i’m satisfied w the ending! i don’t need to know who sob really ended up with like that would matter anymore bc their time has transcended everything, including her sentence to infidelity 😆 happy that reinstatement to the bar was the real reclamation and not relieving her lost memories and may end her up back to the same path that stressed her.

This is the second time that I've read this story and it still give me the feelings that I felt the first that I've read this. It's still frustrating how complex their love story is. And I still didn't truly liked Sean (ever since). On this second read, Sean's red flags are more noticeable. And even in this second read mapapasabi na lang talaga ako na "if only Sancho tried. If only he disregarded what he heard, and just go for a confession or confrontation, then things might be different for them. Prolly a good one at that." BUT the complexity of this story was well done, and the open ended ending is very justifiable. If ever the kids of this series will have their own stories (series) I will definitely read them. Anyway, to sum it all up, if you're looking for a story that that the romantic aspect is very complex and frustrating, then this book is for you. I definitely felt different kinds of frustrations while reading this, sana ikaw rin. 😂 Enjoy~ 💕

This book when it comes to the level of pain of what i felt for the three of them 11/10. It’s messier truly, SUPER MESSY. You’ll get your biases but in the end of you truly understand and had a wide perspective about this story you’ll know that the three of them have their own fair share of mistakes and wrong doings. I love how the pov was given to sancho and sob’s son. ^^ but then this book ruined my soul. This book is open ended from my perspective cause at the end of the book i think sean and sob is in the cafe :)) no happy ending for her love life but yes she reclaimed what she needed to reclaim! 🥰 GOOD AND SAD READ AT THE SAME TIME.

Probably the only thing I regret about reading this story is that I had read it while it was still on-going. I would always cry after reading a chapter update during this book's climax, and think about what could happen next lol.

Despite what other people would think about this story, I think its conclusion is well-justified. Even from the start of the story, Isobel's strong, independent character was already evident. Her whirlwind romance with Sean was beautiful until everyting went shit. I'd still probably be sad for Sancho's fate from time to time, but I love how in the end, the three of them were contented with the life they got.

idk i'm kinda torn if i totally like this or i kinda hated this one. because you know i hated the amnesia plotline (it made everything go spiral for all the characters involved). but then, kinda picked me up when isobel's trying to get back her license again and all that drama and all that shit. but it did not help that i kinda felt like i'm reading a different story after the crash so there's that. about the ending... i love it for it. i think it is what the characters deserve after all they went through (i still think sean is shitty tho) this was a mess but MY mess idc

five stars just bc of the author’s ability to traumatize me in every way possible hahaha im genuinely scared to go through this book again and i don’t think i would pick this up again

i didn’t buy the book, but i heard that sob and sean got back together again and its just so unfair. will never buy the book so the ending on Wattpad would stay as it is on my mind.

no happy ending for everyone really ;) also, fuck Sean for being so entitled and for hurting Kelsey (?) honestly idk na ive read this four years ago and im still so mad gago HAHAH

This book was so perplexing in such a good way! I was kind of sad because Sancho and Sob weren't endgames, but their son made up for it. I was also definitely wowed by the character development each and every one of them went through even in the other books. I also love how Sob became a lawyer again and she's grown into a very beautiful and endearing woman. Sob was one of the characters that empowered me as a girl along with Cha.

This one left me speechless! It has a lot of twist in the mid and the end. Though, it's for the best, I wished they ended up with each other (Sob and Sean) They started it with each other but many thing have happened and it's kinda impossible hahaha but still, you can dream right? I enjoyed this, too

of course there are boys who can give you almost everything, but i guess there are just girls who's not for marriage and some sort, although it ended well for sancho and sob, i don't like the idea of her getting back to her first love which is sean, i mean can't you feel any remorse for what sancho have had to go through because of loving you? well, maybe that's just life.

this story was nothing but sad and stressful. i guess there are people who just aren’t meant for marriage. but my heart hurts for sancho.

overall, it was a great story! looks like i probably won’t be able to re-read this. everything that happened to them was just so sad, they all deserve to be happy 🥹

The ending was not something I expected, but I guess I should've seen it coming. AD always writes realistically and showcases the truth, no matter how harsh is it. I would've wanted Lyana to be with someone in the end, but I guess the law is her end game this time.
