Full of action, hot, edgy, suspenseful and delicious... one of my favorite authors did it again with this new trilogy.
I really enjoyed the twists and turns in the plot as Adrian and Pri try to figure out who to trust as they struggle to find a way to stop Waters and to get rid of their enemy once and for all. These two characters are awesome, and the chemistry between them is smoldering. And I love all the members of the Walker Security Team so much (old and new members alike). Highly recommended! ❤️

Must read book 1 When He's Dirty (My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show... ) and book 2 When He's Bad (My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show... ) first.
I listened to the audio, narrated by Jason Clarke and Avery Reid.
Once again, this picks up where the cliffhanger left us dangling in the previous book. It’s resolved quickly.
What’s not resolved quickly is the push / pull between Adrian and Pri. Talk about repetitive. Gah!! One minute they couldn’t live without each other and they were determined to get through everything together. Literally paragraphs later Adrian would push her away because she was safer away from him. Then in the next chapter they couldn’t live without each other, would have sex and reconnect. Then probably a few paragraphs later one of them would say something that would result in pushing the other way. Then a chapter later they couldn’t live without each other and had sex to reconnect. Then……we’ll, need I go on??? I think you get it. The back and forth was unrelenting and SO repetitive. I started tuning out the audio after awhile.
If you love this, then you will enjoy this book because that’s the majority of the content of Book 3. A ton of repetitive push/pull filler.
At 70% - Chapter 34 - Adrian’s big secret is revealed and it was uneventful. Previous books already revealed that Three books of buildup about this awful thing he did, and it was exactly what I expected him to say.
And Pri’s reaction…..“How could you think I would hate you for this? How? You did nothing wrong.” Duh!!
Did we get complete resolution for all the dirty cops, lawyers, agents??? No. Nothing. We were told they were dirty or probably dirty and that was the end of that. There wasn’t even any good resolution between Pri and her parents. Nada.
And the super duper bad guy - well that also was an anticlimactic moment. Three books of buildup, he makes a small appearance and is dead within a few pages. Wow…..super exciting (NOT)!!
And - the cherry on top…..the ending was very abrupt.
There is No Way this story should have been dragged out for three books. With a ton of editing it could have been done in one book (maybe two if there was some significant time spent on the fathers involvement). Overall, I was very disappointed
The one thing I did enjoy was Savage’s sarcastic comments.
Savage: “Candace and I were engaged years ago. And apart years after. Because like a dumb-ass fucktard, I left her.”
Adrian: “I was there when you were trying to win her back. I know pieces of this story.”
Savage: “I didn’t trust you worth a shit back then. You know very little. Obviously not enough since you’re being a fucktard yourself right now. So listen up and listen well, because my story is your story.”
Adrian: “Where the hell do you think you’re going, Savage?”
Savage: “With you, my perfect revenge-seeking motherfucker. And if you don’t like it, we can fight, but I’d win and that would hurt your confidence, so let’s not.”

Action filled conclusion to this amazing trilogy!
Adrian and Pri are struggling to find justice against Waters but as quickly as they find one avenue things change and they end up having to take different steps. This has a lot of drama and action as Walker Security along with Savage assist this couple. This doesn’t have just one plotline, it has veins that run all through it and I can easily see this author writing this couple into even more danger.
I loved the depth of emotion mixed with all the drama, danger and angst that was involved here. This had a little bit of everything and it was all executed in a style that had me reading this one all the way through in one sitting.

I just love love love Walker Security, when they are on the case you can bet they will keep the individual(s) safe and get the bad guy. Not to mention Salvage has a life of his own the doctor/mercenary/jokeser/killer and now husband. Adrian Mack is the key witness in the DA's case due to his undercover sting with the FBI. He carries so much guilt and shame of his past with the MC gang the Devils. That is until he meets Pricilla (Pri) Asst DA. He and Walker security are doing everything they can to keep Pri alive because of the high profile case against the Devil's leader Waters. Waters reach is far even while locked up, you just never know who is on his payroll. Pri don't know who to trust in her circle cause everyone is dirty so she leans on the new family she has grown to cares about and trust, Adrian her key witness...the man she has fallen for and Walker Security. Even her own father and mother seem to have been compromised. Will Pri get her arrest or will Waters beat her, Adrian and Walker security before they lose another witness.

Another nail biting ending! Loved this couple. Adrian and Pri were awesome. I also loved seeing all the Walker guys who showed up for this series...especially Savage. I can't get enough of that guy. Great trilogy!

Great Conclusion to the Trilogy!
What a ride we have been taken on with Adrian and Pri's story. Adrian Mack is planning on testifying in a big profile case which is how he met the ADA Priscilla Miller. Since their meeting it seems as if they can't get enough of one another no matter what obstacle is thrown in their way.
In When He's Wild we jump in right in the thick of things with this third and final book of the trilogy, and I couldn't get enough of it. We have bad guys coming out of the woodwork, explosions, and of course plenty of steamy fun between Adrian and Pri.
Please, Please, Please do not read this book on it's own it MUST be read in the order the trilogy has been released. This is the last book so it's the perfect time to binge read if you haven't started the trilogy yet. Lisa Renee Jones does a wonderful job with creating characters that have you rooting for them right from the start and plenty of secondary characters that you cannot get enough of....especially Savage, I love this guy and I cannot wait for his next book to be released.
If you enjoy Romantic Suspense with a lot of steam this trilogy is for you.

*3 PUSH/PULL STARS*
While I loved the first two books in this series, I was kind of frustrated with this one.
I waited so long for this, but I was very annoyed with the constant push/pull between Pri and Adrian. They already established that they're both intelligent human beings in the previous books, but man, they need to make up their freaking mind.
That ending was also a bit anti-climatic after that huge buildup.

I can always count on Lisa Renee Jones to bring a story to an end, give us a climax that is awe inspiring and thrilling. When He’s Wild was no different.
Adrian and Priscilla’s final story was filled with intrigue and romance. When you thought that there wasn’t more, more came at you hard and strong. When you thought that maybe there would be a happily-ever-after for the two of them … you were wrong. Secrets come out … players you thought may not be dirty were definitely dirty. Unfortunately, I’m still up in the air on a few of the characters and how they played this dangerous game. But, the ending … well, I couldn’t have been more surprised or pleased with how everything happened.
I thoroughly enjoyed Adrian’s Trilogy. I loved the intrigue and the push and pull between him and Priscilla. I loved the dance they did around the fact that they fell in love. His protectiveness, her stubbornness … this just added to the story. Watching them come to the realization that they were probably bad for each other but extremely good together and give in to their feelings was amazing.
Lisa Renee Jones tells complex and compelling stories. She writes characters that you love. She gives us back-stories that are intricate and exciting … makes you understand where they are coming from and why. She brings people together that you probably wouldn’t picture together. But she makes them work and the sexual energy between the two of them just flows off the pages. Then, to make it even more interesting, she brings in characters that you fell in love with in the past, intertwines them into the story and makes them just as intricate a part of the story as the main characters.

When He's Wild is just fantastic. You must read these in order. Adrian and Pri still give you all the feels as they navigate the dangers within their world. I love how protective Adrian is of Pri. You feel the love and passion rolling off both of them as this series goes on. You get Adrian's full story finally and will fall in love with Pri even more as she takes it all in and comforts Adrian. I love how Pri loves Adrian for who he is. All those questions will get answered as Adrian and Pri are on the run from danger and finally face it head on. I loved this one so much. I couldn't get enough of Adrian, Pri and the rest of Walker security.

UPDATE - just re-reading Royce Walker and Lauren’s book. Come on LRJ, recycle much? Pri and Lauren are the same…both were engaged, caught him with another woman, both of their exes are lawyers with their Fathers’s Law firm AND both Pri and Lauren and ADAs

This wildly addictive, spine tingling suspenseful and breath-stealing romantic third installment is ON FIRE! Once again, Lisa Renee Jones has crafted a beautifully evocative, electrifyingly passionate legal thriller set against a backdrop of danger, corruption and intrigue. Each and every page is positively pulsating with smoldering desire, passion, pathos and heart pumping romantic suspense that had me on pins on needles throughout, and clamoring to find out what shocking bombshell was around the next bend!
Gah! Adrian and Pri are so mesmerizing together that I just could not get enough of this couple! Between their fiery sparks, their irresistible romantic chemistry, their combustible push-pull, and their soul burning love, I was drowning in feels, writhing in ecstasy and captivated throughout. These MCs are just so smart and resilient, vibrant and charismatic , gloriously multifaceted and beautifully flawed that they leave a lasting impression on our hearts. They are also so hopelessly, wildly, irrevocably in love it takes your breath away but the obstacles that are strewn in their path as they work together to keep Nick Waters behind bars are not to be underestimated. With subterfuge, suspense and treachery at every turn they must use they resource at their disposal to gain the upper hand and it’s still anyone’s guess who they can trust! Except for the always reliable, and fiercely loyal Walkers that is! But with their fierce personalities and stubborn streaks these two lovebirds definitely lock horns—and lips!—on many an occasion. They are just perfect for each other in every way. But sob! The beautiful, smart and brave ADA and the former undercover op turned Walker Security hotshot both still have a lot of emotional baggage from their pasts. Sighhh! I just went cray cray for Adrian especially when he morphed into Pri’s big, growly, badass protector! There’s just something about a deadly ex op who doesn’t hesitate to take down his enemies yet is also 100 percent caveman alpha that makes me weak in the knees!
“His body is big and warm, a shelter in a storm of torment. I draw in his spicy scent, drown in just how good he feels.”
But Pri is no damsel in distress. They may be running for their lives, with the Devil practically at their doorstep. But she is strong and independent and kickass in her own right! Truly Adrian’s equal match in every way. Except perhaps in the bedroom when this formidable ex- FBI agent, in his primal, deliciously dominating glory, taps into her sweet, submissive side. And fair warning: their erotic interludes are scorching hot, throbbing with so much desperate frenzied passion, wild, wanton abandonment and high-octane intensity you might want to have a fan handy! But steamy sexcapades aside, it’s not an easy road for these two traverse and prepare for some major feels because we finally get all the intel on Adrian’s anguished past—and it’s a DOOZY! Fortunately, Pri proves to be his Rock of Gibraltar even though she too harbors skeletons in her own closet.
Bottom line? These two love each other’s with every beats of their hearts, scars and all, and their hard fought HEA is worth every moment of angst....believe me!!
As far as the overarching suspense plot goes, it’s the bomb! All the answers to our burning questions are finally answered in this book and between the flying bullets, venomous showdowns with the bad guys, earthshattering revelations and twists and turns up the wazoo there truly is not a dull moment from start to finish. And expect the unexpected when all the danger and deception finally come to a head with an explosive finale that’s guaranteed to leave you riveted!
Ultimately, WHEN HE’S WILD is a thrillingly intense, breathtaking romantic and scintillating conclusion that’s not to be missed. Oh, and the icing on the cake is that we get lots more Savage! Holy hot tamale do I adore that big, wisecracking bodyguard guy to bits! But not gonna lie…it’s sad to say goodbye to Adrian and Pri. Yet I have no doubt this dynamic duo will pop up in future books, and I honestly can’t wait to find out what the wickedly talented Ms. Jones has up her sleeve for us next!

This wildly addictive, spine tingling suspenseful and breath-stealing romantic third installment is ON FIRE! Once again, Lisa Renee Jones has crafted a beautifully evocative, electrifyingly passionate legal thriller set against a backdrop of danger, corruption and intrigue. Each and every page is positively pulsating with smoldering desire, passion, pathos and heart pumping romantic suspense that had me on pins on needles throughout, and clamoring to find out what shocking bombshell was around the next bend!
Gah! Adrian and Pri are so mesmerizing together that I just could not get enough of this couple! Between their fiery sparks, their irresistible romantic chemistry, their combustible push-pull, and their soul burning love, I was drowning in feels, writhing in ecstasy and captivated throughout. These MCs are just so smart and resilient, vibrant and charismatic , gloriously multifaceted and beautifully flawed that they leave a lasting impression on our hearts. They are also so hopelessly, wildly, irrevocably in love it takes your breath away but the obstacles that are strewn in their path as they work together to keep Nick Waters behind bars are not to be underestimated. With subterfuge, suspense and treachery at every turn they must use they resource at their disposal to gain the upper hand and it’s still anyone’s guess who they can trust! Except for the always reliable, and fiercely loyal Walkers that is! But with their fierce personalities and stubborn streaks these two lovebirds definitely lock horns—and lips!—on many an occasion. However, even when they are at odds there’s never a doubt in my mind that they would walk through fire for one another in a heartbeat.
They are just perfect for each other in every way. But sob! The beautiful, smart and brave ADA and the former undercover op turned Walker Security hotshot both still have a lot of emotional baggage from their pasts. Sighhh! I just went cray cray for Adrian especially when he morphed into Pri’s big, growly, badass protector! There’s just something about a deadly ex op who doesn’t hesitate to take down his enemies yet is also 100 percent caveman alpha that makes me weak in the knees!
“His body is big and warm, a shelter in a storm of torment. I draw in his spicy scent, drown in just how good he feels.”
But Pri is no damsel in distress. They may be running for their lives, with the Devil practically at their doorstep. But she is strong and independent and kickass in her own right! Truly Adrian’s equal match in every way. Except perhaps in the bedroom when this formidable ex- FBI agent, in his primal, deliciously dominating glory, taps into her sweet, submissive side. And fair warning: their erotic interludes are scorching hot, throbbing with so much desperate frenzied passion, wild, wanton abandonment and high-octane intensity you might want to have a fan handy! But steamy sexcapades aside, it’s not an easy road for these two traverse and prepare for some major feels because we finally get all the intel on Adrian’s anguished past—and it’s a DOOZY! Fortunately, Pri proves to be his Rock of Gibraltar even though she too harbors skeletons in her own closet.
Bottom line? These two love each other’s with every beats of their hearts, scars and all, and their hard fought HEA is worth every moment of angst....believe me!!
As far as the overarching suspense plot goes, it’s the bomb! All the answers to our burning questions are finally answered in this book and between the flying bullets, venomous showdowns with the bad guys, earthshattering revelations and twists and turns up the wazoo there truly is not a dull moment from start to finish. And expect the unexpected when all the danger and deception finally come to a head with an explosive finale that’s guaranteed to leave you riveted!
Ultimately, WHEN HE’S WILD is a thrillingly intense, breathtaking romantic and scintillating conclusion that’s not to be missed. Oh, and the icing on the cake is that we get lots more Savage! Holy hot tamale do I adore that big, wisecracking bodyguard guy to bits! But not gonna lie…it’s sad to say goodbye to Adrian and Pri. Yet I have no doubt this dynamic duo will pop up in future books, and I honestly can’t wait to find out what the wickedly talented Ms. Jones has up her sleeve for us next!

And finally, the end! In this segment, which took way too long, our couple spend the first 3/4 of the story pushing each other away and having repetitive and dumb arguments about dumb things... and as teased endlessly, FINNNNNALY, we find out the real story behind Adrian and his brother's death. Honestly, I almost didn't care after all the endless 'I'm going to tell you, but when I do you're going to hate'' me nonsense.
So in act 3, there was a lot of padding to make this novel length, and it got tedious. But then the actual ending, when we finally got there, was super rushed.
All in all I like this writer, I like the story, despite the instalust/instalove and the one book/story broken into three segments calling it a trilogy. If I were rating the whole story I think I'd stand behind the solid 4 stars (assuming this one got an edit). This as a stand alone maybe more like a 2, because there wasn't any real conflict, more like a forced bit of fake conflict to keep the story going, even the sex got less sexy. But if you've read the first two books, I imagine you're going to read this to finally find out what happened -- and, you find this tedious, you can skip to the last few chapters and get what you need.

When He's Wild by Lisa Renee Jones is book 3 in the Walker Security: Adrian's Trilogy. This is the conclusion of Adrian Ramos and Priscilla Miller's story. This story picks up right where book 2 left off and the action , suspense and romance is plenty red-hot!!! Adrian is dealing with his past while trying to catch those bad biker gang that's after him. This makes him question if he's the right man for Priscilla and he starts pushing her away but she shows why she's that tough, strong woman who doesn't run at the first sign of trouble. She's there for Adrian and she shows how much she cares by just being there. Twists and turns take place when it comes to the case against King Devil and danger is high for all good guys (Adrian, Priscilla, Walker Security). Danger explodes , everything is super intense and will Priscilla and Adrian make it out all in one piece? Will they get their HEA? What a thrilling and entertaining wrap to a addition in the Walker Security series.

When He’s Wild was the perfect ending to Lisa Renee Jones’ Adrian’s Trilogy. Which was a continuation of the Walker Security series. I can personally vouch for the fact that you can read this trilogy as a stand alone. I can also vouch for the fact that once you finish this series, you’re going to want to check out the rest of the Walker Security books. I’ve only had a taste and I can’t wait to read more.
There was little or no down time in When He’s Wild. Much like the previous book in this trilogy, When He’s Wild picked up where When He’s Bad left off. That doesn’t mean that there was no time for Adrian and Pri to have time alone – or time to doubt. There was plenty of time for both, but one thing they never doubted was their devotion to each other. That doubt was reserved for whether or not they would make it out in one piece or who outside of their immediate circle they could trust. That was an extremely short list.
There were more than a few twists and turns and there were times that their situation seemed hopeless. I had absolutely no idea how things were going to turn out. I have to say though that the ending was perfect and I didn’t see it coming. As I said, Adrian’s story may be over, but there’s a lot more series by Lisa Renee Jones that tie into the Walker Security series. Rumor has it that Savage’s series has a new release coming soon. Which means it’s a perfect time to catch up. 😉

my two cent binge read this trilogy ... i did
This is what I have for you. No spoiler but just real. Read this one as a set and do not try to jump to the last book. If you do you will miss so much. There are things that you are gonna want to experience as it all unfolds. You are going to want to see when the backstabbers are confronted. You are gonna want to see just when Priscilla fell in love. You are going to want to see when she learns the truth. You are going to want to see when Adrian makes it all better. But most of all you are going to want to see all the things that you were not expecting to be coming your way. It hot, sexy, dangerous, intriguing, and so much more. You will want to gobble it all up. I did and I loved that I took the time to read them all within hours of each other. The story for me continued like a movie. I look forward to the audio release of each of the books.

What a great ending to a series. I love Adrian and Pri. Pri tries her best to do what see needs to do and Adrian tries his hardest to keep them safe whiles she’s doing it. These two have so much compassion for one another. And when Adrian finally trusts Pri, they are stronger than ever. We have lots of suspense and unknowns, but it all comes to head in the end. We still are blessed with Walker Security throughout the book. I am never disappointed when it comes to LRJ’s books. So entertaining that keeps you enthralled from the beginning to the end. Make sure you read the books in order, they cannot be read as stand alone’s. You will not be disappointed.

I have to say a lot happened in this final book but I loved the intensity and how everything came together in the end.
My heart went out to Pricilla as in the end she could not trust anyone in her family and could only trust Adrian and the guys from the Walker Security team who she came to love as family.
In the end I felt bad for Adrian as he was not the one to complete task with Waters but I was happy to that he able reconnect with his brother.
I was so happy how this book ended and that Adrian and Pricilla were able to be together and plan a future together as couple without living in fear.
Narrators did a fantastic job telling this story.

I absolutely love this couple!! Adrian and Pri are in my top five favorite couples. This story is full of drama, suspense and romance with twists and turns to keep the readers on the edges of their seats. With all of the obstacles that they are facing will their love survive?

5 FANTASTIC ENDING STARS!! We started the trilogy with and bang and ended with an explosion. As always this author keeps us on the edge of our seats. I absolutely loved this trilogy....you must read it.

I was waiting long and hard for this final installment in Adrian’s story, knowing that there was so much uncertainty going on in both his life and Pri’s life. To quickly run back through the series, Pri’s the ADA who’s prosecuting Nick Waters, the king of the Devils, a motorcycle gang that killed, trafficked, raped etc etc. He’s in jail now, and Adrian is the star witness as he was undercover in the gag as part of an FBI sting. Pri’s slowly learning that more and more people that are close to her are ‘in bed’ with Waters, and that means that no one’s safe, and everyone has something to lose.
Adrian and Pri got closer than they should have, forming not just a physical relationship as a means to cope with what they’re going through, but there’s a deep emotional connection that’s blossoming as well. The challenge is that Adrian feels that his secrets will drive her away, and he uses that as a means to push her as far from him as possible. Lucky for us, she’s a bit stubborn and knows what his game is, and we watch how this plays out.
We start this third installment with Pri meeting her parents with the hopes of getting them under Walker protection and fleeing the country for their safety. Walker’s crew is outside the restaurant keeping tabs on her, while a few are inside as well to be close. When it’s Logan, Pris’ ex that shows up instead, we know that this isn’t going to end well. Logan threatens her again if she doesn’t drop the case, and then tries to rape her, when Pri uses the good advice that Adrian gave and shoots Logan in the foot.
From there, we’re on the run again, heading to New York now, the home of Walker. It’s a roller coaster knowing that theres a premium hit on both of them, and that means that no one is safe. We don’t know when someone’s going to come after them, and we can only hope that they have enough time to see the trial come to fruition. Of course, that never happens, and Waters is freed from jail…and that means that all bets are off.
We know that Pri wants to have the right thing happen, with Waters going to jail for good, but we also know that route means that they’ll never be safe since Waters has long reaching arms. Adrian wants him dead and that’s the road that we’re afraid to go down. On the other hand, Deleon, Water’s right hand man is still on the loose after he some how escaped from book 1’s shooting and he’ll continue to come after Adrian and Pri.
The roller coaster continues here, with Adrian doing his best to push Pri from his home, and it’s funny to watch Savage come into play in this story with his words of wisdom. We saw how Savage’s own life and relationship was overly complicated so we can only hope that his voice of reason is enough to get Adrian’s head on straight before it’s too late and more people die. It’s exciting, there are faked deaths and fights to the death, and how this ends up, and at who’s own hand is anyone’s guess. I hope you guys check this series out

The premise is riveting and exciting; the romance is seductive and provocative; the characters are headstrong, determined and inspiring. Here’s hoping the author has plans for Adrian’s brother Rafael.

Adrian & Pri's finale is mesmerising
Captivating, mesmerising, mysterious and suspenseful.
Lisa Renee Jones brings Adrian's trilogy to an amazing, action-packed conclusion and I couldn't put it down. A gritty edgy read WHEN HE'S WILD is also an emotional ride for both Adrian and Pri as they confront their feelings for one another and those around them.

WHEN HE'S WILD was a superb conclusion to Adrian's trilogy. LRJ brought out everything, ensuring her reader's attention was fully captivated. Fast paced, action-packed and emotional ... this was BRILLIANT. Adrian Mack would have to be my favourite of all the Walker Security men. His story was heartbreaking, but having a strong woman like Pri by his side, he knew he had no other choice but fight.

Received in exchange for a honest review. So this book picks up where book two left off. With this series you cannot go without reading each book to completely understand all that is going on.
Adrian still feels like he is the worst person out there and the guilt of his brother is eating at him. He thinks because of all he did when undercover that he is a monster. He isn’t but he feels this way. He feels that he is putting Pri in harm’s way and that he is unworthy of her. Thank heaven’s for Savage.
Pri is in a tough situation with everything. Her parents are morons frankly. Her ex is a jerk. She doesn’t know who around her besides the Security team is dirty and she is going after a very dangerous man to prosecute. She is insecure in her relationship with Adrian because she is still new to genuine feelings. Now her and Adrian are at a peak of danger and both wanting to end this standoff but not exactly on the same view as to how to end it. Do they not go through tough times at the beginning of the book? No they do. They actually will annoy you a little with how they act. You will want to slap them upside the head and I am glad Savage is there to knock some sense into Adrian at this time.
Are they in danger? Yes. Yes they are and I loved watching how this group of men around Adrian react to this danger. How they trust him and protect Pri and him as if they are family. I love watching Adrian finally see the light and open up to Pri and how she reacts to his revelations and how she supports him as well. Pri is there no matter what and he realizes that.
They had a setback when events unfolded that put them more in danger but did they back down? No they stayed together, regrouped and solidified their relationship and commitment to one another. Things started to be on their terms. Only the Devil himself doesn’t like waiting and sends a message. It is here that we get a nail biting ending. We see Adrian fight for love and family. Fight for himself.
The story is fast paced and full of danger, love and intrigue. You are kept on your toes and really just root for these two to come out safe and together.
