Spanking Summers

Rate this book
I was minding my own business one evening last week when a surprising tweet flashed across my screen. My very special friend, erotica legend Alexa Sommers, had publicly volunteered me for a bet about who would sell the most books over the course of a weekend when we were both traveling. The winner, I was told, would get to tell you all the tale of the D/s weekend beach extravaganza we had enjoyed together. This was not, shall we say, the first time my Alexa had offered me up for the greater good (hers, that is). But this bet was something new.

Now you know me. Of course I was going to accept the bet. It was Alexa. Truth is, I kind of hoped I would lose, because… well, if you’re reading this then you probably know something about me by now ( I may be Bad at Love, but this isn’t the first time Alexa’s Avatar has appeared in my writing). Plus, since Alexa always has to win, that seemed like the optimal outcome.

But the Twitter gods decided to have some fun. Our sales came out to a virtual tie. And so we decided to have some real fun with the bet. We would each tell our version of the story of our weekend together at the beach. We thought you might enjoy this little peek into what we are really doing with each other when we aren’t having rap battle or dance parties.

What follows is my version of the story. I’ve read Alexa’s wildly creative version of the story, and highly recommend that you check out her fantasy version. It’s available along with all her books

No bunnies were harmed in the making of these stories.

A++

My only complaint is that it ended. This short story stokes the fire quickly and keeps things at a full burn all the way to the end.
