Can a preacher's daughter find love with a reformed criminal?
Serenity Morgan is known in Grover Town as the devout preacher's daughter. She teaches the children in Sunday school and spends most of her days being an assistant to her papa at church. It has been a long-standing joke among family and friends that the only way Serenity would ever get married is if a man popped out of the Good Book. Then a new arrival shows up and she begins to feel things she's never experienced before.
Dustin "Preacher" Jonas, a transformed ruffian, is a minister in training and has come to town to study with the pastor. He was taught to believe a successful preacher needs the perfect wife by his side. When he meets Serenity, being virtuous is the last thing he thinks about. The blonde beauty tempts him to step back to his wild side. If a woman can be both humble and stubborn, then Serenity fits the bill, and warming her backside may be the only way to get her attention.
A marriage between the two of them should be made in Heaven. But, Dustin's desire to show his wife that being bad can be just as good may have her on the run.
Publisher's Note: This historical romance contains sexual scenes and a theme of power exchange.
Serenity Morgan's world was completely turned upside down when Dunstin Jones turned up in Grover Town to continue his training as a preacher. She was much more interested in helping her father with his role as the towns preacher than looking for love. But,she did wonder if there was a husband and a family in her future. All that changes when her parents bring the young couple together .Dustin had tried to fight his growing attraction for Serenity, but failed miserably.Would his past make him unworthy of her love.
This was an interesting romance based around a religious theme.I enjoyed that the story still included passion, and of course discipline. The plot moved at a fast pace. The characters were real and believable. Serenity was strong and knew what she wanted out of life, her submission was a wonderful gift.Despite his past,Dustin was determined to work towards a better future.

Book 3 in the Grover Town Discipline series was a long time in coming (4 years since book 2) but was more than worth the wait. This third book is a much longer, much richer story with wonderful characters involved in a small town religious setting. Don’t get me wrong, this is still a lusty spanking romance but it involves a Preacher, his family, and a soon-to-be preacher and allows them to have a sexual life as well. Serenity is Pastor Morgan’s devoted daughter. She sees herself as having a life within the church and has no interests in boys or marriage. Dustin is the new novice (?) Preacher come to town to shadow Pastor Morgan and learn from his humble ways. Dustin has a past, a bad one, but these folks aren’t inquisitive and don’t look to one’s past, they look only at what they are today. Dustin and Serenity have an immediate attraction which both try to suppress it as they feel it is inappropriate. A modest disciplinary situation literally explodes for Serenity and opens Dustin’s eyes for what could be. Their relationship grows in a most beautiful way. Of course Dustin’s past comes back to haunt him and threatens Serenity’s well-being as well as her relationship with Dustin. The resolution to the conflict has some interesting twists and an outcome you don’t see coming. First Rate 5 Star read. A good, fast paced story about two people who seem perfect for each other. Serenity is the daughter of the town’s preacher – she is devout, teaches Sunday school, and is the assistant to her father. Dustin is a former criminal who has become a preacher, and is being mentored by Serenity’s father before he goes to New Mexico to start a church of his own. They meet in church and at dinner at the preacher’s home that night, and the story is about the development of a relationship between them, Dustin’s experience in learning to be a preacher, and their marriage. There is a little excitement when an old associate of Dustin’s, from his criminal days, comes looking for something he thinks Dustin has, but the solid relationship of Dustin and Serenity helps to deal with the problem. Both Dustin and Serenity were likable, energetic, and passionate about life and each other. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Serenity's father is the pastor in Grover Town, and she spends a lot of time helping at their church. Dustin is a former bad guy. Despite his rough upbringing and crime-ridden past, he is turning his life around and is in training to become a minister. He comes to Grover Town to work with Pastor Morgan. This is a new-to-me author, and I won't be a stranger to her book. I really enjoyed this one; it's well-written and the story flows smoothly. Serenity parents bring her together with Dustin when the couple is asked to do the home visitations. As they get to know each other, they find a growing attraction, and I liked seeing their relationship develop. But when his past comes calling, and Serenity isn't sure she can forgive him, her mother steps in with terrific advice. I'm looking forward to more from this author.

She enjoys helping her father with church matters and wants to continue. But, they get to know one another and they decide to marry. Servicing Serenity is the third book in Yasmine Hyde’s Grover Town Discipline series. In it we meet two dynamic lead characters—Serenity Morgan and Dustin Jonas. Serenity is a daughter of the town’s preacher. She helps her father keep records of his sermons and lessons. Dustin is studying to be a preacher and was sent to intern under Pastor Morgan. Prior to his religious studies, Dustin lived a hard life leading him to criminal activity. He paid his debt to society and is in the process of reforming himself. Hence, his new pursuit of a religious life. When these two meet they are attracted to each other. Will they find happiness together? Will the sins of Dustin’s past haunt him? To discover the answers to these questions, you must read this book.
Ms. Hyde penned a delightful romantic, character-driven plot. She crafted believable and likable characters in Serenity and Dustin. I enjoyed how each one battled their inner demons. I like the way Ms. Hyde used her descriptive scenes to capture the reader’s attention. The outdoor scenes allowed readers to feel as though they were right there with the characters.
Dustin was unlike any minister the town of Grover had ever seen. There's a reason the former gunslinger turned to the Lord. He is trying to be a good man now after growing up hard. And what better way than with the love of a good woman? Serenity is the quintessential pastor's daughter, but she looks to gain God's favor over those of man. Too bad her parents have other plans, pairing her with Dustin so she can have a family of her own. He might be a man of the cloth but he's still a red-blooded man. As passionate as the previous titles, Servicing Serenity will give you a few Bible verses to look up as you turn the pages of this saucy tale.
A pastor needs a wife and he finds one at the church before he'd ever introduced himself to the current pastor. Unfortunately, she's the current pastor's daughter and he decides she's off limits. He's welcome in the town and soon the people are matchmaking the two together. This story is about their courting and marriage before Pastor Dustin moves along to claim his territory to spread the word. It' historical and well written. I'd recommend to people who are not historians per se, but folks who like a time different from contemporary. It is steamy and has a HEA.

Dustin is a preacher in training with a mysterious past. Serenity is an innocent, kind-hearted preacher’s daughter. They are both extremely likable characters, and as the book went on, I became more and more interested in finding out what the details of Dustin’s past actually involved.
I thought the plot was really well paced. The passionate parts were very hot, but it was still a sweet story. This was the first book I have read by this author, and I enjoyed it so much that I just went online and purchased the first 2 in this series!

She is a temptation for this preacher. Dustin is a sinner who is turning his life around. Now a preacher in training he is working with the pastor in the small town of Grover. Here he meets the pastor’s young daughter Serenity and let’s say the devil is on his shoulder. Now don’t worry because there is a bit of the devil in sweet Serenity but the preacher knows just what she needs. A fun book to read and I adored the characters. If you like a bit of naughty, old fashion discipline and sweet romance you should pick up this cutie. I did receive a free copy of this book and voluntarily chose to review it.
I loved this author and this is a brilliant story from her. All the characters are wonderfully written, real and human. This is a very interesting and engaging read with plenty of different elements to hold the readers interest. Serenity is strong, sassy and very focused on her church work. Dustin is a man with a past focused on the future. Their relationship is hot spanky and sexy. They are very good for and need each other. I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book and I very highly recommend it. A story to enjoy, love and laugh with. I loved it.
It was a good book with a good story to tell. The characters were well written and you could feel the love around the family. The writer gave led us to believe that Dustin was not who he said he was. The story went along at a good pace then all of a sudden we had confrontation. As for spanking there is some but I would not say that this is full on spanking book. We learned that not is all that it seemed to be. Yasmine Hyde told an interesting story, not exactly you typical old western book.

Serenity is the pastor's daughter in small western community of Grover Town. She's living a happy life with her parents and siblings and helping her community. New Pastor Dustin comes to town to complete his training and it seems the entire town, including her parents, have decided to play matchmaker between Dustin and Serenity. The book is well paced, smoldering read, with a dash of domestic discipline. A fun read.

I fell in love with Preacher and Serenity. They just got under my skin, being the ministers daughter Serenity was prim and proper. Preacher was a reformed ruffian. the authors words not mine. Very enjoyable and entertaining read. Two people they didn’t expect to be just that perfect match. While Dustin had a murky past something was in him that her mother believe that Serenity will be taken care off. Really great characters. The storyline is a bit naughty, old fashion discipline and sweet romance .Wonderful mixture to enjoy reading.
Serenity is the preacher’s daughter and all-around good girl. Dustin was a bad boy and now a preacher in training. Sparks fly between them. Soon Serenity doesn’t mind being a bit bad even if it is just for Dustin. Fast-paced read with great characters and lots of steam. I liked it.
Great storyline and character development made this book a hot and enjoyable read! Extremely entertaining, captivating and interesting sexy read. I could not put it down. Wonderfully written with strong, intriguing characters. I want to read more from this author.
I love seeing familiar faces from the other books. I love Serenity and Dustin's story. They fit, her dad saw it that 1st meeting. I love how Ms. Hyde tells a story, it draws you in. Great read!
An absolutely wonderful love story of two people soo very different from each other find their true love. As always there are also things in life they have to overcome, it ultimately together they will find the happiness they wanted in each other. Loved it.
It was so goood. Liked the pastoral element to the real acts that took place between husband and wife. Nothing like a good storyline....thanks for Serenity!
As far as I know, this is the first I've read from this author and I enjoyed it immensely. I haven't read either of the previous books in this series so I was coming in with no knowledge of any story arc or background. I'm happy to say that I had no problem at all with reading this as standalone. Dustin is a newly minted Minister getting some experience with Serenity's preacher father before heading out on his own. I found this a really enjoyable, faith-sensitve read, although I did find the title off-putting
