The struggle is real, and so is the need to get off the front line to reset, refresh, and allow God to help restore your balance. Not sure of that? Read this book. The author (a friend, mentor, and brother on my journey) walks us through the need for Sabbath rest and roughs in some suggestions for approaching that need in your life. A worthy read. And when you're done, he's included a list of other reading to keep your mind working on what it means to rest.
