Boy oh boy this was a fantastic conclusion to an amazing series. To be honest I had to wait a few days to write this cause I am kinda sad. I don't like to admit getting attached to book characters but alas I do.

This series was one fun roller coaster from book one to this conclusion. I love the world building of Pascal. She always writes in a way that you never know how a series is going to end up, so by time you get to the end you are like wow I didn't see that coming.

All the characters are always complex and swoon worthy. She always writes in a way that you wish magical creatures were real. This book was so very good.

Questions were answered but really does it have to be the last? Please reconsider.

Books that have magic rebellions are always fun.

But really you want to know what is best? This book steam level is so high. It can make a girl who thought she was read everything blush.

This series is so much fun... and steamy AF. Seriously. Move over Grey you ain't got nothing on these guys.

Eillish coming into her powers was mesmerizing! I had tingles reading it. Plum has an excellent way describing things and making it come to life when you are reading. Just a great series!! Loved it!

The Midnight Queen is no longer the only threat that the group are facing now . Abedon is a threat that if awoken he could destroy everything that the group has worked hard to do. Theren has finally seen the light but Variant is still under the queen's spell . Elish has her memories back and she finds out what she truly is . They are ready to fight all the comes up . Will they be able to survive what is coming or will they all end up loosing their lives .

Elish and the men are back and we finally get to see Elish come into her full power and watch her become a kick butt warrior . We finally get to see the true Theren , the man that Elish loved at the beginning and we also get to see Variant finally come to the realization that he belongs with the group. Each one has something special to give Elish to keep her equalized in the dark and the light .

This is the final book in the series , I was actually sad to see this series end . The author shows us the full story of each character that finally comes full circle . This is one of those books that you need to find a place to settle down and read . The characters will grab you and keep you entertained . I love the complexity of each of the characters , they are gods but so flawed with insecurities . There are some emotional times through the book that will have you shedding a tear and there are also some really hot romantic scenes that will have you blushing and fanning yourself . I will say that you should read the whole series to get the whole picture of what is happening so you don't get confused . This would be a great series for those long summer nights sitting by the fire . Check them out

Eilish is working hard to make sure that they are safe. She has a lot of feeling she needs to address with Theren. He is her first love. Others are not to sure of his being in the stronghold, but majority will back her. The worst happens and the strong hold is attacked. They manage to get a lot of survivors out but suffered some great loses. Eilish and Valiant have a show down, she thinks she killed him. What the others don't realized is Valiant is alive and has set off a chain reaction that will force the war sooner than they thought.

There are so many great moments in this book. It is really hard to say anything with out giving out spoilers. Eilish and the guys will have to come together together in order for her to be strong enough to fight. Eilish will have to keep her doubts at bay. This is a wild ride to the final show down in this series. I recommend reading this.

Eilish is so kick a--! I mean who can get their harem in line, kick butt, go to war and save the world! She's a strong heroine so much more than what you saw in the first book. The characters as a whole have grown substantially. The journey was filled with ups and downs, tons of twists and turns but so worth every minute!

This world has so much imagination and heart put into every word. Its an absolute must read! One of my favorites that I defiantly will be rereading.
