What you eat, when and how much are key for keeping weight off in Endomorph people.
Benefits of keeping your weight down are detailed discussions also.
Different tips on how to lose the weight with lower calories, love the explanation using a car and its energy.
Did BMR calculator with help of the internet and it gives you a list of exercise you can do and how many calories you should be eating.
Gives you a list of foods to avoid and those you should be eating.
Exercise is also discussed as it is an essential part of the diet. 7 day meal plan is included.
