Inked is part of the Driven world and a spin off from Tracy Lorraine’s Rebel Ink series. It’s about a British tattoo artist. This is a little different from the other books in the Rebel Ink series as it’s set in America and has an emotional element.

Corey has gone to LA to escape his troubles. He doesn’t expect to find a girl like Harlow. She doesn’t want anything from him and he’s not used to wanting something that isn’t offered to him. As these two get to know each other they find a new type of escape.

Can a few nights of fun turn into more?

Harlow has too much on her mind to consider dating. She’s trying her best to cope with her situation. When she stumbles into Corey she tries to resist what he’s offering.
Can Harlow find something she didn’t know she was looking for?

Available in KU which I have however I read as an ARC. I haven’t read the Driven series but I enjoyed the world it built for Inked.

Have I shared with you guys how much I am loving this author’s style and voice? Yes? Well, it’s worth repeating!

This one got to me guys. I wouldn’t go as far as saying it was angsty but man did it kick me in the feels! Both our leads are carrying a huge amount of baggage that just won’t allow them to see what’s in front of them and it was written very realistically and relatable. I could feel everything in this story and let me tell ya, the sexy sexy was powerful! A beautiful story of two people destined for each other with a not so easy path to walk. My heart is happy after this one for sure!

This book is part of the Driven world series and is a spin off of the Rebel Ink series. As soon as I started reading this book I knew I was going to love it because I was hooked right from the get go. I really love the way that this author writes and her style because as soon as I open one of her book I cant put it down until the very end.

This is Corey and Harlow's story and what a journey these two go on, neither of them were looking for anything in anyone else and when fate steps in it really does. It will have you on the edge of your seat. These two were meant for each other in every possible way its just takes them time. Corey has had to move and is opening up a Rebel Ink so he can try and help heal from his past. Harlow has her own issues with dating and her past and she cant even think about dating or anything like that at the minute.

This book was a fantastic read that really did have my emotions all up in the air and my heart was aching for these characters. Tracy always writes characters that have you really connected to them, totally invested and really rooting for them in every moment and these two were sizzling together. They have a great connection and you keep really fast to see if these two broken souls can really help heal each other. There is heartbreak, love, steam and happiness and you will love it all. I loved the story and the way it flows and is very easy to read, I highly recommend this book as I love the way that this author writes and this book is a fanatic part of the collection.

4.5 Stars The Driven World Lives On

Not that I am a huge part of the Driven world, as this is the second book I have read from the spin off series, but I sure liked it. Inked features yet another handsome man with an accent looking for the right lady to calm him down.

Corey is that handsome British man who finds himself working at an LA tattoo shop to leave his problems across the pond. Only thing is, problems tend to follow you wherever you go. Corey is a good guy that had a series of unfortunate events happen to him, which has created the tough exterior shell he shows the world. He isn't looking for any type of long term romance, a quick roll in the hay is what he's all about.

Enter Harlow. She is the something he has been missing, however he doesn't realize it yet. Broken sees broken and that is what Harlow sees in Corey. She has had enough pain for a lifetime and isn't sure how her future is going to end up. One thing she does know that it is with a family of her own.

I liked both of these characters instantly. They were each dealing with thier pasts in different ways. Corey was the brick wall guy while Harlow is careful not to fall into her old habits. They were written earning for something or someone and with the pasts these two have, nothing was going to be easy. There are issues that need to be dealt with and finally put away for both of them to be able to move on.

Inked is well written and has a little bit of everything to keep the storyline moving along, including a gaggle of friends and family. I'm not sure if these are characters from the series, but they fit in this story nicely. If I had one tiny complaint, it was the "W-what?" dialogue constantly from both characters. I found it distracting after a while. Inked reads as a standalone with a nice epilogue to wrap things up.

THIS IS A BETA REVIEW. BOOK RELEASING THIS OCTOBER.

Tracy Lorraine has done it again. Another fantastic book! Inked is part of the Driven world novels. It is everything! Full of fun, laughter, heartache and joy. A novel about healing from past hurts, and finding that one person who understands you the most in the world. I was hooked from the first page. Corey and Harlow stole my heart with their stories.

These two characters are HOT!! I am talking burning up the pages. The chemistry between these two is off the charts. Their back stories will make you want to hug them and never let them go. I teared up a few times reading this one, I couldn't help myself. Two broken souls connecting as one and stealing my heart in the process. God I love these two!!

I could say SO much stuff, but seriously you need to read it yourself. A definite MUST read. I just can't get enough of this author and her books!

ALL MY REVIEWS CAN BE FOUND ON MY BLOG: ABSTRACT BOOKS

line

'Inked' is a standalone novel that is a crossover between the Driven World by K. Bromberg and her own Rebel Ink world! You guys can't even guess the amount of excitement I had for this one!

I am a hardcore fan of both of these series , so I ready to be bought to my knees by this one! And what a ride it was. I absolutely loved the storyline and had so much fun seeing all of my favourite characters together! Corey and Harlow are some characters that will always stay with me!

Corey has been mentioned before in the books too , so I was excited to see him here. Harlow was his perfect match and their banter was off the charts hot! They both have tormented pasts and just want to move on. What they didn't anticipate was the instant connection they had and now maybe they can help each other move on.. their journey was a tough one but enjoyable nonetheless! Tracy Lorraine always has the best steamy scenes so this book was no less! Be prepared to have your minds blown. I was so happy to see Colton and Beck's from the driven World here too!

I am so thankful to these two authors for combining two of my favourite worlds and giving us another top read of 2020! A definite recommendation to all the contemporary romance lovers out there!

I have popped a couple of cherries through reading Inked. First of all, this is the first book I have read that is penned within K. Bromberg’s Driven World and also the first book written solely by Tracy Lorraine (I have read a few of her collaborations), and I can honestly say that I don’t think I could have picked a better book that enabled me to tick those boxes.

I literally couldn’t put this book down. I absolutely loved how the author linked this story to Driven and now that I know this is also a crossover to her Rebel Ink series, it won’t be long before I download those books to read.

I absolutely adore Harlow and Corey. They both have incredible personalities and the biggest hearts. I felt that they are just perfect for each other in every way. The sexual chemistry between them will have you needing a few cold showers I can assure you! But more than the attraction, chemistry and connection that was palpable between them, I adored witnessing their interactions and it helped the fact that they both have a past which enabled them to understand was the other was feeling.

Bailey is rather like Marmite – you’ll either like her or you won’t. I think she is an incredible friend to Harlow and added to this story brilliantly. I would love to know her story as I feel there is more to her than what we have been allowed to see.

I was so eager to discover the secrets that Harlow and Corey were keeping. Both characters intrigued me and I found this storyline to be an emotional one. My only slight grumble is that I felt at one point that I would have liked the story to move forward a little more quickly, but this did happen soon after and I don’t feel that this tiny grumble warrants this fantastic story to lose any stars.

I highly recommend Inked to readers who enjoy contemporary romance. I do hope that we see more of Harlow and Corey in the future, and I’m certain you will be feeling the same once you’ve read their story.

Inked is a part of the Driven world by K. Bromberg and a spinn-off to my favorite Tracy Lorraine series Rebel Ink.

I'ts about Corey who we previously met in Hate you the first book in the Rebel Ink series. He chose to leave the UK and open a US branch for the tattoo stuido Rebel Ink. But it has a much darker reason why he had to leave the UK and start new somewhere else.

Harlow has had so many losses in her life. She works for Rylee's charity and helps with the fundraising. She has a great relationship with her aunt and her friend Bailey.

Our characters meet in a club and they instantly hit it off and their chemistry is off the charts. And so their story begins. Thanks to fate and Bailey they meet many times before they find themself spending more and more time with eachother.

Harlow and Corey who both have very dark pasts and so many devastating things happen to them are just made for eachother. They see the others struggle and can help them with those by being there for them and giving them a comfort no one else can.

This story was so much different then I am used to from the Rebel Inked series. It was very emotional, steamy and it made my heart melt.
I loved this book and the characters alot, and honestly am sad that it is done.

This was a really good book. I loved the hero and heroine. They fit like a puzzle. They were brought up completely differently on opposite sides of the pond but the events in their lives effected them the same way. I really liked them together because they understood each other at their core. This was the first book I've read by the author, and it won't be the last.

My first read by this author and great storyline. A couple of girlie references made about Colton from both Harlow and Bailey and ehhhh could have done without that stuff but all in all very good!

It’s no secret I’m a huge fan of Tracy’s books and when I heard she was writing a crossover between her Rebel ink and K Bromberg Driven series, I was intrigued. I hadn’t read any of the driven series and was suddenly filled with the urge to read and understand this world before hand. The characters crafted by K Bromberg are among some of the most emotionally complex I’ve read and I really enjoyed getting to understand them and this world that Tracey has embarked on for this crossover.

When another author takes on this kind of project I imagine it can be quite difficult to integrate characters from two well known and different worlds and to do so seamlessly. This is where in my opinion Tracy has excelled. Not only does she have an incredible grasp on her plot and characters she also has a great feel for the driven characters which is showcased in the interactions between characters from each world. Even the simplest of things like using Colton’s well known phrase of “fucking voodoo pusssy” reminds readers that although this is a spin off, and integration of two worlds it does so under the driven banner and it does it well.

Harlow is always so giving of her time and herself, but she hides a part of herself from those around her. She has endured a past that no one should have to, and it has shaped her into the woman she is today so even though she is attracted to Corey she is determined to protect her heart.

Corey has recently relocated to the US and is managing a tattoo shop. He has a past of his own that he is trying to overcome and isn’t looking for love or a relationship.

From their first meeting the chemistry between them ignites and although neither of them are prepared for the depth of the feelings they have for each other. Their journey wasn’t without its obstacles but if anyone deserves a happy ever after it is Harlow and Corey.

This is Tracy's book in The Driven World series by K. Bromberg and it was awesome and beautiful. It's a spinoff from the Inked series but its also a complete standalone. It features Harlow and Laden (who is from England) and they have great chemistry full of an emotional rollercoaster. I absolutely loved this book.

What a good story! This story is part of a multi-author "Driven" world but also a spin off from this authors "Rebel Ink" series; which I loved. This is a fun story that is an emotional roller coast of emotions. Corey and Harlow are wonderful characters that just keep you coming back for more. They are hot together with off the charts chemistry. Their story is nicely developed and worth reading. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

I enjoyed this emotional read. The characters shared an intense attraction and steamy chemistry. I liked that these two seemed to be on a level playing field as far as baggage went. The storyline had me focused and rooting for the pair as their relationship evolves. I'm posting an independent, impartial review.

Harlow has been through some terrible things in her life. She gives to everyone but doesn't keep anything for herself. Corey is new in the area and looking for a fresh start. He has a tattoo shop when he meets Harlow. Corey has a past that he is dealing with all on his own. The two have instant chemistry that can't be ignored, no matter how they try. A good read.

Ugh. Tracy Lorraine KILLS me with her emotional, beautiful, steamy stories.

Inked, a crossover romance from the Driven and Rebel Ink (YAAAAAY!) series featuring Corey (who we meet in Hate You) and Harlow. Corey is a tattooist who moved to LA to run a new branch of Rebel Ink. Through a mutual acquaintance he meets Harlow. After a night with flirting and dancing she leaves but both of them felt the connection and can't stop thinking about each other.

Both Harlow and Corey had dark pasts. They fight their connection and only focus on the lust at first, but as their darkness and broken souls begin to mend, they realize there's something more...deeper between them.

After a fight, a death, and a discovery...after lots of tears and my heart breaking over and over for both of our characters, Tracy was able to mend it back together with that perfect epilogue.

This book was so much more emotional and raw than what I was expecting. Corey and Harlow lit the pages on fire with their chemistry, but also made my heart feel so many emotions as we learn about everything both of them went through. Two broken souls have never deserved a HEA more than these two.

ARC provided to me in exchange for an honest review.

I am in awe with Tracy Lorraine as she has taken K. Bromberg’s Driven world by storm with Inked. This Driven World/ Rebel Ink crossover is beyond epic. She has taken the characters from The Driven World and had woven them in seamlessly with her Rebel Ink Series. Corey had been introduced early in the series and had been mentioned as the rebel ink brother that moved abroad to work at the Rebel Ink USA location. This one hit me in the feels and once again I was swooning. I was so excited to see Colton and Becks. Ya’ll that have read Driven will know who I’m talking about. Inked is a story of two world’s colliding and bringing you a captivating, swoony sexy and epic read that you will devour!

I was curious of Corey's story when I got a glimpse of him in Hate You. I was not disappointed. Corey and Harlow are two broken souls who know a lot about heartache and loss. The minute these two meet their is a strong connection but Harlow doesn't make it easy for Corey which he finds intriguing. This was a beautiful emotional story. These two together are combustible. This is part of the Rebel Ink Series and KB's Driven Series. Another great story from Tracy. I will also start reading KB's books for some of her characters makes an appearance in here and I would love to know their story. Even though it's part of a series it can be read as a standalone.

I received an ARC and volunteered to leave a review.

Harlow Winters is trying to keep her life on track but with her aunt having cancer she feels like she is all alone as it was her aunt who raised since the death of her family. She works at Corporate Cares organizing fundraisers and she is very grateful for her roommate Bailey.

Corey is a tattoo artist who is struggling to get by as he sends money home to his mom and siblings. He has no desire for a relationship due to the bad luck that seems to follow him everywhere.

When Harlow and Corey meet and have a one night stand they have no intention of seeing each other again until Harlow ends up at the tattoo parlor where Corey works.

Can Corey and Harlow find some common ground or will the scars of their respective pasts cause them any chance of happiness?

This is another awesome book by the author and I loved Rebel Ink coming to LA!

I loved Harlow as she had so much pain in her life yet she was trying to make a difference in other people's lives which I found very commendable. Yet she was going through so much and I was very happy that she had Bailey in her life who was always there for her. Harlow didn't have a mean bone in her body and was only trying to help people, including Corey.

Corey was trying to survive in LA and was looking for a fresh start but he hated hand outs and didn't want people to know that he was barely surviving due to helping his mom out. I understand why he flipped out when Harlow tried to help him but she wasn't doing it with any ill will.

My heart broke with everything that happened with Harlow's aunt and then what Harlow discovered after. I hated how Corey reacted to everything but then we discover the back story and it made me feel bad for him although I was mad at how he treated Harlow.

I was so happy when Corey admitted how he felt about Harlow and was ready to take a chance! I liked how Harlow was finally able to get the strength to return to a location that she had been avoiding for years with Corey by her side.

The end was awesome and I can't wait for more!!

Inked is in the Driven World and a spin off from the Rebel Ink series; that being said this can be read as a complete stand alone.

In an attempt to start fresh and escape his demons, Corey runs from Manchester to Los Angeles to open up the first branch of Rebel Ink in the states. He is content with his life, making great money and sending it home to help out his family no matter how tight it makes money for him. He is content until he runs into Harlow one night while out celebrating his cousin's birthday. Harlow, no stranger to tragedy and struggling with all the bad that life keeps throwing at her, she is in no place for a relationship. But when these two meet they cannot deny the pull that they feel towards each other and despite all the reasons they don't want a relationship they cannot deny that they have both fallen heart first into one.

Another gut punch book. I feel like the current climate is sending a lot of authors into a dark spiral. I am not complaining but holy all the feels and tears. Harlow and Corey have both been through entirely too much in their short lives and their traumas and tragedies have them terrified of commitment and relying on anyone other than themselves. But when these two connect they are beautiful; pulling the best parts of each other out when all they have been doing is going through the motions. All the feelings and tears. And holy steam on fire these two. On one hand they were tugging on all the heart strings and on the other they were setting me on FIRE! But I have to say that what I most respected/loved about this book was when the conflict hit, Harlow took the time that she needed; that she dealt with her issues and then opened up a dialect with Corey again. Loved that the author took this approach, it felt so organic and necessary for both characters to complete their growth and development before the fully commit again. Harlow and Corey were a gut punch but I loved every second of it.

I'm a huge fan of the Rebel Ink series by Tracy Lorraine, so as soon as this crossover was announced I knew I had to read it. I liked that this book was set in LA. We got a little glimpse of the LA tattoo shop early on in the Rebel Ink series, so the return was welcome. Our arrival at the LA shop location is brought about by Corey, a London tattoo artist who is trying to outrun his baggage with a change of scenery. He ends up meeting Harlow, quite literally, by accident. His attraction to her is immediate. Although he is looking for "Mrs Right Now" he eventually realizes that Harlow is "Mrs Right".

I enjoyed that this book was dual POV. I also liked that I didn't feel lost with the crossover, like I said I've read the Rebel Ink series but I haven't read any in the Driven series. This book was a good blend of both series, not too detailed/back storied on either side. You could probably read this without any prior experience in either series and be perfectly OK! My main complaint would probably be the FMC's BFF, Bailey. I found her to be overbearing and at times annoying. All in all this was an enjoyable read and I'm glad that I took the time to delve into this crossover!

Heartbreaking, emotional, and filled with tons of chemistry.

Inked is a Rebel Ink novel set in K. Bromberg's Driven world. I hadn't read any of Bromberg's books, but I am a Rebel Ink fan which is why I wanted to read this book, but I also didn't have any trouble jumping into this crossover world.

Laden with heavy burdens neither Corey nor Harlow are looking for a relationship. Corey has recently move to America from England, opening a branch of Rebel Ink in California. He moved to escape a haunted past, but he still is heavily connected to his remaining family and sends home close to every penny he earns. He has nothing to offer Harlow except a good time, if only he didn't like her so much maybe he'd be able to stop thinking about her.

Harlow lost her family a long time ago and now only has her aunt who is currently dying of stage four cancer. Harlow is in no place to consider anything long term her life is a mess. However, her best friend, her aunt, and even fate seems to keep pushing Corey in front of her and she begins to wonder if she should take a second look at the man. When things begin heating up and Harlow wonders if things could be long term, her world crashes around her and Harlow should have known better than to ever trust her heart.

While they both keep telling one another that they both have nothing to offer, they also keep ending up together. Is it destiny or fate that keeps pushing them together? When life feels too much to bear shouldn't you have someone in corner holding your hand? Both Corey and Harlow are damaged with tortured pasts, the question is are they able to help repair their damaged souls before it's too late.

Inked is an emotionally charged story with lots of steam. It can also be read as a standalone.

This was a fantastic, fast-paced and steamy novel.
I’d met Corey in the Rebel Ink series by Tracy Lorraine, but I’d not read any of the Driven World series that this was a part of. I was worried I was going to feel a bit lost and disorientated, but that wasn’t the case. The first few chapters introduce you to all the players, I was wondering if there was something I was missing out on, but it didn’t last long. I think I’m going to have to read the Driven series now though to find out Colton and Renee’s story. Also, were Harlow and Bailey ever mentioned? If Bailey was for the sole purpose of this book will she be getting her story at any time as she seemed really spunky and would be fun to read how her future pans out? It’s like it has opened up a whole new world for me to discover! Such a brilliant idea for authors to collaborate this way. When the author was announcing that she was going to write this book I was unsure whether I’d need to have read the Driven books to enjoy it so almost wrote this off as a book not to read.
Corey and Harlow were great characters. They had a lot of depth and lots of secrets to be discovered. Harlow’s current storyline really gets you in the feels. I was tearing up for what she was going through. It was very well written. The storyline was unique, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
I’m glad I’d read all of the other Rebel Ink books, so I knew who all those characters were, it made the book feel homely touching in on some of their lives.
Overall a great read and I’m glad I read it. It is full of emotion, a hot man and a great story, what more could you want!

Captivating, Mesmerizing and Emotional....hold on tight for this fast ride!

INKED by Tracy Lorraine is part of the multi-author The Driven World series. But wait as it is also a crossover with Tracy's Inked series so you get two series in one fabulous story. Plus Rebel Ink is seeing its first tattoo store open in the USA....specifically the city of angels, Los Angeles. Corey is the lucky man to be establishing the new store as he needs to get out of Manchester and leave his demons behind. He is hoping for a fresh start and boy does he get one. One night while he is out celebrating his cousin's birthday he meets Harlow and they have an instant and amazing chemistry between them. But after dancing and flirting the night away Harlow disappears without saying anything to Corey. Harlow is a young woman who has known a lot of tragedy, pain and heartbreak in her life. She works at Corporate Care with Rylee and is just content to make a life for herself. The one thing she is sure of is that she is still struggling and a relationship is in the no-go-zone. But sometimes we don't have a choice when fate, kismet or whatever you want to call it knocks you upside the head and puts your future right in front of you....if only you are strong enough to take the step and grab it.
This is a well written and amazing story. It is long, long, long but it is so worth calling in sick for work for a day or two so you can read it. It pulled me in right-away and I just kept reading into the early mornings until I was done.

I received a copy of this book and am leaving my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

Corey leave Manchester and heads to L.A. to escape his demons and open a branch of Rebel Ink. He's doing well, living his life without a care in the world. He doesn't need anything right now to slow him down, including a relationship. Harlow who also is no stranger to tragedy and demons herself isn't looking for a relationship either, but when these two cross paths one night while out neither can deny the magnetic pull they both have. But can they get over their pasts and work through their issues.

Tracy Lorraine knows how to write a book that takes you on an emotional journey. It's such a crazy ride. I really fell for these two and you root for them the whole time. You will feel for their pasts and their emotional issues. I just can't even go on anymore... just go read the book!
